Cipher & Divergence For a long time I've been using complicated script with too much informations in it. In this one I try to have just the bare minimum information to be able to analyse and find a potential reversal zone. It is inspired from different wave trend / cipher script but has been tuned after months of backtest. Extending the usage of the wave trend oscillator, which can be used with overbuy & oversell zone it might be better to wait for a confirmation of the movement. This confirmation can be identified by a pull back of the wave trend & price. We can even confort ourself by waiting for reversal indicators. Reversal may occurs after a divergence, wait for it, a cross of zero line followed by a PB to find your entry. You can setup alert on bear / bull divergence but also when the wave trend cross the zero line to never miss a potential trade. Time Segmented Volume, TSV Cipher + TSI THE IDEA: TSV is a leading indicator based on the Volume, so it can be used to dectect price movements even before other indicators. You can read about the Time Segmented Volume and the concept how to use it here: From my observations, it seems like you can use this indicator in the similar way to "oscilators" as well. So the idea is to use the signal and run in trough: 1) WaveTrend - to produce "green" and "red" dots. 2) TSI Both oscillators produce two signals that when crossed might be a buy/sell signal. Wave Trend Oscillator This is a very standard version of the Wave Trend Oscillator. The Channel and Average values are displayed as lines, most people display them as areas. The Channel and Average difference is displayed as a histogram, most people display it as a tiny noisy area. I was unable to find a standard version of the Wave Trend Oscillator. The colorful hyped up versions of this indicator made me feel like a clown while using them. I have essentially copied the style of the MACD with this indicator, to keep things professional. With this WTO, you can change the timeframe and source. You can also change the histogram average length and multiplier, making it usable. The typical way that people display the histogram is completely unusable and just for appearance. Now it does a decent job showing when the momentum of the WTO's downward movement is slowing down, just like how the MACD histogram works. This indicator is essentially a normalized MACD, though they are calculated differently. The Wave Trend Oscillator is useful for spotting/monitoring changed in mid-trend momentum. In my experience, divergence in this indicator is a strong signal. If the MACD is too slow for you, then this is a great alternative; without all the extra fluff people usually add to it.

WaveTrend 4h/24m WaveTrend 4h/24m is a trading tool based on two WaveTrend timeframes. For this script the WaveTrend calculations made by LazyBear were used. WaveTrend is a widely used indicator for finding direction of an asset. The strategy is developed by Youtuber Jayson Casper. The main strategy on the 4 hour and 24 minute timeframes, this will be the default timeframes. Timeframes can be adjusted in the indicator interface. With Jaysons' we wait for both timeframes to have last printed a green dot for longs, and both timeframes to have last printed a red dot for shorts. When this occurs a green diamond will be printed for longs, a red diamond for shorts. Make sure to always use the chart from the smallest timeframe you're using, so by defaults use the 24 minute chart. Features of the indicator: - WaveTrend Timeframe 1 (Blue/Lightblue wave). - WaveTrend Timeframe 2 (Blue/Purple line with filled background between the lines). - VWAP (Yellow wave which is turned off by default) - Green/Red Diamonds What to look for? This script is all about the Green and Red Diamonds. A Green diamond will be printed when on both the 4 hour and 24 minute timeframe the last printed dot was a green dot. A Red diamond will be printed when on both the 4 hour and 24 minute timeframe the last printed dot was a red dot. What are the Green and Red Diamonds based on? When both VWAP timeframes are ABOVE 0, a green diamond will be printed. This is equivalent to the last dot on both WaveTrend timeframes being a green dot. When both VWAP timeframes are BELOW 0, a red diamond will be printed. This is equivalent to the last dot on both WaveTrend timeframes being a red dot. Happy Trading!

TradingGroundhog - Strategy & Wavetrend V2 #-- Public Strategy - No Repaint - Fractals - Wavetrend -- Here I come with another script, a nice and simple strategy based on fractals and Wavetrends. #-- Synopsis -- A simple idea, on a small time frame (15 min) we buy when the opening price goes below a Bottom fractals and sell when it goes over a Top fractals, but in order to avoid bad and evil downtrends, we use Wavetrends based on a Daily time frame. From it, Tops and Bottoms are extracted. If the opening price goes above Wavetrend Tops, no trades will be conducted during the day. If the price goes below Wavetrend bottoms, no trades will be executed from 1 to N days, until a new Wavetrend bottom is generated. I developed the strategy using BTC /EUR 15 MIN BINANCE but it can be applied to many other cryptos, I don't know for forex or others. You can use it for long term and automated trading, I implemented the Wavetrend indicator to do so, or for short term if you have spot a long coming uptrend. Test it, look at its profit and long or short period on your crypto of choice. #-- Graph reading -- And now, how to read it ? Wavetrends: Red Backgrounds are associated to No Trade periods. These periods occur when the price goes below a Wavetrend bottom or above a Wavetrend Top. They are here to limit the loss. Blue Gradient lines represent the past Tops. For each bar, only the increasing values of the Wavetrend tops are acquired. Going from light to dark blue based on the age of the Tops. Thus, if on line goes from dark to light, this means the price is approaching a previous Wavetrend top. In the opposite, if it darken, thus the price say 'buy buy' and go dropping. Yellow Gradient lines represent the past Bottoms. They are based on the same principe that the blue lines. Fractals: Yellow Flags occur when the opening price goes below a Bottom fractal , it means Buy. White Flags appear when the opening price goes over a Top fractal , it means Sell. #-- Parameters -- *** Parameters have been intensively optimized using 10 cryptocurrency markets in order to have potent efficiency for each of them. I would recommend to only change the Can Be touch parameter. For the others, I don't recommend any modifications. The idea behind the script is to be able to switch between markets without having to optimize parameters, less work, easy to target active crypto and therefor limit the risks. *** Can be touch : 'Combined Smoothness' : The number of open individuals used by the Wavetrend. (6 or 9, often 9 is better but with less volatile crypto it will be 6) 'Filter fractals' : Activate or Disable the filtering fractal operation. If Enable, buy during less risky periods. (Disable is often better) Can be touch but not necessary : 'VolumeMA' : The Volume corrector used by the fractals 'Extreme window' : The number of price individuals to look for if we want to remove extreme fractals. Not to touch : 'Limit_candle to look on' : Number of candles to use to compute the Wavetrend Tops and Bottoms. 'Length top bottom drawn' : Size of the lines 'Long Sop Loss (%)' : The minimal difference of price between a Fractal bottom and the opening price to buy. #-- Time frame -- Should be used with the following time frames depending on the necessity: 1 MIN 3 MIN (Interesting for short term profit, may need some parameter ajustements) 5 MIN 15 MIN (Preferred for long term profit, the script was developed on it) #-- Last words -- The script can be set up to send Tradingview signals to 3comma just by adding comment = " " in strategy.close_all() and strategy.entry(). On-chart Wavetrend Divergence with Pivots This is an OnChart WaveTrend Divergence Indicator with Pivots and Alerts LazyBears WaveTrend Indicator or also known as "Market Cipher" is an Indicator that is based on Moving Averages, therefore its an "lagging indicator". Lagging indicators are best used in combination with leading indicators. In this script the "leading indicator" component are Daily, Weekly or Monthly Pivots. These Pivots can be used as dynamic Support and Resistance, Stoploss, Take Profit etc. This indicator combination is best used in larger timeframes. For lower timeframes you might need to change settings to your liking. What are those circles? -These are the WaveTrend Divergences. Red for Regular-Bearish. Orange for Hidden-Bearish. Wave Trend w/ VWMA overlay This is a trend-following strategy and indicator which combines the Wave Trend Strategy (Lazy Bear) by thomas.gigure with the cRSI + Waves Strategy with VWMA overlay by Dr_Roboto . You may update the parameters of the Wave Trend oscillator or the VWMA indicator to match your own preferences. You may also adjust the Base Quantity used for determining trade size (as described below) to suit your account size and risk tolerance. The strategy identifies potential signals based on the on the Wave Trend oscillator, originally ported to PulseWire by LazyBear. When a signal is produced by the Wave Trend oscillator, trade size is determined by the VWMA. When the VWMA is trending against the direction of the Wave Trend signal, Base Quantity x 1 is used When the VWMA is trending neutral, Base Quantity x 2 is used When the VWMA is trending with the direction of the Wave Trend signal, Base Quantity x 4 is used The strategy includes the ability to limit trade signals to certain defined periods of time ("Sessions") during the trading day and, optionally, to close any open position at the end of either or both "Sessions." This may be enabled/disabled via the Limit Signals to Trading Sessions? option on the "Inputs" tab of the strategy's "Settings" window. MTF Wave Trend & Money Flow - Monitoring Panel Another indicator based on the famous "Wave Trend Oscillator" by LazyBear. Monitoring panel showing the Wave Trend as color for 6 different timeframes. Additionaly the Money Flow (positive or negative) is indicated as green or red dots. I find it helpful that with one glance the current Wave Trend and Money Flow on many timeframes is visible. MTF Wave Trend Cross This indicator is based on the famous "Wave Trend Oscillator" by LazyBear. I have noticed that the Wave Trend Crosses (not the waves themselves) give a pretty good indication on the current status of the market (above Zero = bullish / below Zero = bearish ). This new indicator is a Multi TF Version of this where it is possible to define 4 fixed Higher Time Frames and 4 fixed Lower Time Frames. The results are then plotted above (higher TF) and below (lower TF) of the result of the current TF. (Offset can be flexibly changed in the settings) This allows to judge the trend based on the various TFs. Basically the greener it looks, the more bullish the situation is at the moment. More red color indicates a more bearish situation. Enjoy.

Chande Momentum Oscillator + WaveTrend Oscillator [ChuckBanger]This is a combination of Lazybears WaveTrend Oscillator (purple line) and Chande Momentum Oscillator (blue line with the orange line as a signal line). Use WaveTrend as a confirmation tool. It is consider as a selling point when CMO is over the red horizontal dotted line. The opposite applies if CMO line is under the red horizontal dotted line. You can also use this with WaveTrand to confirm the sell or buy point. When WT line is over center line and CMO has crossed over it's signal line. It is a buy point. The opposite applies if WT line is under the center line and CMO is under its signal line.

Multi momentum indicator Script contains couple momentum oscillators all in one pane List of indicators: RSI Stochastic RSI MACD CCI WaveTrend by LazyBear MFI Default active indicators are RSI and Stochastic RSI Other indicators are disabled by default RSI, StochRSI and MFI are modified to be bounded to range from 100 to -100. That's why overbought is 40 and 60 instead 70 and 80 while oversold -40 and -60 instead 30 and 20. MACD and CCI as they are not bounded to 100 or 200 range, they are limited to 100 - -100 by default when activated (extras are simply hidden) but there is an option to show full indicator. In settings there are couple more options like show crosses or show only histogram. Default source for all indicators is close (except WaveTrend and MFI which use hlc3) and it could be changed but for all indicators. There is an option for 2nd RSI which can be set for any timeframe and background calculated by Fibonacci levels.
