Session Reset
Lines reset visually at a user-defined time each day (default 16:00 ET), meaning the left edge of every line anchors to that bar. The indicator can optionally track Fair Value Gaps that have been "inverted." An IFVG occurs when a bearish gap is closed above or a bullish gap is closed below.
These act as refreshed support or resistance levels and are visualized as boxes on the chart until they are mitigated by price action.

LEVELS. Previous Day High/Low and Previous Week High/Low are pulled via higher-timeframe requests and rendered as persistent lines extending from today's session open to the right. The nearest round number is drawn as a single dotted line on the chart; the full list of nearby round numbers is shown in the dashboard panel to keep the chart clean.
BIAS SCORE. For each timeframe (1H, 4H, 1D, 1W), three components are evaluated: fast EMA versus slow EMA relationship, close versus fast EMA position, and fast EMA slope direction. Each component contributes plus or minus one, averaged to a per-timeframe score between -1 and +1. The four timeframe scores are then combined using the selected weighting mode and normalized to a 0-100 scale. Scores above 65 are labeled Bull, below 35 Bear, and in between Neutral.
VOLATILITY. Daily ATR over the configurable length (default 14) determines the expected range. The range is centered on today's session open and expanded by the Range Multiplier input. ATR as a percentage of open price classifies the regime: below 1% is Low, above 4% is High, in between is Normal.
PLANS. The script composes Plan A (primary, aligned with bias), optionally Plan B (alternative, opposite-side rejection path), and optionally Plan C (range / mean-reversion, activated when volatility is low or bias is neutral). Plan references adapt automatically to chart timeframe — intraday and daily charts use PDH/PDL, weekly and higher charts use PWH/PWL. The language is deliberately conditional and references historical patterns rather than predicting future prices.

• The multi-timeframe bias score is a momentum/trend structure measurement, not a prediction. Markets can reverse at any time regardless of bias.

Round numbers act as psychological magnets on every liquid market. Traders cluster stop orders, limit orders, and mental entries around levels like 2000, 2400, 50000. These levels attract price, get tested repeatedly, and either hold with sharp reactions or break with decisive momentum. Yet most round-number tools ship a hard-coded list (100, 500, 1000) that works on some charts and fails on others.
Round Number Magnet Map is a psychological level engine that detects the right round numbers for any symbol automatically, tracks every touch with a composite reaction grading system, and ranks the strongest magnets in a professional leaderboard. It works out of the box on Bitcoin at 100k, on Ethereum at 2k, on Solana at 10, on EUR/USD at 1.05, on the S&P 500 at 5000, and on gold at 2400 — no configuration required. Traders who prefer manual control can override the auto-detected tiers with their own comma-separated list.

5. Clean by design. Rendering is restricted to an ATR-scaled window around current price, with optional toggles to hide broken and untouched levels. The chart stays readable even on high timeframes where dozens of round numbers would otherwise clutter the view.
🔹 METHODOLOGY
Tier generation. When auto-detect is enabled, the script classifies current price into a magnitude bucket (>10000, 1000-10000, 100-1000, 10-100, 1-10, <1, etc.) and assigns a three-tier spacing. Tier 0 is the major step, tier 1 is a half-step, tier 2 is a fine step. All three tiers are generated around current price within an ATR-scaled search range, deduplicated, and capped at a configurable maximum (default 20).
Touch detection. Each level is surrounded by a zone of thickness (ATR × configurable multiplier, default 0.20). A touch is registered when a bar's high-low range intersects the zone and at least N bars have passed since the last touch on that level (cooldown, default 5). This prevents a single consolidation from inflating the touch count.
Reaction grading. Exactly N bars after a touch (default 5), the script computes:
• ATR reaction (60% weight): maximum favorable excursion from the level in the direction of the test, normalized against a target of 2 ATRs = score 100.
• Wick rejection (25% weight): the rejection wick on the touch bar relative to the bar's range.
• Relative volume (15% weight): volume on the touch bar relative to the 20-bar average.
The three components are combined into a single 0-100 composite score. Scores of 80+ are grade A, 65-80 are grade B, 45-65 are grade C, below 45 are grade D.
Break detection. A level is marked as broken only when, during a reaction grading, price has closed beyond the zone by an additional 0.3 ATR in the opposite direction of the test. This strict criterion avoids false breaks from single wicks or low-conviction closes. Broken levels are un-marked automatically when price returns to the zone.
Rendering. Active non-broken levels render as solid blue lines with an optional S/R-style zone box. Broken levels render as dashed gray lines with a BRK badge. Labels show price, touch count, and grade. Priority-0 (major) levels render with increased line width, and levels within 1 ATR of price render thicker still (magnet effect).

The indicator is designed for discretionary trading and framework-based decision making. A few practical patterns:
1. Use the nearest Above and Below levels in the panel as your immediate target and invalidation reference. The Strongest line on the panel is the highest-conviction magnet in view.
2. Grade A and B levels are historically respected by this market. When price approaches one, expect a reaction. When price approaches a Grade D level, expect a clean pass-through or a trap.
3. Confluence with other tools. Round numbers combined with a swing high/low, a moving average, or a Fibonacci level are far more likely to hold than a round number alone. Treat this indicator as one layer in a stacked decision framework.
4. Timeframe selection. Use higher timeframes (1D, 4H) to identify the dominant magnets for position trading, and drop to lower timeframes (1H, 15m) for execution around those same levels.
5. Broken levels are still information. A dashed level with 20+ historical touches is a zone where liquidity has been swept and where retests often provide re-entry opportunities.
🔹 LIMITATIONS & TRANSPARENCY
• This tool identifies psychological levels and grades their historical reaction quality. It does not predict price direction and it is not a trading strategy. Use it as part of a complete decision framework.
• Reaction grades are historical, not forward-looking. A level that held five times may still break on the next test, especially in strong trending conditions or during high-impact news events.
• Touch counts depend on chart history. On symbols with limited history, recent levels may have fewer touches than their true significance warrants.
• The reaction window is fixed (default 5 bars). Reactions that take longer to develop will be graded as weaker than they truly are. Adjust the window to match the instrument and timeframe.
• Extremely low-volume symbols may produce noisy reaction scores because the relative-volume component becomes unreliable. Reduce its weight to 0 in such cases.

Session levels are tracked bar by bar using customizable session time inputs. Each session resets at its start time and tracks the running high and low until the session closes. The Asian, London, and New York sessions can each be configured independently.
Touch detection uses an ATR-based tolerance band (default 10% of ATR). When price closes within that tolerance of a level, the touch counter increments. A break is registered when price closes on the opposite side of a level compared to the prior bar. Respect rate is calculated as touches / (touches + breaks) × 100.

Phantom Structure Engine is a comprehensive Smart Money Concepts (SMC) framework built entirely in Pine Script v6 using typed User-Defined Types and methods. It maps institutional price structure across five dimensions simultaneously: swing Break of Structure (BOS), Change of Character (CHoCH), Order Blocks (OB), Fair Value Gaps (FVG), Equal Highs/Lows (EQH/EQL), Liquidity Sweeps, and dynamic Premium/Discount/Equilibrium zones — all rendered with an institutional-grade dark visual palette and managed via object arrays.
Why a Unified SMC Framework?
SMC concepts are deeply interconnected. A BOS creates the context for a valid Order Block. A CHoCH signals a structural regime shift that invalidates existing OBs. A liquidity sweep above an EQH often precedes a reversal into a Discount zone. Displaying these concepts in isolation (as separate indicators) breaks the logical chain between them. Phantom Structure Engine fuses all layers into a single coherent visual, so each element is always read in its correct structural context.
Core Engine — Swing Structure
Two separate pivot engines run concurrently:
- Swing pivots (configurable left/right bars, default 10/10): define the major structure highs and lows used for BOS and CHoCH detection
- Internal pivots (default 3/3): track minor structure shifts for shorter-term intrabar analysis
BOS Detection with Confirmation Counter
Rather than firing on the first close beyond a swing level, the engine counts consecutive closes above the last swing high (or below the last swing low). A BOS only registers when the close count reaches or exceeds the configurable confirmation threshold (default 1, max 5). This suppresses false breaks caused by wicks and momentary spikes while remaining responsive.
- BOS (Break of Structure): Close beyond swing level, structure direction confirmed. Displayed as a horizontal line from the pivot bar to the break bar, with a BOS label.
- CHoCH (Change of Character): BOS that occurs against the prevailing structural direction (e.g., a bullish break when the prior confirmed direction was bearish). Displayed in gold with a dashed line and CHoCH label.
Order Block Detection
When a BOS or CHoCH fires, the engine scans backward (configurable lookback, default 10 bars) for the last opposing candle — a bearish candle before a bullish BOS, or a bullish candle before a bearish BOS. This candle becomes the Order Block zone.
Each OB is drawn with a two-layer box: a wide semi-transparent outer box and a tighter inner highlight. The OB extends forward on every bar and automatically invalidates (turns grey) when price closes through the opposite boundary — the exact behaviour seen when an OB has been mitigated by institutional flow.
Fair Value Gap Detection
A bullish FVG is identified when bar .low > bar .high (a gap in price between the current bar's low and two bars ago's high), indicating that price moved so fast upward that no trading occurred in that range. Bearish FVG is the mirror. FVGs are drawn as dotted-border boxes that extend forward and auto-fill (turn grey) when price returns to close the gap.
Equal Highs / Equal Lows (EQH / EQL)
At each new swing pivot, the engine compares the current pivot value against the previous pivot of the same type. If the absolute percentage difference is less than 0.15%, they are classified as equal and an EQH or EQL label is stamped at the midpoint. These levels represent liquidity pools resting above or below price — targets for institutional sweeps.
Liquidity Sweeps
A sweep is detected when price wicks beyond the last confirmed swing high or low but closes back on the opposite side. This is the classic liquidity grab: price hunts stops above a high (or below a low), then reverses. Sweep labels fire at the wick extreme in gold — one of the highest-probability reversal signals in institutional analysis.
Premium / Discount / Equilibrium Zones
After each confirmed BOS, the engine identifies the full range between the last confirmed swing high and swing low. This range is divided into three zones:
- Premium (top 38.2%): Statistically expensive — short bias in a bearish structure
- Equilibrium (38.2%–61.8%): Fair value — reduce exposure
- Discount (bottom 38.2%): Statistically cheap — long bias in a bullish structure
Previous zones are deleted and redrawn on each new BOS, keeping the chart clean.
Periodic Levels (PDH / PDL / PWH / PWL)
Previous Day High/Low and Previous Week High/Low are fetched via request.security() with lookahead disabled (barmerge.lookahead_off), preventing any future-bar contamination. These levels render as step-line plots and represent the primary reference levels used by institutional order desks at open.
Institutional Funding Candles
Bars where the true range exceeds 1.5× ATR(14) AND volume exceeds 2× the 20-bar volume SMA are highlighted as funding candles. These represent institutional participation bars and are coloured based on the current structural direction: teal (bullish structure), red (bearish structure), gold (neutral).
Dashboard (Top Right)
A compact 2-column, 8-row table displays: current structural direction, active OB count, open FVG count, last confirmed swing high/low values, and current sweep status for both sides.

How to Use
1. Apply on any liquid instrument. Allow the warmup period (driven by pivot lookback) before trusting the signals.
2. Read structure direction from the dashboard. BOS labels in teal confirm a bullish shift; CHoCH in gold signals a potential trend reversal.
3. Look for price to pull back into a valid (not invalidated) OB or into the Discount zone before considering long entries. Reverse for shorts.
4. FVG zones often act as magnets — price tends to revisit them before continuing in the BOS direction.
5. Treat Liquidity Sweep labels as potential reversal alerts, particularly when they align with OBs or Discount/Premium zones.
Non-Repainting Design
All BOS, CHoCH, sweep, and FVG signals are gated by barstate.isconfirmed. Periodic levels use close with lookahead_off. No pivot value is read until the required right-bar confirmation period has elapsed. Historical labels never shift position.
Limitations
- SMC is a discretionary framework. This indicator automates detection but cannot replace contextual judgment on higher-timeframe bias.
- In extremely fast-moving markets, FVGs may form and fill within the same session, reducing their relevance as future targets.
- EQH/EQL detection uses a 0.15% price equality threshold — this may need adjustment for very low-priced or highly volatile instruments.
- OBs are detected from the most recent opposing candle before a BOS. On some instruments, the true institutional OB may be further back.

Compression Pressure Map is a structural context tool that measures how tightly price is compressing against the nearest pivot-based level, and evaluates two behavioral scenarios in parallel: breakout anticipation and reversal watch. The output is a visual map of where pressure is accumulating — rendered as an evolving pressure zone that moves through BUILDING, ARMED and READY states.
This is not a signal engine, not a forecast, and not a trading strategy. It is a visualization layer that answers a single question: where is compression building around the active level, and in which direction is that pressure leaning.

Most compression indicators reduce behavior to a single direction. CPM separates compression into two parallel scoring engines that run on the same structural core:

In Auto mode the dominant scenario is rendered on the chart (cleaner visual), while the panel shows both scores side by side for transparency. Power users can lock the engine to a single mode. The active level is stabilized with a clustered pivot refinement and a drift-control lock, so the displayed level stays consistent instead of jumping on every new pivot. A compression gate keeps the pressure score aligned with the compression core: when compression is weak, pressure cannot escalate into high states.

The pressure score is a weighted composite of six structural components, measured on the active scenario:

Reversal scoring adds wick-rejection weight at the active level (average lower-wick size for bull reversals, upper-wick size for bear reversals). Breakout scoring adds approach slope weight toward the active level. A shared EMA smoothing step produces calmer state transitions. A dominance margin and cooldown prevent rapid scenario flipping. The final score is driven through a BUILDING → ARMED → READY state machine with hysteresis on the zone visibility to avoid flicker.
