Core idea: Not all Fair Value Gaps and Order Blocks are created equal. This indicator answers the question "Which FVG or Order Block will actually work?" by scoring every detected zone on 10 confluence pillars derived from ICT's (InnerCircleTrader) 2022–2024 Mentorship methodology.
How It Works
Every time an FVG or Order Block forms on the chart, the indicator runs it through a 10-factor scoring engine (each factor scored 0–10, total 0–100):

❶ Displacement / CISD Was the move impulsive? Body > 70% of candle range = institutional candle. Also checks for Change in State of Delivery (close crossing prior candle's open).
❷ Liquidity Sweep Was BSL or SSL taken before the zone formed? Checks swing pivots, Prior Day High/Low, and IPDA 20-day levels.
❸ Premium / Discount Bullish zones in discount (< 50% of range) score high. Bearish zones in premium (> 50%) score high.
❹ Market Structure Is the zone aligned with the current trend (BOS)? With-trend = 10, counter-trend = 1.
❺ HTF Bias Does the Daily (configurable) candle direction agree with the zone? Misalignment = low probability.
❻ OTE Fibonacci Is the zone inside the 62%–79% Optimal Trade Entry retracement? The 70.5% "sweet spot" scores perfect 10.
❼ FVG + OB Overlap Is there a confluence zone where an FVG and Order Block exist at the same price level? This is ICT's highest-probability setup.
❽ Volume Was displacement volume above the 20-bar average? 3x+ average = clear institutional activity.
❾ Kill Zone Timing Formed during London KZ, NY AM KZ, or Silver Bullet windows? "Time supersedes price."
❿ Freshness First-touch zones score highest. Zones decay in score and fade in color as they age.

How it Works
The indicator monitors market structure using external and internal swing highs and lows. When liquidity is swept beyond a previous swing level, a new sequence begins. The script then tracks whether price confirms a structure shift and subsequently forms a Fair Value Gap within a configurable sequence window.
Trend filtering can be applied using Fast and Slow EMA conditions, while optional Premium / Discount and Fair Value Gap requirements allow users to customize how potential setups are displayed.

Master Filter - Trend and Smart Money ZonesOverview
Master Filter combines a proprietary trend engine with the smart-money tools traders actually act on - EMA structure, Fair Value Gaps, Order Blocks and market-structure labels - in a single, clean overlay. Instead of stacking five separate indicators, you get one consistent read of where the trend is and where price is likely to react .
Everything is computed on the current chart timeframe and updates live as new bars form.
What's inside
1. The Master Filter © - trend & signals
A triple-smoothed price baseline (TEMA) is tracked against an adaptive average that follows the highs in an uptrend and the lows in a downtrend. An ATR-based channel (length 365 x multiplier, smoothed) acts as a confirmation filter that aims to suppress false flips during chop. When direction confirms, the script prints a LONG / SHORT marker on the bar. You can optionally plot the high / middle / low channel lines.
2. EMA suite + smoothed mirrors
EMA 100 / 200 / 300 / 365 for trend context, with a shaded zone between the 300 and 365 EMAs. Two optional "mirror" EMAs (a smoothed reflection of the 200 and 365) project the opposite side of price to frame mean-reversion zones.
3. Fair Value Gaps (current timeframe)
Three-bar imbalances are drawn as boxes with a dashed mid-line and tagged with the chart timeframe. Live gaps extend to the current bar and are removed automatically once price trades back through them (mitigation). A "max visible" cap keeps only the most recent gaps.
4. Order Blocks (current timeframe)
SMC-style order blocks are detected on structure breaks (price closing through the last swing high/low). The OB candle is selected within a bounded search window, with a volatility filter so an oversized, high-range bar isn't mistaken for the block. Each OB is drawn as a box plus dashed mid-line, kept per direction up to a configurable limit, and dropped on a strict break. A "max pivot age" setting skips stale blocks far from current price during strong trends.
5. Market structure - HH / HL / LH / LL
Swing pivots are labelled as Higher High / Higher Low / Lower High / Lower Low (teal for higher, orange for lower) so structure shifts are visible at a glance.
How to use
Read the trend from the LONG/SHORT markers and EMA stack; trade with it.
Use FVG and Order Block zones as areas to look for entries, partial exits or invalidation - not as automatic buy/sell signals.
Confirm with HH/HL/LH/LL: continuation favours trend-aligned zones; a structure break warns of a possible shift.

1. Z-Day Profile (The "Coiled Spring")
What it is: A Z-Day is an ICT concept representing a day of extreme consolidation where the market essentially goes nowhere (zero net change). How the script tracks it: The script calculates the Average Daily Range (ADR) over the last 14 days. If a trading day finishes and its total range was less than 50% of the normal ADR, the script stamps a yellow "Z-DAY" label at the start of the next day. How to use it: When you see a Z-Day label, expect massive, violent expansion (trend days) to occur shortly after, as institutional energy has been tightly coiled.
2. SMT Divergence (Smart Money Tool)
What it is: SMT spots fake moves or underlying strength/weakness by comparing two assets that should move together (like NQ and ES). How the script tracks it: You enter a correlated ticker in the settings (e.g., CME_MINI:ES1!). The script pulls that asset's data in the background. It then tracks swing highs and lows on both charts simultaneously. How to use it: If your current chart makes a Lower Low (sweeping liquidity), but the hidden SMT chart makes a Higher Low, the script flags this as a Bullish SMT. It means the down-move on your chart is likely a fake stop-hunt, and price is preparing to reverse upward.
3. Price Action Gaps (NDOG & NWOG)
What it is: Voids in price caused by the market closing and reopening. These gaps act as algorithmic magnets. How the script tracks it:
NDOG (New Day Opening Gap): Tracks the gap between the 5:00 PM EST close and the 6:00 PM EST reopen.
NWOG (New Week Opening Gap): Tracks the gap between Friday's close and Sunday's reopen. How to use it: The script draws colored boxes over these gaps and extends them endlessly to the right. The box will only disappear once price completely overlaps and "fills" the gap, allowing you to use them as high-probability draw-on-liquidity targets.
4. Dealer Ranges & Projections (CBDR & Asian)
What it is: Institutions accumulate orders during specific quiet hours (Dealer Ranges), and then manipulate or expand price outward based on those ranges. How the script tracks it:
It boxes the absolute High and Low printed during the CBDR (Central Bank Dealers Range, 14:00-20:00 NY time).
It boxes the absolute High and Low printed during the Asian Range (20:00-00:00 NY time).
How to use it: The exact moment the Asian Range finishes at midnight, the script measures the height of the CBDR box. It then projects Fibonacci Standard Deviation lines (+1, +2, -1, -2) out into the future. You use these dashed lines as algorithmic take-profit targets for the new trading day.
It also calculates the Flout, which combines the CBDR and Asian ranges together, cuts them in half, and projects dotted lines for alternate target projections. Indicator

Because charting all these footprint concepts can get incredibly cluttered, it features a built-in memory management system, a Lookback Period optimizer (to only track recent data), and toggle switches for every single array type in the settings menu.
Here is exactly what the script detects, draws, and manages:
1. Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) & Consequent Encroachment (CE)
BISI (Buyside Imbalance Sellside Inefficiency): A Bullish FVG. Drawn as a green box when a massive up-move leaves a 3-candle gap.
SIBI (Sellside Imbalance Buyside Inefficiency): A Bearish FVG. Drawn as a red box during a massive down-move.
CE (Consequent Encroachment): It automatically calculates and draws a dotted midline perfectly through the 50% equilibrium mark of every active FVG, which algos use for precise mitigation.
2. Inversion FVGs (IFVG)
The script actively monitors the life-cycle of every FVG. If a Bullish FVG fails to support price and a candle closes completely below it, the script intelligently flips its polarity.
It turns into a Bearish Resistance zone (colored red/gray) labeled IFVG, extending into the future.
3. Balanced Price Ranges (BPR)
A highly sensitive algorithmic signature. If the script detects that a new Bearish FVG has formed and perfectly overlaps the price range of an older Bullish FVG, it highlights that specific overlapping zone in yellow. This acts as a massive magnet/rejection zone for future price action.
4. Volume Imbalance (VI)
Detects microscopic inefficiencies. If two consecutive candles gap up or down so heavily that their bodies do not overlap at all, but their wicks do touch, the script draws a small purple VI zone between the bodies.

Dynamic EQ (Equilibrium) Wall: The system calculates the exact midpoint (EQ) between the active Resistance and Support. Every time the price tests the EQ and fails to close beyond it, the EQ line thickens, visually representing a growing psychological barrier and liquidity compression.
POC Magnet (Point of Control): Within the active high/low range, the system dynamically tracks where the highest trading volume is occurring. This is plotted as a yellow dotted line, acting as the true gravitational center (magnet) of the current range, offering a prime Take Profit target.
FVG Imbalance Tracker: Automatically detects unmitigated Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) in the background. If a sweep signal occurs exactly inside one of these institutional voids, the signal is upgraded to an setup, indicating strong institutional backing.

Upon confirming a valid setup, the system generates a Momentum Vector (Trendline) originating from the signal wick:
The line dynamically tracks the highs/lows of subsequent candles.
It automatically calculates the Risk/Reward (RR) ratio based on the entry close price, the wick stop-loss, and the opposing EQ/POC target.
Momentum Fading: If the trend loses momentum (slope flattens), the arrow and its label (showing "Strong" or "Weak" + RR) begin to fade out into transparency, keeping your chart clean from dead trades. Staggered labels prevent overlap during consecutive signals.
Strict Validation Rules

WHAT IS A FAIR VALUE GAP
A Fair Value Gap is a three-candle pattern where the first and third candles do not overlap, leaving a price range that was crossed in a single, one-sided move:

- Bearish FVG: the high of candle 3 is below the low of candle 1.
That untraded range is an imbalance. Price frequently returns to it later to "rebalance" before continuing, which is why these zones are useful as potential reaction areas.
HOW IT WORKS
1. On the close of every third candle, the script checks for a gap between candle 1 and candle 3.
2. If a gap is found (and passes the optional ATR size filter), a zone is drawn from the pattern to the right.
3. Each zone keeps extending until it is mitigated. You choose what mitigation means:
- Full fill: price fully closes the gap.
- 50% (CE): price reaches the midpoint (Consequent Encroachment).
- Touch: price reaches the near edge of the gap.
4. Once mitigated, the zone is dimmed and stops extending (or is removed, if you prefer).
HOW TO READ IT
- Green zones = bullish Fair Value Gaps (potential demand / support areas).
- Red zones = bearish Fair Value Gaps (potential supply / resistance areas).
- Solid, extending zone = still unmitigated.
- Dimmed zone = already mitigated.
- Dotted midline = the 50% (CE) level of the gap.
- Multi-timeframe table: shows the latest imbalance direction on three higher timeframes (Bull / Bear / –) for higher-timeframe context.
SETTINGS
- Detection: optional ATR filter to ignore small gaps, ATR length, minimum gap size (× ATR), and maximum gaps kept per side.
- Mitigation: choose Full fill, 50% (CE) or Touch, and whether mitigated gaps stay dimmed or are removed.
- Visual: colors for bullish/bearish gaps, box transparency, optional border, optional 50% midline, optional labels, label size.
- Multi-timeframe table: enable/disable, the three timeframes, and table position.
REPAINTING
Gaps are confirmed on the close of the third candle, so a zone does not appear and then disappear intrabar.

Add the indicator to any symbol that has volume, on any timeframe. The defaults work out of the box. Two decisions set the context:
- Timeframe: use your trading timeframe. Higher timeframes (1H/4H/1D) give fewer, stronger zones; lower timeframes give more, faster-moving ones.
- Window: keep Use Fixed Candle Count on (default 360) for a stable, repeatable profile, or turn it off to let the profile follow the visible range as you scroll.

- Trend Bias is your regime filter: Bullish when price is above the Value Area High (favour longs), Bearish below the Value Area Low (favour shorts), Balanced inside the value area (favour fading the edges / mean-reversion).

⭐️ Find the zones that actually matter
Not all zones are equal — let the labels rank them for you:
- Strength % : higher = more volume traded there = a stronger level. A “Support 95%” is far more significant than a “Support 48%”. Prioritise the high-% zones.
- Retest count (x N): a low count means a fresh, untested level (often the cleanest reactions); a high count means it’s been hit many times and may be weakening toward a break.
- Profile shape: the long bars are High-Volume Nodes (acceptance/magnets); the thin LVN dashed lines are Low-Volume Nodes (rejection / fast-travel zones).
⭐️ Trade the three core plays
Almost every setup is one of these. Use the zone edges for entries and stops:
Bounce (long at support)
- Price drops into a strong green Support zone with the bias bullish or balanced.
- Wait for a reaction candle (rejection wick/engulfing) inside or at the zone.
- Entry on the reaction; stop just below the zone; first target = POC or the nearest resistance.
Reject (short at resistance)
- Price rallies into a strong red Resistance zone with the bias bearish or balanced.
- Look for a rejection / the “Resistance Reject” marker.
- Entry on the reaction; stop just above the zone; target = POC or nearest support.
Breakout / Breakdown (momentum)
-A decisive close through a zone (ideally with the BUY/SELL signal and volume confirmation on) flips it from resistance to support (or vice-versa).
-Enter on the break or the retest of the flipped zone; target the next zone up/down.
- Breaks through a thin LVN tend to run fast to the next High-Volume Node.

A Fair Value Gap represents a three-candle price imbalance.

The script does not treat every FVG as an entry.
Instead, it waits for a confirmed structure event and then searches for an eligible FVG that matches that directional context.

A higher minimum gap-width value makes FVG storage and candidate selection more selective.
A lower value allows smaller gaps to enter the internal memory.
The filter is volatility-adjusted because the same absolute price distance can have different meaning across symbols and timeframes.
The active threshold depends on the chosen profile or Custom Lab value.
A larger gap is not automatically a better setup.
Gap size is only one component of the complete selection and retest process.

A higher threshold reduces the number of eligible FVGs.

The displacement score is an internal quality measurement.
It does not predict whether the zone will hold in the future.

Show Executed FVG Retests separately controls whether the FVG zone that created an entry remains highlighted as part of the trade model.
The selected display mode affects visual presentation only.
It does not change the underlying FVG calculations.
For the cleanest chart, Selected Gap is generally the most focused mode.
All Active Gaps can be useful for research but may create more chart density.

The script can automatically remove invalidated FVG zones.
A bullish FVG may be invalidated when confirmed price action closes through the zone in the opposite direction.
A bearish FVG may be invalidated when confirmed price action closes through its opposite boundary.
An armed zone can also be cleared when:
• its retest window expires
• the zone exceeds the permitted lifetime
• the internal memory limit removes an older gap
• the active structure search is replaced
When an armed FVG becomes invalid, the Blocker Lens can display FVG INVALIDATED.
When the retest window expires, it can display SETUP EXPIRED.
Removing invalidated or stale zones helps prevent outdated FVGs from creating later entries outside their intended context.
Users can disable automatic invalidation removal if they prefer to retain more zones visually.

Spotting sudden, aggressive price action often called displacement doesn't have to be a guessing game. Finding who is in control - buyers or sellers - can be as easy as looking for candles with specific colors. The script objectively track these explosive price moves by comparing candle's range against multiple of ATR over a specific lookback period (ATR Length).
True displacement should create a gap or FVG (Fair Value Gap) which indicates strong price move in one direction and this script provides the logic to catch this specific scenario while filtering out noise. Additionally, the cript marks break-of-structure displacement candles to highlight the beginning of strong directional move or a reversal. There is also filter provided to find only candles with significant gap created (FVG threshold). This script works best on smaller timeframes, eg. 1m or 5m.

[Viprasol] Equilibrium Confluence EngineOverview
The Viprasol Equilibrium Confluence Engine is an original indicator that requires five independent, well-known trading conditions to agree before it prints a signal: an EMA trend filter, Fibonacci premium/discount location, a market-structure shift (CHoCH), a liquidity sweep, and a Fair Value Gap. Each of these concepts answers a different question about a trade — direction, location, structure, intent, and imbalance — and the engine only confirms when all of the enabled conditions line up on the same side within a configurable window. The on-chart panels (HOW IT WORKS legend, a live confluence checklist, and a strategy summary) make the logic self-explanatory directly on the chart.
It is built for traders who want a single, transparent confluence check instead of running five separate indicators and eyeballing whether they agree.
Why These Components Belong Together (Mashup Justification)
Each layer covers a dimension the others cannot, which is the reason they are combined rather than used alone:
- The EMA trend filter answers "which direction?" but says nothing about where to enter.
- Fibonacci equilibrium answers "is price cheap or expensive within the range?" but not whether momentum agrees.
- Market structure (CHoCH) answers "has the prevailing structure actually shifted?" but a shift alone can be a trap.
- The liquidity sweep answers "did price take liquidity before moving?" — the footprint that often precedes a real move — but needs direction and location to be actionable.
- The Fair Value Gap answers "is there an institutional imbalance for price to react to?" but an FVG in the wrong location or against the trend is low quality.
Used together, a signal only appears when momentum, location, structure, intent, and imbalance all point the same way — the combination is the point, not any single piece.
How It Works
1. EMA Trend Filter:
Two EMAs (default 9 and 15). The trend is bullish when the fast EMA is above the slow EMA and bearish when below. BUY confluence requires bullish trend; SELL requires bearish.
2. Fibonacci Equilibrium (dealing range):
The most recent confirmed swing high and swing low (from pivots of the swing length) define a dealing range. The 0.5 level is equilibrium; 0.236 and 0.786 are also drawn. Below 0.5 is the Discount zone (a relatively cheap "buy area"); above 0.5 is the Premium zone ("sell area"). BUY confluence requires price in discount; SELL requires premium. The range, levels, and zones are shaded and labeled with live prices.
3. Market Structure — CHoCH / BOS:
Swing highs and lows are tracked. When price closes through the prior swing high while structure was not already bullish, a bullish Change of Character (CHoCH) is marked; closing through the prior swing low while not already bearish marks a bearish CHoCH. Continuation breaks in the same direction are labeled BOS. BUY confluence requires a bullish CHoCH within the confluence window; SELL requires a bearish one.
4. Liquidity Sweep:
Sell-side liquidity is considered swept when a bar wicks below a prior swing low but closes back above it (stops taken, price rejected) — a bullish footprint. Buy-side liquidity is swept when a bar wicks above a prior swing high and closes back below — a bearish footprint. BUY confluence requires a recent bullish sweep; SELL a bearish one.
5. Fair Value Gap (FVG):
A bullish FVG is a 3-candle imbalance where the current low is above the high two bars back (low > high ); a bearish FVG is where the current high is below the low two bars back (high < low ). The gap is boxed and tracked. BUY confluence requires price inside a bullish FVG or a recent bullish FVG within the window; SELL the bearish equivalent.
Confluence Engine:
Each condition can be individually included or excluded. CHoCH, sweep, and FVG are event-based, so they remain "active" for a configurable Confluence Window (default 15 bars) using barssince, allowing the five conditions to line up even if they did not occur on the exact same bar. A confirmed BUY fires on the first bar all enabled BUY conditions are simultaneously true (and a SELL for the bear side), gated by a cooldown to prevent repeats. The dashboard shows a live BUY/SELL score out of 5, and the checklist panel shows exactly which conditions are met.
Risk Overlay:
On a confirmed signal, the engine projects Entry (signal close), Stop-Loss (beyond the relevant swing extreme plus an ATR buffer), and Take-Profit (Entry ± risk × Risk:Reward), with colored ENTRY/SL/TP price labels. Only the latest signal's projection is kept.

How to Use
Getting Started:
1. Add to a standard candlestick chart (not Heikin Ashi).
2. Read the HOW IT WORKS panel (left) and the live confluence checklist (right).
3. A BUY/SELL label prints only when every enabled condition is aligned; Entry/SL/TP project from it.
Tuning Confluence:
- For more signals, turn off one or two of the stricter conditions (e.g. FVG) or widen the Confluence Window.
- For higher conviction, keep all five on and shorten the window so conditions must be tightly clustered.

Limitations & Disclaimer
- Swing-based features (range, structure, liquidity) depend on confirmed pivots, which lag by the swing length; very recent swings are not yet confirmed.
- The dealing range uses the latest confirmed swing high and low; in strong one-directional moves the range can become stale until a new swing forms.
- CHoCH detection here uses closing breaks of the last swing; it is a practical approximation of the structure concept, not a full multi-leg structure model.
- FVG detection is the standard 3-candle definition and tracks only the most recent gap per direction for confluence.
- The confluence window means conditions need not occur on the same bar; widening it loosens signal quality, narrowing it tightens it — there is no single correct value.
- Entry/SL/TP lines are visual references only and do not place or manage trades.

FVG/IFVG [CRODL]█ OVERVIEW
This indicator detects Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) on up to five timeframes at once, tracks every gap it draws, and invalidates each one automatically the moment price fills it. A filled gap can be deleted, kept on the chart cut off at the candle that filled it, or flipped into an Inversion Fair Value Gap (iFVG) - the same zone watched with the opposite bias. What makes the script useful is that it manages the full life cycle of every zone in one tool: detect, track, fill-check on every bar, invert, and expire - across multiple timeframes, with a choice of close-based or wick-based fill logic, and without repainting committed zones.
█ CONCEPTS
Fair Value Gap (FVG)
An FVG is a three-candle imbalance, a concept popularized in ICT / "smart money" style trading. A bullish FVG forms when the low of the third candle stays above the high of the first candle: price moved up so fast that the middle candle left a slice of untraded space behind it. A bearish FVG is the mirror image - the high of the third candle stays below the low of the first. The space between those two levels is the zone this script draws. Traders typically watch unfilled gaps as areas price may revisit ("rebalance") before continuing.
Inversion Fair Value Gap (iFVG)
An iFVG is a gap that failed. When price closes through a bullish FVG instead of respecting it, many traders treat that same zone as resistance afterwards - a support/resistance flip applied to imbalances. This script performs the flip automatically: the box changes to the iFVG colors and label, and the inversion zone remains active until price trades back through its far side, at which point it is removed as well.
█ HOW IT WORKS
Detection
On every enabled timeframe the script tests the last three confirmed candles. A bullish gap is registered when the low of the newest candle is above the high of the oldest one; a bearish gap when the high of the newest candle is below the low of the oldest one. The gap is committed the moment its third candle closes, and the box is anchored at the middle candle where the imbalance was created.
Higher-timeframe data
Higher-timeframe candles are requested on confirmed bars only, using bar offsets (the publication-safe request technique recommended by PineCoders). No future data is accessed, and committed zones print in the same place historically and in real time — they do not repaint.
Live preview
With "Wait for candle close to identify FVGs" turned OFF, a provisional box is drawn while the third candle is still forming. It expands and contracts with the developing high/low, becomes permanent only if the gap survives the candle close, and is removed if the wick closes the gap first. Turn the setting ON if you prefer to see confirmed gaps only.
Invalidation engine
Every active zone is stored internally and re-checked on every chart bar:
• A bullish FVG is filled when price breaks below the BOTTOM of its zone.
• A bearish FVG is filled when price breaks above the TOP of its zone.
• "Close" mode requires a confirmed candle close beyond the level; "Wick" mode triggers on a single touch.
When a gap fills it is either deleted (default), kept on the chart truncated at the fill candle, or inverted into an iFVG - depending on your settings. An iFVG is then invalidated by the same Close/Wick rule, mirrored to its new direction.
█ SETTINGS AND HOW TO USE IT
• Timeframes - the chart timeframe plus up to four higher ones (15m / 1h / 4h / 1D by default). "Hide FVGs from timeframes lower than the chart" keeps the chart clean when you move up a timeframe.
• Filled FVG Type - Close (stricter) or Wick (more sensitive).
• Show FVG / Show iFVG - display fresh gaps, inversion zones, or both.
• Delete Boxes after fill - ON shows only zones that are still valid; OFF keeps a visual history of filled gaps, each cut off where it was filled.
• Extend Boxes + Label Distance - stretch active zones to the right edge of the chart with floating labels.
• Per-timeframe label text, plus full color and border control for FVG and iFVG boxes.
• Max bars back - how much history to scan (performance guard).
Typical use: treat unfilled gaps as potential reaction zones in the direction of the prevailing move, look for multi-timeframe confluence (for example a 15m gap sitting inside a 4h gap), and watch iFVGs as flip zones after a gap fails. The script marks and manages zones - it does not generate buy or sell signals. Combine it with your own market-structure analysis and risk management.
█ ALERTS
Alert conditions are included: Bullish FVG created, Bearish FVG created, FVG inverted bearish (a bullish gap was invalidated), and FVG inverted bullish (a bearish gap was invalidated).
█ NOTES AND LIMITATIONS
• Invalidation is evaluated against chart-timeframe candles. On a low timeframe a higher-timeframe gap can therefore be invalidated by a lower-timeframe close - this makes mitigation responsive, but it means the exact moment a higher-timeframe zone disappears can differ slightly depending on the chart timeframe you are viewing.
• With "Wait for candle close" OFF, the preview box on the still-forming candle keeps updating until that candle closes. This is by design and only affects the live, unconfirmed candle - committed zones never change.
• Up to 500 boxes and labels are kept on the chart; beyond that, the oldest zones are recycled first.

█ OVERVIEW
Most FVG indicators stop at drawing boxes. This one tracks the complete lifecycle of every gap — fresh → midline-tested → filled → INVERTED → retested — and automates the part of the model that traders actually trade: the Inversion Fair Value Gap (IFVG).
A Fair Value Gap is a 3-candle imbalance left behind when price moves too fast for two-sided trade to occur. Price frequently returns to these zones. But when price closes through a gap instead of respecting it, the zone does not die — it flips polarity. A violated bullish gap becomes resistance; a violated bearish gap becomes support. The first retest of that inverted zone is one of the cleanest entry models in the Smart Money Concepts framework, and this script detects, restyles, and signals it automatically.
█ FEATURES
Gap detection
— Bullish and bearish FVGs detected on confirmed bars only (non-repainting).
— ATR minimum-size filter removes insignificant micro-gaps.
— Optional displacement filter: the middle candle must be a genuine expansion bar (range greater than a configurable multiple of ATR), keeping only gaps created by aggressive participation.
Volume strength score
Every gap is stamped with a 0–100 score comparing the displacement candle's volume against its 20-bar average. A 90% gap and a 20% gap are not the same zone — now you can see the difference at a glance.
Consequent Encroachment (CE)
Each gap carries its 50% midline. The first touch of the CE is detected, the gap is visually dimmed to separate tested zones from fresh ones, and an alert is available.
Inversion engine (IFVG)
— A close through the gap converts it into an inverted zone with distinct styling.
— The first retest of an inverted zone prints an on-chart signal (long model for inverted bearish gaps, short model for inverted bullish gaps).
— A close back through the far side invalidates and removes the zone.
— Inversion can be disabled, in which case gaps simply fill and are removed or frozen (wick-fill or close-fill modes).
Multi-timeframe mode
Display gaps from one higher timeframe directly on your chart as dashed boxes. HTF gaps are built exclusively from closed higher-timeframe bars, so they do not repaint.
Dashboard
A compact panel shows active bullish gaps, bearish gaps, inverted zones, plus the nearest demand level below price and the nearest supply level above it.
Alerts
Eight alert conditions cover the full lifecycle: new bullish/bearish gap, CE touch, fill, bullish/bearish inversion, and long/short IFVG retest.
█ HOW DETECTION WORKS
A bullish FVG forms when the current bar's low sits entirely above the high from two bars earlier — the zone spans that void. A bearish FVG is the mirror image. Detection runs only on bar close, so a gap that appears never disappears or redraws. Lifecycle state changes (CE touches, fills, inversions, retests) are likewise evaluated on confirmed bars.
█ HOW TO USE IT
1. Classic continuation: in a trend, wait for price to retrace into a fresh high-strength gap aligned with the trend; the CE midline is the standard entry refinement.
2. Inversion reversal: when a gap is closed through, stop looking for the old reaction — wait for the retest of the inverted zone in the new direction. The on-chart IFVG markers identify exactly this moment.
3. Multi-timeframe confluence: enable HTF mode and prioritize chart-timeframe signals that occur inside a higher-timeframe gap.
4. Use the dashboard's nearest demand/supply readout for quick situational awareness of where the next reaction zones sit.
Works on all symbols and timeframes. Crypto and index futures tend to produce the cleanest gaps on 5m–1H; forex gaps are more frequent on 15m and above.
