What it does
Apex Edge — NQ Correlation HUD is a compact on-chart dashboard built for trading Nasdaq-100 index products (NQ, MNQ, and similar). Rather than manually flicking between the VIX and individual Mega-Cap Tech charts to gauge whether the broader market agrees with a setup, this indicator brings that context onto your current chart in one glance.
It scores your current instrument's own momentum and structure, then does the same for the VIX and seven Magnificent-7 stocks — live, every bar — and tells you visually which of those names are actually confirming your bias right now versus which aren't.
The HUD: Ticker / Fuel / Confluence
The dashboard is a simple 3-column table:
Ticker — the symbol for that row. Row 1 always reflects whatever chart you're currently on (so it updates automatically if you switch between NQ and MNQ, or any other symbol). Below that: VIX, then the 7 Mag7 names.
Fuel — a 0–10 momentum score for that symbol (see scoring below), shown as a fraction against your configured minimum threshold, e.g. 6/6.
Confluence — a directional vote out of 5, shown as ▲x/▼y, indicating how many of 5 independent components currently lean bullish versus bearish for that symbol.
What it monitors, and why
VIX — the market's fear gauge. It typically moves inversely to equities, so a VIX reading that's rising while your chart is bearish (or falling while your chart is bullish) is a classic confirmation signal. The HUD surfaces VIX's own Fuel and Confluence so you don't have to switch charts to check it.
The 7 Mag7 stocks (defaults: AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, NVDA, META, TSLA — all fully customizable in settings) — these carry substantial weight in the Nasdaq-100 and tend to drive a large share of its movement. When several of them are genuinely moving with your NQ/MNQ chart, that's real confirmation your setup isn't just noise on one instrument; when they're diverging, it's a reason for caution even if your chart alone looks clean.
How each pair offers confluence
A single chart can give a false signal — a stop run, a low-liquidity spike, an isolated headline. Checking whether the broader Nasdaq complex agrees filters a lot of that out. If your NQ/MNQ setup is bearish and the majority of Mag7 names are also showing bearish confluence while correlating with your chart's actual price action, and VIX is leaning bullish (its typical inverse relationship holding up), that's three independent confirmations lining up rather than one chart in isolation.
How the columns are scored
Fuel Score (0–10) is a multi-factor momentum read, built from:
Volume Z-score relative to a rolling average
Candle body dominance within its own range
Where the close sits within the bar's high-low range
ATR expansion versus its own rolling average
Confluence Score (out of 5) is a 5-component directional vote:
LTF trend (Hull moving average)
HTF trend (Hull moving average on a higher timeframe)
LTF RSI position
HTF RSI position
Price structure vs. a rolling range midpoint
Each component casts one bullish or bearish vote; the tally is shown as ▲bullish/▼bearish.
The correlation layer
This is what separates the Mag7 rows from a static watchlist. Each Mag7 ticker's title is colour-coded in real time:
Green — that symbol is BOTH rolling-correlated to your current chart above a threshold you set, AND its own Confluence is currently agreeing with your chart's direction.
Red — either condition fails: it's not correlating closely enough right now, or it's correlating but currently pointing the other way.
This means the HUD isn't just showing you 7 static numbers — it's telling you, live, which of the 7 are actually confirming your bias in this moment versus which are just along for the ride historically. Correlation lookback, the green/red threshold, and the correlation-guide tooltip (with standard statistical strength bands) are all configurable.
Built-in alerts
Two included alert conditions ("HUD Setup: Long Bias" / "HUD Setup: Short Bias") fire when your chart's Confluence bias is shared by a configurable number of the 7 Mag7 symbols AND VIX Confluence is leaning the opposite way. These are deliberately price-agnostic — they tell you when the broader HUD context has aligned, not when to enter. Pair them with your own key-level or zone tools to time actual entries once the alert fires.

A NOTE ON USE:
Market hours affect the correlation rows. NQ/MNQ trade nearly 24 hours; the Mag7 equities only trade actively during NASDAQ hours (with an extended pre/post-market window beyond that). Outside those hours, correlation can legitimately read n/a for some or all Mag7 rows — that's expected behaviour, not a fault, since a closed/flat equity price has no variance to correlate against. Correlation readings are most meaningful during and immediately around the NASDAQ session; Fuel and Confluence continue working normally at all hours since they don't depend on cross-symbol variance.

## 1 · Purpose
This indicator answers one question: **"Where are we in the trend lifecycle?"** — not merely "has MACD crossed yet?"
A single MACD can only describe momentum state; it cannot describe trend *phase*, because phase emerges from the relationship between multiple timeframes. This script reads a PPO-normalized MACD across three time layers — a slow timeframe sets the regime, a mid timeframe defines the phase, and the chart timeframe tracks entry timing — then outputs an instantly readable phase name, a multi-timeframe dashboard, and a weighted consensus verdict (MAJOR).
Because everything is normalized to percentages, it works on any market and any symbol: index futures, stocks, crypto, or forex.
## 2 · Methodology
**Engine — PPO (Percentage Price Oscillator):**

**Phase state machine (computed on the Phase TF, default 4H):** each timeframe uses only three features:
1. **Regime** — PPO above/below zero
2. **Impulse** — PPO above/below its signal line
3. **Leg-peak memory** — is the latest impulse leg's PPO peak lower than the previous leg's peak? (structural momentum divergence)
Combined with the slow-TF regime, this yields 9 phases:

**Anti-flicker:** the committed phase changes only after the new raw phase persists for N chart bars (default 2) — hysteresis prevents flickering.
**Timing signal:** when the phase is a pullback phase and the chart-TF histogram inflects back in the trend direction (`hist > hist ` after falling, or the mirror), a ▲/▼ triangle prints on the price chart. The idea: the higher timeframe defines *where* momentum entries make conceptual sense; the chart timeframe shows *when* the counter-move is fading.
**MAJOR consensus:** each grid TF scores its phase (Established ±1.0, Pullback ±0.75, Emerging ±0.5, Weakening ±0.25, Chop 0), weighted by timeframe (default 30m×1, 1H×1.5, 4H×2, D×3) → summed into a net % → |net| ≥ 20% = LONG/SHORT lean, ≥ 50% = strong. This is a structured way of reading multi-timeframe agreement at a glance — higher timeframes get louder votes.

**For:** traders studying trend-pullback structure who execute manually and use indicators as context filters; anyone who wants a one-glance answer to "is this market trending, correcting, weakening, or going nowhere?"
**NOT for:** scalpers far below the phase TF (higher-TF data updates too slowly to matter); anyone expecting a fully automatic buy/sell system (this is decision support, not a bot); extended sideways markets (it will mostly show CHOP — which is the correct reading: no trend phase exists).
## 6 · How to Use (Study Playbook)
1. Open the chart one or more steps **below the Phase TF** (e.g. 1H chart with a 4H phase TF).
2. Use the background color and phase label as context: trend-following ideas align with ESTABLISHED phases, continuation setups form during PULLBACK / RALLY phases, and WEAKENING or CHOP suggest standing aside.
3. Check the **MAJOR** row — study how often lower and higher timeframes agree before strong moves, and how disagreement resolves.
4. The ▲/▼ triangles mark where a counter-trend swing's momentum fades *while the higher timeframe still points with the trend* — the classic pullback-entry concept. Observe how these behave on your market before acting on any of them.
5. Momentum-inflection signals are, by nature, short-horizon events — they describe the next swing, not the next month. Re-evaluate whenever the phase changes.
6. Alerts: alert dialog → Condition = "MACD Phase" → choose "Phase changed", "Major bias changed", "Long timing" or "Short timing" → recommended trigger **Once per bar close**.
7. WEAKENING is best studied as a position-management state (momentum thinning), not a reversal signal.
## 7 · Common Mistakes
- ❌ Treating ESTABLISHED phases as entry signals — by the time everything is aligned, much of the move has often happened; the pullback phases are where continuation logic actually applies.
- ❌ Taking every triangle in both directions on every market — different markets have different structural drifts; study each side's behavior on your instrument first.
- ❌ Expecting momentum-inflection signals to define long swings — their information decays quickly.
- ❌ Viewing on a chart TF larger than the Phase TF (the ⚠ row will warn you).

Volatility Regime Classifier [AFD]
**What it does**
It answers one question: *is this symbol moving more, or less, than it usually does?*
It measures how far this symbol's own bars have been travelling, ranks that against its recent history, and states the answer as a percentile from 0 to 100 plus a named tier — **QUIET**, **NORMAL**, **ELEVATED** or **EXTREME**. Alongside it you get how the recent stretch compares with the longer one, whether the reading is rising or falling, and a plain-English line saying what that amounts to.
Everything comes from the chart you have open. No VIX, no options data, no implied volatility, no other symbol, and no `request.*()` call of any kind — so it behaves the same on a currency pair, a small-cap, a future or a crypto chart, none of which have an index volatility proxy to borrow.
**How it works**
Realized volatility is measured over three rolling windows — short, mid and long — and one **Sensitivity** setting picks them: Fast 5/15/30, Normal 10/30/60, Slow 20/60/120. Fast is the default.
Four estimators, and this choice matters more than any other setting:
- **Parkinson** (default) — reads the bar's high-low range.
- **Garman-Klass** — reads the range and the open-to-close move.
- **Close-to-close** — reads the dispersion of returns.
- **ATR** — a plain N-bar average of true range. **Not Wilder's smoothing**, so it will
not match PulseWire's built-in ATR at the same length. Deliberate, not a bug.
Parkinson is the default because of a specific failure of the close-to-close default it replaced. Close-to-close measures how *scattered* returns are; a chart reader measures how *far* price went. A clean one-way slide has every return pointing the same way, so its dispersion is genuinely low — and a choppy bounce covering the same ground scores higher than the slide did. Range-based estimators read what the eye reads.
The short-window reading is ranked against the last **400 bars** to give the percentile, and the tier follows from that rank with a **band around each boundary**, so a reading parked on a threshold does not flip back and forth on sampling noise. The panel tells you when the band is holding a tier back.
There is a second route into EXTREME, and it exists because a percentile is self-normalising: roughly a tenth of all bars sit in the top tier however quiet the year has actually been. So a bar is also called EXTREME when the short window reaches a set multiple of the long one, whatever its rank. The multiple differs per estimator, because the four do not put that ratio on the same scale.
On intraday charts the **session-gap return is excluded**. It spans a close and the next open, so it is not a return over one bar of trading, and leaving it in made every session open read as a volatility event that never happened. It is dropped, not zeroed.
**How to use it**
Add it and read the dashboard. It starts compact at four rows; switch **Compact dashboard** off for the full nine, which name every window, bound and setting actually in force rather than the defaults. Hover the marker at the end of the line for a glossary of every number, also built from your current settings.
- **The percentile line** in the lower pane, tier zones shaded behind it.
- **Price-chart markers** — the bar column painted when a tier you have chosen is reached, or a box spanning the whole episode. EXTREME is marked by default; QUIET, NORMAL, ELEVATED and RISING are all available, and a marked tier always beats RISING so an overlapping bar's colour is never an accident of ordering.
- **The market context box** on the price chart, at the corner you pick or off. A headline names the character of the tape — `RANGE EXPANDING`, `RANGE COMPRESSING`, `WIDE AND HOLDING` and eight others — over a line naming what to re-check, a line stating what the short-to-long ratio amounts to in words, and a standing line reading **`Size only - this says nothing about direction.`**
That last line has no off switch, and the vocabulary above it never uses the words "up or "down". `EXPANDING` is equally what a hard rally and a hard sell-off look like.
**Three alerts**, all evaluated on confirmed bars only: the regime tier changed, the short-vs-baseline state changed, and the EXTREME tier was entered.
**Repainting**
The script reads nothing but the current chart's own bars. There are no `request.*()` calls, no higher-timeframe data and no `barmerge.lookahead_on` anywhere in it, so there is no future data for it to borrow. Once a bar closes, its reading is settled and does not change afterwards.
The bar still forming is the ordinary exception, and it is worth being explicit about: its high, low and close are still moving, so the reading on it moves too, and the tier on the live bar can change before the bar is done. The three alert conditions are gated to confirmed bars for that reason. Drawn elements — the panel, the context box, the episode box — are drawn at the last bar and update with it.
**Why it is original**
It is built for the **Pine Screener**, which is unusual in this category. The first ten plots are the contract — percentile, tier code, ratio, short-vs-baseline code, acceleration tier, regime-changed flag, the two raw RV levels, the percentile's sample count, and a flag saying whether the outputs are fully defined — so you can rank or filter a whole watchlist by volatility regime instead of reading one chart at a time. Zero `request.*()` calls, and the warmup is sized to fit the Screener's 500-bar window.
The other difference is that **the regime is a number, not a colour.** The visual layer is drawn *from* the percentile and never replaces it; every tinted panel row still states its value in words, and the whole visual layer switches off without a single reported number changing.
**Limitations**
- **It says nothing about direction, and it is not a signal.** No entries, no exits, no targets, no probability, win-rate or expectancy language anywhere in the script. It describes what has already happened on the chart in front of you.
- **It needs history.** At the default Fast preset the percentile is undefined until bar 404 and shows blank until then. The size-based EXTREME route is defined from bar 30, so **a bar can legitimately show an EXTREME tier beside a blank percentile row** — the panel says which is which, and the `Outputs fully defined` plot flags it.
- **A percentile is relative to this symbol's own recent history.** QUIET on one instrument and QUIET on another are not the same absolute amount of movement. The panel carries the absolute RV level next to the rank for exactly this reason.
- **ATR here is a simple average, not Wilder's**, as above.

AlgoForex PULSE Momentum & Volatility CompassAlgoForex PULSE is a single-pane trend, momentum and volatility read-out. It replaces the usual stack of three separate indicators — a moving average, an oscillator and a volatility gauge — with one adaptive framework drawn directly on price.
WHY IT EXISTS
A fixed-period moving average has one setting and two problems: it lags in a trend and whipsaws in a range. Most traders answer this by adding an oscillator in a lower pane and a volatility filter somewhere else, then spend the session moving their eyes between three places. PULSE folds those three jobs into one object on the chart.
HOW THE BASELINE WORKS
The baseline is an adaptive average driven by an efficiency ratio. For the chosen lookback it measures:
• net directional travel = |price now − price N bars ago|
• total travel = the sum of every bar-to-bar move over the same N bars
The ratio of the two is the efficiency ratio. Near 1, almost all movement went one way, so the average is allowed to accelerate toward price. Near 0, price covered a lot of distance and ended up nowhere, so the average slows down and flattens. The smoothing constant is squared, which makes the transition between the two states sharper than a linear blend.
The practical effect: the line tracks trends closely, then stops reacting to noise when the market goes sideways.
AURORA BANDS
Three ATR-scaled layers are drawn on each side of the baseline and filled with the live trend colour. They serve two purposes at once:
• the WIDTH shows current volatility — the cloud breathes as ATR expands and contracts
• the POSITION of price inside the cloud shows how stretched the move is
A close hugging the outer band is an extended move. A close oscillating around the baseline is a market with no commitment.
TREND STATE (with hysteresis)
The trend does not flip the moment price touches the baseline. It requires a close beyond baseline ± (Trend Trigger × ATR), default 0.5× ATR. This buffer is the difference between a handful of meaningful flips per session and dozens of meaningless ones. Raise it for fewer, slower signals; lower it for a more reactive read.

MOMENTUM SCORE (0-100)
Rather than a second pane, momentum is reduced to one number:
Momentum = 55 × normalised position inside the bands + 45 × RSI
The position component is clamped to ±1 so a single spike bar cannot dominate the reading. The result drives three things: the gauge in the dashboard, the candle colour gradient, and the surge markers (small dots) fired when the score crosses the bullish or bearish levels.
CONVICTION
The dashboard shows the raw efficiency ratio as a percentage. This is deliberately kept separate from the momentum score because the two answer different questions:
• Momentum = which direction, how strongly
• Conviction = how clean that movement was
A high momentum score with low conviction is a move fighting through chop. High on both is the condition worth acting on.
SQUEEZE RADAR
Current ATR is compared against its own percentile over a lookback window (default: bottom 25% of the last 100 bars). While ATR sits in that bottom band the background is tinted, marking compression. The bar where ATR climbs back out is marked with a the expansion point.
Compression tells you nothing about direction, only that the range is unusually tight. Pair it with the trend state for a directional bias.
HOW TO USE IT
1. Read the trend colour first — it sets your bias for the session.
2. Check Conviction. Below roughly 20% the market is not paying trend-followers.
3. Wait for price to pull back toward the baseline rather than chasing the outer band.
4. Treat a squeeze release in the direction of the trend as a timing cue, not a signal on its own.
5. Momentum surge dots confirm strength — they are not standalone entries.

HOW IT WORKS (THE WHOLE ENGINE, NOTHING HIDDEN)
Two commodity measurements, both read from nothing but the rolling price extremes, computed on the chart timeframe only:
1. Trend + side — the Aroon oscillator (length 25, the indicator's original default, lightly smoothed with a 3-bar average): how recently the 25-bar high was made versus the 25-bar low, on a −100…+100 scale. Fresh highs with stale lows read strongly positive (uptrend); the reverse reads strongly negative. At or above ±70 — the conventional strong-trend line — the tape is called directional, and the sign picks the side.
2. Volatility — the high-low span of the last 40 bars as a percent of price, compared to its own 150-bar average, so "wide" and "narrow" are always relative to this market on this timeframe.
Regime resolution: oscillator magnitude at or above the threshold = trending. Not trending with the span at or above 1.6× its baseline = VOL CHOP (large, directionless swings). Everything else = RANGE, tagged coiled when the span sits at or below 0.5× — half its normal width, compression that often precedes expansion. All thresholds are inputs.
WHAT PING DELIBERATELY DOES NOT DO
No entries, no exits, no levels, no arrows, and no higher-timeframe requests — there is not a single request.security() call in the code. It diagnoses conditions; what you do with that is your process.
HONEST LIMITATIONS
The engine has no hysteresis and no state memory beyond the 3-bar smooth, so bars near a threshold can flip the read back and forth — the cost of keeping the math this simple and fully inspectable. Early chart history defaults to RANGE until the 150-bar span baseline warms up; that is expected, not a bug. The HUD updates on the developing bar like any indicator.

A currency strength meter that ranks the eight major currencies against each other in real time, and then tells you the one thing you actually opened it for: which pair to trade right now.
It reads all 28 major crosses, so every currency is measured across all seven of its pairs, not just against the dollar.
🔵 WHAT MAKES THIS ONE DIFFERENT
Almost every strength meter measures each pair's percent change and averages it. That has a flaw nobody talks about: a 40 pip move in a quiet pair and a 40 pip move in a violent one are treated as the same event, when they are not remotely the same event.
This meter measures every move in ATR units instead. A currency only scores highly if it has moved far relative to how far that pair normally moves. Quiet pairs stop being drowned out by naturally volatile ones, and the ranking stops flattering whichever currency happens to be paired with the wildest counterpart that week.

🔵 THE SPREAD (read this one first)
The spread is the gap between the strongest and the weakest currency. It answers a question most traders skip: is anything actually happening?
A wide spread means currencies are genuinely diverging and a strength-based trade has something to work with. A narrow spread means everything is drifting together, the ranking is mostly noise, and the best trade is usually no trade. Check the spread before you trust the ranking.
🔵 HOW TO USE
• Read the spread. If it is small, the ranking is not telling you much, so wait.
• Take the Best Pair as a starting point, not an entry. It tells you where the divergence is, not when to get in.
• Prefer a currency that is both highly ranked and still strengthening over one that is highly ranked and already fading, since the second one has usually made its move.
• Confirm the pair on the chart with your own entry method. A strength meter frames the trade. It does not time it.
• Lengthen the Lookback for swing trading and shorten it for intraday.

🧩 How the Main Components Work Together
The script uses moving averages, VWAP, MACD, ZLSMA, UT Bot logic, Supertrend, ADX, RSI, and Opening Range Breakout logic as separate inputs within the same framework.
The moving average group provides basic trend structure by comparing shorter-term and longer-term averages. The default structure uses a fast EMA, medium EMA, and long SMA, but users can configure the moving average types and lengths.
VWAP provides session or higher-period price-location context. It can be anchored to the session, day, week, month, quarter, or year and may be displayed with standard deviation or percentage-based bands.
MACD is used as a momentum confirmation layer. The script includes a minimum separation filter so very small MACD differences can be filtered out instead of being treated the same as stronger momentum shifts.
ZLSMA is optional and can be used as an additional trend-direction filter.
The UT Bot component is used as the primary chart label engine. It uses an ATR-based adaptive trailing stop. The script adjusts the trailing distance using volatility, momentum, and volume conditions, then produces Buy or Sell labels when price crosses the trailing stop and the configured filters allow the signal.
Supertrend provides a separate trend-regime layer. This gives the user a second way to compare the UT Bot label against a broader trend condition.
ADX is used to evaluate whether trend strength is above the user-selected threshold. RSI can be used either in a classic 30/70 bias mode or with custom pullback zones.
The Opening Range Breakout component tracks whether price is above, below, or inside the selected opening range window. This helps separate trend-following conditions from range-bound conditions.

The Multi-Timeframe Bias Table displays up to eight selectable timeframes, including 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, and Daily.
Each row evaluates one condition, such as moving average structure, price relative to VWAP, MACD alignment, Supertrend direction, ZLSMA slope, RSI condition, ADX threshold, Opening Range Breakout status, and longer-period bias.
The table also includes an average agreement reading. This reading is not a prediction and does not represent a win rate. It simply shows how many selected conditions are aligned across the active timeframes.
By default, the script can hide timeframes below the current chart timeframe. This is intended to reduce lower-timeframe noise when viewing higher-timeframe charts.
📍 Price Point Dashboard
The Price Point Dashboard displays reference levels and market context in one location. These can include prior day high, prior day low, prior day close, pivot levels, moving averages, 52-week high, Fibonacci reference levels, VWAP information, Opening Range Breakout status, ATR, gap percentage, relative volume, and other selected dashboard fields.
The dashboard is intended to help users see where price is trading relative to important reference levels without manually adding each level to the chart.
📈 Trend Strength Score
The Trend Strength Score is a rule-based 0 to 100 score that measures how strongly the current bar aligns with selected bullish trend conditions.
The score uses five weighted components:
- EMA alignment
- VWAP location
- MACD alignment
- Supertrend direction
- ADX strength
The score is a summary of internal conditions only. It does not predict future price movement.
🎯 Trade Probability Score
The Trade Probability Score is a rule-based 0 to 100 setup-quality score. It is calculated from twelve weighted factors:
- Multi-timeframe alignment
- EMA stack
- VWAP location
- Price relative to the 200-period moving average
- MACD alignment
- Supertrend direction
- ADX strength
- Relative volume
- Opening Range Breakout status
- Relative strength versus a selected benchmark

💧 Liquidity Sweep Detection
The script can detect liquidity sweep conditions by checking whether price moves beyond a recent swing high or swing low and then closes back inside that level.
A Sweep High label indicates that price moved above a recent high and then closed back below that level.
A Sweep Low label indicates that price moved below a recent low and then closed back above that level.
These labels are intended to identify possible rejection behavior around recent swing points. They should be used as context, not as standalone trade signals.
⚖️ Relative Strength
The script includes relative strength comparison against configurable benchmark symbols. The default benchmarks are QQQ and SPY.
Relative strength is calculated by comparing the current symbol’s intraday return against the benchmark’s intraday return. A positive value means the current symbol is outperforming the benchmark over that comparison period. A negative value means it is underperforming.
🌡️ Volatility State
The Volatility State feature classifies the current volatility environment as Squeeze, Normal, or Expansion.
This is based on Bollinger Band width compared with Keltner Channel width and recent volatility behavior.
Squeeze indicates compressed volatility.
Normal indicates a standard volatility environment.
Expansion indicates that volatility has increased relative to recent conditions.
This feature is included to help users understand whether price is consolidating, behaving normally, or expanding in volatility.

Take profit reference lines are based on R-multiple distances from the suggested stop. These are visual planning tools only. They do not place trades, manage positions, or execute orders.

The Bias Table is a live context dashboard and may update while the current bar is forming. This is expected behavior because some values are based on developing bar data.
The “Draw visuals only on bar close” setting gates the UT Bot entry visuals and suggested stop/take-profit drawings to confirmed bars. It does not freeze every live dashboard value while a bar is developing.
Liquidity Sweep labels can be gated to bar close using the Bar Close Only setting.
The script is designed for standard chart analysis. Signals on non-standard chart types may behave differently because those chart types can use synthetic price construction.
No signal, score, table reading, or label should be used as a guarantee of future price movement. Users should apply their own analysis and risk management.

This script was inspired by the concept of combining a multi-timeframe bias table, trend labels, and a price-level dashboard into one overlay.

🧠 How the Bias Score Works
Each ticker is graded 0–100% on four pillars:
Macro Trend (40 pts) — Higher-timeframe EMA structure (fast vs slow) confirms the big-picture direction.
Momentum (30 pts) — RSI in the healthy trend zone (not overextended).
Volume Confirmation (30 pts) — A volume spike in the direction of the move = real participation.
A score of ≥70% lights up 🟢 LONG or 🔴 SHORT. Between 40–69% it's a building 🟡 WEAK signal. Below that, ⚪ NEUTRAL.
🔄 How Sector Rotation Works (RRG Model)
Every sector is measured against a benchmark (default SPY, fully customizable) on two axes:
Strength — is it outperforming the benchmark over the long window?
Momentum — is that outperformance accelerating or fading?
Those two combine into the classic Relative Rotation Graph quadrants:

2. Master HUD Crosshair (Macro Correlation)
Why it's used: To determine if the current micro price action is actually aligned with the macro trend, rather than just reacting to short-term noise.
The Calculation:
First, it creates a ratio: Macro Ratio = SMA(Close, 250) / SMA(Close, 1)
Next, it calculates the correlation between the closing price and this ratio over 20 periods, scaling it for the HUD's Y-Axis:
Y-Axis Ratio = (Correlation + 1.0) / 2.0
Actual Output Value: The raw correlation ranges from -1.0 to 1.0. After scaling, the final Y-Axis output is a coordinate between 0.0 and 1.0. The X-Axis is the simple average of all active 0.0 to 1.0 normalized indicators. If the crosshair intersects at (0.8, 0.8), it outputs a mathematically backed signal of strong macro and micro bullish alignment.

## How It Works
The indicator evaluates three distinct layers on every bar:
**Layer 1 — Bias (Trend Regime)**
Defined by price relative to the 50 EMA. Price above = bullish bias. Price below = bearish bias. This is the macro filter — it determines which direction setups should be taken in.
**Layer 2 — Momentum**
Defined by the 10 EMA relative to the 20 EMA. When the fast EMA is above the mid EMA, momentum is bullish. When below, momentum is bearish. Momentum alignment with bias is the confirmation layer.
**Layer 3 — Price vs Fast EMA**
When bias and momentum are aligned but price is on the wrong side of the 10 EMA, the indicator flags a potential pullback or exhaustion condition. In a full bull regime, price dipping below the 10 EMA may represent a high-quality entry opportunity — or an early warning of trend exhaustion. Context determines which.
**Slope Engine**

**Price Distance from 50 EMA**

## Possible Ways to Use It
**Trend Following**
Wait for full alignment — green background, green bars, all three slopes RISING. Only look for long entries. Use the 10 EMA pullback (aqua bars) as a potential entry trigger. Reverse logic for shorts.
**Momentum Flip Entries**
Use aligned `M↑` / `M↓` signals (green/red) as entry triggers when bias and slope confirm. Discard or fade counter-trend orange signals unless you have a specific reason to trade against the regime.
**Regime Filter for Other Systems**
Use the bias layer (price vs 50 EMA) as a filter for another strategy. Only take long signals from your primary system when EMA Pro+ shows bull bias, and vice versa.
**HTF Confluence**
Set the EMA Timeframe to a higher timeframe (e.g. 4H or Daily) while trading on a 15m or 1H chart. The dashboard will show the HTF regime, giving you a structural anchor for your intraday reads.
**Avoiding Chop**
When all three slopes read FLAT and bars are yellow (mixed alignment), the market is in a transitional or ranging state. Consider standing aside or reducing position size until a clear regime re-establishes.
**Mean Reversion Awareness**
When Dist 50 shows a large positive or negative reading, price is extended from the slow EMA. In trending markets this can persist — but it raises the bar for adding to positions and flags potential snapback risk.

The score is grouped into four macro blocks:

This block has the largest weight because real economic momentum is the primary driver of macro regime strength.
2. Liquidity Block
Includes money supply and central bank balance sheet data.
This block helps identify whether domestic liquidity conditions are expanding or contracting.
3. Tightness Block
Includes 10-year yield and interest rate conditions.
This block helps measure whether financial conditions are becoming easier or tighter.
4. Stability Block

The score should not be interpreted as a direct buy or sell signal. It is a macro regime filter designed to provide context.
Heatmap Color Logic
The table uses a simple and consistent three-color structure:
Positive color: stronger or favorable macro readings
Neutral color: balanced or mid-range readings
Negative color: weaker or unfavorable macro readings
The color system is intentionally matched with the Exogenous Heatmap style, allowing both dashboards to be used together with a consistent visual language.
Each macro field also includes an **Up Good** setting. This allows the user to define whether higher values are favorable or unfavorable for each metric.
For example:
Higher GDP growth is generally positive.
Higher manufacturing activity is generally positive.
Higher liquidity can be positive.
Higher inflation, debt, or rates may be interpreted differently depending on the user’s macro framework.
This flexibility allows the heatmap to be adapted for different economic regimes and analytical preferences.
Auto and Manual Scaling
The indicator includes an automatic macro gradient scale.
When auto scaling is enabled, the heatmap normalizes each metric based on the visible historical table range. This makes the table visually adaptive and easier to compare across different periods.
Manual scaling is also available for users who prefer fixed macro ranges.
This is useful when comparing the same country across different time periods or when the user wants a stable visual reference.
