COT Commercial Hedger ExtremeIn commodities, the crowd and the smart money sit on opposite sides of the same report every week. The Commitment of Traders breaks open interest into commercials -- the producers, merchants and processors who hedge physical -- and large speculators, who are mostly trend-following money. The commercials are the ones who actually touch the barrel, the bushel, the bar. When they move to an extreme, it pays to listen.
The pattern that marks real commodity bottoms is simple to say and hard to wait for: commercial hedgers covering shorts en masse, from a multi-year net-short extreme, and curling back toward flat or net long. That is the producers deciding price has fallen far enough that they no longer need to hedge aggressively. It happened at the 2008 low, it happened into the 2018-19 lows, and I used this exact tell to call the September 2022 gold bottom near $1,640 in real time on PulseWire. Gold peaked above $5,500 in January 2026, a move of more than 200% from that low.
This indicator puts that read on your chart.
The colored net line is the commercial position: red when they're at an extreme and still pressing shorts (no bottom), yellow when they start covering up off that extreme, green when they curl to flat or net long (the bottom tell). A triangle marks the first week they begin covering, a diamond marks the cross to net long. The blue line is large speculators for context -- they are usually heaviest long right as commercials are heaviest short, which is the whole point. Optional small-trader line too.
The dashboard shows commercial net, where it sits in its multi-year percentile, the spec and small-trader nets, and whether covering is underway. Alerts fire when hedgers start covering and when they flip toward net long.
Works on any futures with a CFTC code -- gold, silver, copper, oil, grains, even the index futures. Set the code in the settings to match the contract you're charting. Default is gold.
One read in isolation is a tell, not a trigger. I pair it with trend and price structure -- it tells you the tank is full of fuel, not that the match is lit. But when commercials cover their shorts, I want to know. Indicator

DJT Strategy - The Art of the DipWHAT THIS IS
A satirical — but mechanically honest — volatility-event mean-reversion strategy for index charts (ES, SPX, SPY, NQ...). It trades one hypothesis, known to Wall Street as the TACO trade ("Trump Always Chickens Out"): when a policy Announcement detonates the VIX, the sell-off is usually walked back within days — a "90-day pause," a "very productive call," a clarification that the tariffs apply primarily to penguins. The dip, having been artisanally manufactured, is bought.
The jokes are in the labels. The engine underneath is a real VIX-spike fade with staged exits, and every decision is lookahead-clean.
HOW IT WORKS — ENTRY (Chaos Detection)
• Covfefe Threshold — VIX trades ≥ 12% (default) above YESTERDAY'S CONFIRMED daily close. Not today's repainting value — yesterday's close is final data the moment today begins.
• Flash Tantrum — fast intraday VIX rate-of-change (default 8% over 6 bars) to catch the 2:37 PM post that ends four decades of trade policy in under 280 characters.
• Minimum VIX floor (default 18) — below this the market is not scared, it is merely golfing.
• Vol-curve confirmation (default ON) — requires VIX9D > VIX. Genuine event panic inverts the front of the volatility curve: 9-day vol pricing above 30-day is the fingerprint of a real scare. If the curve isn't inverted, even the market doesn't believe the post, and the signal is skipped. This is the filter that separates an actual tantrum from a slow-drift vol day.
When everything aligns, the strategy goes long the chart symbol at the next bar open.
HOW IT WORKS — EXITS (the TACO Protocol, staged like the walk-back itself)
• GREAT CALL — the first reassuring headline: VIX Δ falls back under 8% (default) → take half the position off.
• CONCEPTS OF A PLAN — VIX reverts to within 4% of yesterday's close: a Framework of a Concept of a Deal has been reached → close the rest.
• YOU'RE FIRED — fixed stop loss (default 1.5%). Sometimes he does not, in fact, chicken out. This is the apology budget.
• DECLARE VICTORY — fixed profit target (default 2.5%). Exit into strength and take credit for the bounce you predicted after it happened.
• NEWS CYCLE EXPIRY — time stop (default 78 bars ≈ one full RTH session on 5m). After one news cycle, a newer, more beautiful crisis replaces this one and the edge is gone.
EXTRAS
• Escalation sizing — at FULL COVFEFE (2× the spike threshold) the position gets the BIGLY multiplier. Peak fear is peak walk-back probability. This is either alpha or a margin call; many people are saying both.
• Post-trade cooldown so a single escalating tweetstorm can't chain entries.
• RTH-only entries (default ON), plus an optional "Prime Posting Hours" filter (cable-news breakfast block + post-lunch Executive Time).
• "Believe Me" mode (default OFF) — experimental fade of VIX-crush euphoria, for days when everyone believes The Deal is real this time.
• ♟️ 4D CHESS MODE — reverses every signal, for users who believe there is, in fact, a plan. Exits are direction-aware, so the joke is mechanically sound. If this mode outperforms, please tell no one.
• CHAOS-O-METER™ dashboard — live chaos grade from 🏌️ GOLFING to 🚨 FULL COVFEFE, vol-curve status, a factory-floor "DAYS SINCE LAST TANTRUM" safety sign (resets constantly, as is tradition), deal accounting (Deals made / Fake news / Deals honored: TBD), net P&L denominated in $TRUMP at a peg of your choosing, and a Sharpe ratio readout that is simply THE BEST RATIO.
• 🗽 Liberation Day (April 2) is marked annually — heightened tantrum risk, observed like a holiday, because it is one now.
NO REPAINTING / NO LOOKAHEAD
The reference VIX level is yesterday's confirmed daily close, pulled with the standard non-repainting pattern (close of the daily feed with lookahead on — final the moment today starts). Signals are evaluated on confirmed chart-timeframe bars and orders fill at the next bar open. Everything the strategy decides is knowable at decision time — which is more than can be said for the policy it trades.
HOW TO USE
• Chart: an index or index future (ES1!, SPX, SPY, NQ1!...). Intraday timeframes; defaults tuned around 5m.
• Both vol symbols are inputs — swap in VXN for NQ, or your regional vol index pair for non-US indexes.
• Strategy properties: $1,000,000 initial capital (sized for index futures notional), 2 contracts per trade by default (so the half-off scale-out has a half; at the default 1.5% stop on ES this risks roughly 1% of equity per trade), $4.50/contract commission, 1 tick slippage. margin_long/margin_short are explicitly 0 — Pine v6's default of 100 silently rejects futures entries whose notional exceeds capital; if you fork this for leveraged instruments, keep that line.
DISCLAIMER
This is satire with a working strategy attached, published for education and entertainment. The VIX spikes are, regrettably, real; the edge may not be. Backtest results on manufactured dips do not guarantee future walk-backs. Not financial advice — frankly, it barely qualifies as advice.

Equilibrium Deviation Engine [LB]
Concept
The Equilibrium Deviation Engine is a session-resetting, volume-weighted equilibrium model that builds a dynamic fair value basis from accumulated price and volume since the last anchor point (daily by default). Around this basis, it constructs multiple deviation bands and an independent extreme contrarian channel whose width varies inversely with short-term volatility — expanding during quiet markets and contracting during turbulent ones.
Mathematical Foundation
At each new session (e.g., daily open), the engine resets three accumulators and recalculates them bar by bar :
PV = SUM(Price * Volume)
V = SUM(Volume)
P2V = SUM(Price^2 * Volume)
The equilibrium basis is the volume-weighted average price since reset :
Basis = PV / V
The standard deviation of price around this basis is derived from the variance :
Var = max( (P2V / V) - Basis^2 , 0 )
Dev = sqrt(Var)
Three main bands are then computed by applying adaptive multipliers to this deviation. The adaptation uses two independent weights :
TWAP Weight — compares the basis to a hidden TWAP. The larger the gap relative to the deviation, the more the bands widen, capturing potential mean-reversion targets.
HV Weight — compares current historical volatility (HV) to its own smoothed baseline. When HV expands, bands widen ; when HV contracts, bands narrow.
The final band width for level k is :
D_k = Dev * Mult_k * TWAP_Weight * HV_Weight
The Extreme Contrarian Channel
A separate channel is built using an inverse volatility weight. Instead of expanding with rising HV, it contracts :
InvWeight = clamp( 1 / (HV_contrarian / HV_contrarian_baseline) , min, max )
This creates a structural envelope that is widest during low-volatility regimes (where price tends to range) and tightens during high-volatility regimes (where price breaks through normal boundaries). The inner and outer levels use user-defined sigma multipliers.
What Problem Does It Solve ?
Traditional deviation bands (Bollinger, Keltner, VWAP bands) use fixed lookback windows and a single volatility metric. They do not reset at session boundaries, nor do they distinguish between different volatility regimes for mean-reversion versus breakout scenarios. The Equilibrium Deviation Engine solves this by :
- Resetting accumulators at each session (e.g., daily), producing a true volume-weighted equilibrium for the current period.
- Adapting band width to both the TWAP gap (directional drift) and HV regime (market excitement).
- Adding a separate contrarian channel using inverse volatility, specifically designed to identify exhaustion zones where low volatility precedes expansion, or where extreme HV signals climax conditions.
How To Interpret
Basis line (white) — the real-time volume-weighted fair value for the current session. Price above basis signals session bullishness ; price below signals session bearishness.
Deviation bands 1, 2, 3 — graduated zones of overextension from the basis. Price reaching Band 3 represents an extreme statistical deviation from the session's equilibrium, often preceding reversion.
Extreme contrarian channel — a separate envelope that behaves inversely to short-term HV. When this channel is wide (low HV, quiet market), price tends to oscillate within it, making the boundaries attractive mean-reversion levels. When the channel narrows sharply (high HV, excited market), it signals compression before a potential breakout.
Band expansion vs contraction — widening bands indicate increasing dispersion and adaptive uncertainty ; narrowing bands indicate consolidation and equilibrium tightening.

Adaptive HMA SignalsAdaptive HMA Signals
This indicator pairs nicely with the Contrarian 100 MA and can be located here:
Overview
The "Adaptive HMA Signals" indicator is a sophisticated technical analysis tool designed for traders aiming to capture trend changes with precision. By leveraging Hull Moving Averages (HMAs) that adapt dynamically to market conditions (volatility or volume), this indicator generates actionable buy and sell signals based on price interactions with adaptive HMAs and slope analysis. Optimized for daily charts, it is highly customizable and suitable for trading forex, stocks, cryptocurrencies, or other assets. The indicator is ideal for swing traders and trend followers seeking to time entries and exits effectively.
How It Works
The indicator uses two adaptive HMAs—a primary HMA and a minor HMA—whose periods adjust dynamically based on user-selected market conditions (volatility via ATR or volume via RSI). It calculates the slope of the primary HMA to identify trend strength and generates exit signals when the price crosses the minor HMA under specific slope conditions. Signals are plotted as circles above or below the price, with inverted colors (white for buy, blue for sell) to enhance visibility on any chart background.
Key Components
Adaptive HMAs: Two HMAs (primary and minor) with dynamic periods that adjust based on volatility (ATR-based) or volume (RSI-based) conditions. Periods range between user-defined minimum and maximum values, adapting by a fixed percentage (3.141%).
Slope Analysis: Calculates the slope of the primary HMA over a 34-bar period to gauge trend direction and strength, normalized using market range data.
Signal Logic: Generates buy signals (white circles) when the price falls below the minor HMA with a flat or declining slope (indicating a potential trend reversal) and sell signals (blue circles) when the price rises above the minor HMA with a flat or rising slope.
Signal Visualization: Plots signals at an offset based on ATR for clarity, using semi-transparent colors to avoid chart clutter.
Mathematical Concepts
Dynamic Period Adjustment:
Primary HMA period adjusts between minLength (default: 144) and maxLength (default: 200).
Minor HMA period adjusts between minorMin (default: 55) and minorMax (default: 89).
Periods decrease by 3.141% under high volatility/volume and increase otherwise.
HMA Calculation:
Uses the Hull Moving Average formula: WMA(2 * WMA(src, length/2) - WMA(src, length), sqrt(length)).
Provides a smoother, faster-responding moving average compared to traditional MAs.
Slope Calculation:
Computes the slope of the primary HMA using a 34-bar period, normalized by the market range (highest high - lowest low over 34 bars).
Slope angle is converted to degrees using arccosine for intuitive trend strength interpretation.
Signal Conditions:
Buy: Slope ≥ 17° (flat or rising), price < minor HMA, low volatility/volume.
Sell: Slope ≤ -17° (flat or declining), price > minor HMA, low volatility/volume.
Signals are triggered only on confirmed bars to avoid repainting.
Entry and Exit Rules
Buy Signal (White Circle): Triggered when the price crosses below the minor HMA, the slope of the primary HMA is flat or rising (≥17°), and volatility/volume is low. The signal appears as a white circle above the price bar, offset by 0.72 * ATR(5).
Sell Signal (Blue Circle): Triggered when the price crosses above the minor HMA, the slope of the primary HMA is flat or declining (≤-17°), and volatility/volume is low. The signal appears as a blue circle below the price bar, offset by 0.72 * ATR(5).
Exit Rules: Exit a buy position on a sell signal and vice versa. Combine with other tools (e.g., support/resistance, RSI) for additional confirmation. Always apply proper risk management.
Recommended Usage
The "Adaptive HMA Signals" indicator is optimized for daily charts but can be adapted to other timeframes (e.g., 1H, 4H) with adjustments to period lengths. It performs best in trending or range-bound markets with clear reversal points. Traders should:

Contrarian Period High & LowContrarian Period High & Low
This indicator pairs nicely with the Contrarian 100 MA and can be located here:
Overview
The "Contrarian Period High & Low" indicator is a powerful technical analysis tool designed for traders seeking to identify key support and resistance levels and capitalize on contrarian trading opportunities. By tracking the highest highs and lowest lows over user-defined periods (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), this indicator plots historical levels and generates buy and sell signals when price breaks these levels in a contrarian manner. A unique blue dot counter and action table enhance decision-making, making it ideal for swing traders, trend followers, and those trading forex, stocks, or cryptocurrencies. Optimized for daily charts, it can be adapted to other timeframes with proper testing.
How It Works
The indicator identifies the highest high and lowest low within a specified period (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly) and draws horizontal lines for the previous period’s extremes on the chart. These levels act as dynamic support and resistance zones. Contrarian signals are generated when the price crosses below the previous period’s low (buy signal) or above the previous period’s high (sell signal), indicating potential reversals. A blue dot counter tracks consecutive buy signals, and a table displays the count and recommended action, helping traders decide whether to hold or flip positions.
Key Components
Period High/Low Levels: Tracks the highest high and lowest low for each period, plotting red lines for highs and green lines for lows from the bar where they occurred, extending for a user-defined length (default: 200 bars).
Contrarian Signals: Generates buy signals (blue circles) when price crosses below the previous period’s low and sell signals (white circles) when price crosses above the previous period’s high, designed to capture potential reversals.
Blue Dot Tracker: Counts consecutive buy signals (“blue dots”). If three or more occur, it suggests a stronger trend, with the table recommending whether to “Hold Investment” or “Flip Investment.”
Action Table: A 2x2 table in the bottom-right corner displays the blue dot count and action (“Hold Investment” if count ≥ 4, else “Flip Investment”) for quick reference.
Mathematical Concepts
Period Detection: Uses an approximate bar count to define periods (1 bar for Daily, 5 bars for Weekly, 20 bars for Monthly on a daily chart). When a new period starts, the previous period’s high/low is finalized and plotted.
High/Low Tracking:
Highest high (periodHigh) and lowest low (periodLow) are updated within the period.
Lines are drawn at these levels when the period ends, starting from the bar where the extreme occurred (periodHighBar, periodLowBar).
Signal Logic:
Buy signal: ta.crossunder(close , prevPeriodLow) and not lowBroken and barstate.isconfirmed
Sell signal: ta.crossover(close , prevPeriodHigh) and not highBroken and barstate.isconfirmed
Flags (highBroken, lowBroken) prevent multiple signals for the same level within a period.
Blue Dot Counter: Increments on each buy signal, resets on a sell signal or if price exceeds the entry price after three or more buy signals.
Entry and Exit Rules
Buy Signal (Blue Circle): Triggered when the price crosses below the previous period’s low, suggesting a potential oversold condition and buying opportunity. The signal appears as a blue circle below the price bar.
Sell Signal (White Circle): Triggered when the price crosses above the previous period’s high, indicating a potential overbought condition and selling opportunity. The signal appears as a white circle above the price bar.
Blue Dot Tracker:
Increments blueDotCount on each buy signal and sets an entryPrice on the first buy.
Resets on a sell signal or if price exceeds entryPrice after three or more buy signals.
If blueDotCount >= 3, the table suggests holding; if >= 4, it reinforces “Hold Investment.”
Exit Rules: Exit a buy position on a sell signal or when price exceeds the entry price after three or more buy signals. Combine with other tools (e.g., trendlines, support/resistance) for additional confirmation. Always apply proper risk management.
Recommended Usage
The "Contrarian Period High & Low" indicator is optimized for daily charts but can be adapted to other timeframes (e.g., 1H, 4H) with adjustments to the period bar count. It excels in markets with clear support/resistance levels and potential reversal zones. Traders should:
Backtest the indicator on their chosen asset and timeframe to validate signal reliability.
Combine with other technical tools (e.g., moving averages, Fibonacci levels) for stronger trade confirmation.
Adjust barsPerPeriod (e.g., ~120 bars for Weekly on hourly charts) based on the chart timeframe and market volatility.
Monitor the action table to guide position management based on blue dot counts.
Customization Options
Period Type: Choose between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly periods (default: Monthly).
Line Length: Set the length of high/low lines in bars (default: 200).
Show Highs/Lows: Toggle visibility of period high (red) and low (green) lines.
Max Lines to Keep: Limit the number of historical lines displayed (default: 10).
Hide Signals: Toggle buy/sell signal visibility for a cleaner chart.
Table Display: A fixed table in the bottom-right corner shows the blue dot count and action, with yellow (Hold) or green (Flip) backgrounds based on the count.

Mutanabby_AI | Fresh Algo V24Mutanabby_AI | Fresh Algo V24: Advanced Multi-Mode Trading System
Overview
The Mutanabby_AI Fresh Algo V24 represents a sophisticated evolution of multi-component trading systems that adapts to various market conditions through advanced operational configurations and enhanced analytical capabilities. This comprehensive indicator provides traders with multiple signal generation approaches, specialized assistant functions, and dynamic risk management tools designed for professional market analysis across diverse trading environments.
Primary Signal Generation Framework
The Fresh Algo V24 operates through two fundamental signal generation approaches that accommodate different market perspectives and trading philosophies. The Trending Signals Mode serves as the primary trend-following mechanism, combining Wave Trend Oscillator analysis with Supertrend directional signals and Squeeze Momentum breakout detection. This mode incorporates ADX filtering that requires values exceeding 20 to ensure sufficient trend strength exists before signal activation, making it particularly effective during sustained directional market movements where momentum persistence creates profitable trading opportunities.
The Contrarian Signals Mode provides an alternative approach targeting reversal opportunities through extreme market condition identification. This mode activates when the Wave Trend Oscillator reaches critical threshold levels, specifically when readings surpass 65 indicating potential bearish reversal conditions or drop below 35 suggesting bullish reversal opportunities. This methodology proves valuable during overextended market phases where mean reversion becomes statistically probable.
Advanced Filtering Mechanisms
The system incorporates multiple sophisticated filtering mechanisms designed to enhance signal quality and reduce false positive occurrences. The High Volume Filter requires volume expansion confirmation before signal activation, utilizing exponential moving average calculations to ensure institutional participation accompanies price movements. This filter substantially improves signal reliability by eliminating low-conviction breakouts that lack adequate volume support from professional market participants.
The Strong Filter provides additional trend confirmation through 200-period exponential moving average analysis. Long position signals require price action above this benchmark level, while short position signals necessitate price action below it. This ensures strategic alignment with longer-term trend direction and reduces the probability of trading against major market movements that could invalidate shorter-term signals.
Cloud Filter Configuration System
The Fresh Algo V24 offers four distinct cloud filter configurations, each optimized for specific trading timeframes and market approaches. The Smooth Cloud Filter utilizes the mathematical relationship between 150-period and 250-period exponential moving averages, providing stable trend identification suitable for position trading strategies. This configuration generates signals exclusively when price action aligns with cloud direction, creating a more deliberate but highly reliable signal generation process.
The Swing Cloud Filter employs modified Supertrend calculations with parameters specifically optimized for swing trading timeframes. This filter achieves optimal balance between responsiveness and stability, adapting effectively to medium-term price movements while filtering excessive market noise that typically affects shorter-term analytical systems.
For active intraday traders, the Scalping Cloud Filter utilizes accelerated Supertrend calculations designed to capture rapid trend changes effectively. This configuration provides enhanced signal generation frequency suitable for compressed timeframe strategies. The advanced Scalping+ Cloud Filter incorporates Hull Moving Average confirmation, delivering maximum responsiveness for ultra-short-term trading while maintaining signal quality through additional momentum validation processes.
Specialized Assistant Functionality
The system includes two distinct assistant modes that provide supplementary market analysis capabilities. The Trend Assistant Mode activates advanced cloud analysis overlays that display dynamic support and resistance zones calculated through adaptive volatility algorithms. These levels automatically adjust to current market conditions, providing visual guidance for identifying trend continuation patterns and potential reversal areas with mathematical precision.
The Trend Tracker Mode concentrates on long-term trend identification by displaying major exponential moving averages with color-coded fill areas that clarify directional bias. This mode maintains visual simplicity while providing comprehensive trend context evaluation, enabling traders to quickly assess broader market direction and align shorter-term strategies accordingly.
Dynamic Risk Management System
The integrated risk management system automatically adapts across all operational modes, calculating stop loss and take profit targets using Average True Range multiples that adjust to current market volatility. This approach ensures consistent risk parameters regardless of selected operational mode while maintaining relevance to prevailing market conditions.
Stop loss placement occurs at dynamically calculated distances from entry points, while three progressive take profit targets establish at customizable ATR multiples respectively. The system automatically updates these levels upon trend direction changes, ensuring current market volatility influences all risk calculations and maintains appropriate risk-reward ratios throughout trade management.
Comprehensive Market Analysis Dashboard
The sophisticated dashboard provides real-time market analysis including volatility measurements, institutional activity assessment, and multi-timeframe trend evaluation across five-minute through four-hour periods. This comprehensive market context assists traders in selecting appropriate operational modes based on current market characteristics rather than relying exclusively on historical performance data.
The multi-timeframe analysis ensures mode selection considers broader market context beyond the primary trading timeframe, improving overall strategic alignment and reducing conflicts between different temporal market perspectives. The dashboard displays market state classification, volatility percentages, institutional activity levels, current trading session information, and trend pressure indicators with professional formatting and clear visual hierarchy.
Enhanced Trading Assistants
The Fresh Algo V24 includes specialized trading assistant features that complement the primary signal generation system. The Reversal Dot functionality identifies potential reversal points through Wave Trend Oscillator analysis, displaying visual indicators when crossover conditions occur at extreme levels. These reversal indicators provide early warning signals for potential trend changes before they appear in the primary signal system.
The Dynamic Take Profit Labels feature automatically identifies optimal profit-taking opportunities through RSI threshold analysis, marking potential exit points at multiple levels for long positions and corresponding levels for short positions. This automated profit management system helps traders optimize exit timing without requiring constant manual monitoring of technical indicators.
Advanced Alert System
The comprehensive alert system accommodates all operational modes while providing granular notification control for various signal types and risk management events. Traders can configure separate alerts for normal buy signals, strong buy signals, normal sell signals, strong sell signals, stop loss triggers, and individual take profit target achievements.
Cloud crossover alerts notify traders when trend direction changes occur, providing early indication of potential strategy adjustments. The alert system includes detailed trade setup information, timeframe data, and relevant entry and exit levels, ensuring traders receive complete context for informed decision-making without requiring constant chart monitoring.
Technical Foundation Architecture
The Fresh Algo V24 combines multiple proven technical analysis components including Wave Trend Oscillator for momentum assessment, Supertrend for directional bias determination, Squeeze Momentum for volatility analysis, and various exponential moving averages for trend confirmation. Each component contributes specific market insights while the unified system provides comprehensive market evaluation through their mathematical integration.
The multi-component approach reduces dependency on individual indicator limitations while leveraging the analytical strengths of each technical tool. This creates a robust analytical framework capable of adapting to diverse market conditions through appropriate mode selection and parameter optimization, ensuring consistent performance across varying market environments.
Market State Classification
The indicator incorporates advanced market state classification through ADX analysis, distinguishing between trending, ranging, and transitional market conditions. This classification system automatically adjusts signal sensitivity and filtering parameters based on current market characteristics, optimizing performance for prevailing conditions rather than applying static analytical approaches.
The volatility measurement system calculates current market activity levels as percentages, providing quantitative assessment of market energy and helping traders select appropriate operational modes. Institutional activity detection through volume analysis ensures signal generation aligns with professional market participation patterns.
Implementation Strategy Considerations
Successful implementation requires careful matching of operational modes to prevailing market conditions and individual trading objectives. Trending modes demonstrate optimal performance during directional markets with sustained momentum characteristics, while contrarian modes excel during range-bound or overextended market conditions where reversal probability increases.
The cloud filter configurations provide varying degrees of confirmation strength, with smoother settings reducing false signal occurrence at the expense of some responsiveness to price changes. Traders must balance signal quality against signal frequency based on their risk tolerance and available trading time, utilizing the comprehensive customization options to optimize performance for their specific requirements.
Multi-Timeframe Integration
The system provides seamless multi-timeframe analysis through the integrated dashboard, displaying trend alignment across multiple time horizons from five-minute through four-hour periods. This analysis helps traders understand broader market context and avoid conflicts between different temporal perspectives that could compromise trade outcomes.
Session analysis identifies current trading session characteristics, providing context for expected market behavior patterns and helping traders adjust their approach based on typical session volatility and participation levels. This geographic market awareness enhances strategic decision-making and improves timing for trade execution.
Advanced Visualization Features
The indicator includes sophisticated visualization capabilities through gradient candle coloring based on MACD analysis, providing immediate visual feedback on momentum strength and direction. This enhancement allows rapid market assessment without requiring detailed indicator analysis, improving efficiency for traders managing multiple instruments simultaneously.
The cloud visualization system uses color-coded fill areas to clearly indicate trend direction and strength, with automatic adaptation to selected operational modes. This visual clarity reduces analytical complexity while maintaining comprehensive market information display through professional chart presentation.
Performance Optimization Framework
The Fresh Algo V24 incorporates performance optimization features including signal strength classification, automatic parameter adjustment based on market conditions, and dynamic filtering that adapts to current volatility levels. These optimizations ensure consistent performance across varying market environments while maintaining signal quality standards.

The "Contrarian Market Structure Break" indicator is a versatile tool tailored for traders seeking to identify potential reversal opportunities by analyzing market structure across multiple timeframes. Built on Institutional Concepts of Structure (ICT), this indicator detects Break of Structure (BOS) and Change of Character (CHoCH) patterns across short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term swings, plotting them with customizable lines and labels. It generates contrarian buy and sell signals when price breaks key swing levels, with a unique "Blue Dot Tracker" to monitor consecutive buy signals for trend confirmation. Optimized for the daily timeframe, this indicator is adaptable to other timeframes with proper testing, making it ideal for traders of forex, stocks, or cryptocurrencies.
How It Works
The indicator combines three key components to provide a comprehensive view of market dynamics: Multi-Timeframe Market Structure Analysis: It identifies swing highs and lows across short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term periods, plotting BOS (continuation) and CHoCH (reversal) events with customizable line styles and labels.
Contrarian Signal Generation: Buy and sell signals are triggered when the price crosses below swing lows (buy) or above swing highs (sell), indicating potential reversals in overextended markets.
Blue Dot Tracker: A unique feature that counts consecutive buy signals ("blue dots") and highlights a "Hold Investment" state with a yellow background when three or more buy signals occur, suggesting a potential trend continuation.
Signals are visualized as small circles below (buy) or above (sell) price bars, and a table in the bottom-right corner displays the blue dot count and recommended action (Hold or Flip Investment), enhancing decision-making clarity.
Mathematical Concepts Swing Detection: The indicator identifies swing highs and lows by comparing price patterns over three bars, ensuring robust detection of pivot points. A swing high occurs when the middle bar’s high is higher than the surrounding bars, and a swing low occurs when the middle bar’s low is lower.
Market Structure Logic: BOS is detected when the price breaks a prior swing high (bullish) or low (bearish) in the direction of the current trend, while CHoCH signals a potential reversal when the price breaks a swing level against the trend. These are calculated across three timeframes for a multi-dimensional perspective.
Blue Dot Tracker: This feature counts consecutive buy signals and tracks the entry price. If three or more buy signals occur without a sell signal, the indicator enters a "Hold Investment" state, marked by a yellow background, until the price exceeds the entry price or a sell signal occurs.
Entry and Exit Rules Buy Signal (Blue Dot Below Bar): Triggered when the closing price crosses below a swing low on either the intermediate-term or long-term timeframe, suggesting an oversold condition and potential reversal upward. Short-term signals can be enabled but are disabled by default to reduce noise.
Sell Signal (White Dot Above Bar): Triggered when the closing price crosses above a swing high on either the intermediate-term or long-term timeframe, indicating an overbought condition and potential reversal downward.
Blue Dot Tracker Logic: After a buy signal, the indicator increments a blue dot counter and records the entry price. If three or more consecutive buy signals occur (blueDotCount ≥ 3), the indicator enters a "Hold Investment" state, highlighted with a yellow background, suggesting a potential trend continuation. The "Hold Investment" state ends when the price exceeds the entry price or a sell signal occurs, resetting the counter.
Exit Rules: Traders can exit buy positions when a sell signal appears, the price exceeds the entry price during a "Hold Investment" state, or based on additional confirmation from BOS/CHoCH patterns or other technical analysis tools. Always use proper risk management.
Recommended Usage
The indicator is optimized for the daily timeframe, where it effectively captures significant reversal and continuation patterns in trending or ranging markets. It can be adapted to other timeframes (e.g., 1H, 4H, 15M) with careful testing of settings, particularly enabling/disabling short-term structure analysis to suit market conditions. Backtesting is recommended to optimize performance for your chosen asset and timeframe.
Customization Options Market Structure Display: Toggle short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term structures on or off, with customizable line styles (solid, dashed, dotted) and colors for bullish and bearish breaks.
Labels: Enable or disable BOS/CHoCH labels for each timeframe to reduce chart clutter.
Signal Visibility: Hide buy/sell signals if desired for a cleaner chart.
Blue Dot Tracker: Monitor the blue dot count and action (Hold or Flip Investment) via the table display, which is fully customizable in terms of position and appearance.

Indicator

Contrarian RSIContrarian RSI Indicator
Pairs nicely with Contrarian 100 MA (optional hide/unhide buy/sell signals)
Description
The Contrarian RSI is a momentum-based technical indicator designed to identify potential reversal points in price action by combining a unique RSI calculation with a predictive range model inspired by the "Contrarian 5 Levels" logic. Unlike traditional RSI, which measures price momentum based solely on price changes, this indicator integrates a smoothed, weighted momentum calculation and predictive price ranges to generate contrarian signals. It is particularly suited for traders looking to capture reversals in trending or range-bound markets.
This indicator is versatile and can be used across various timeframes, though it performs best on higher timeframes (e.g., 1H, 4H, or Daily) due to reduced noise and more reliable signals. Lower timeframes may require additional testing and careful parameter tuning to optimize performance.
How It Works
The Contrarian RSI combines two primary components:
Predictive Ranges (5 Levels Logic): This calculates a smoothed price average that adapts to market volatility using an ATR-based mechanism. It helps identify significant price levels that act as potential support or resistance zones.
Contrarian RSI Calculation: A modified RSI calculation that uses weighted momentum from the predictive ranges to measure buying and selling pressure. The result is smoothed and paired with a user-defined moving average to generate clear signals.
The indicator generates buy (long) and sell (exit) signals based on crossovers and crossunders of user-defined overbought and oversold levels, making it ideal for contrarian trading strategies.
Calculation Overview
Predictive Ranges (5 Levels Logic):
Uses a custom function (pred_ranges) to calculate a dynamic price average (avg) based on the ATR (Average True Range) multiplied by a user-defined factor (mult).
The average adjusts only when the price moves beyond the ATR threshold, ensuring responsiveness to significant price changes while filtering out noise.
This calculation is performed on a user-specified timeframe (tf5Levels) for multi-timeframe analysis.
Contrarian RSI:
Compares consecutive predictive range values to calculate gains (g) and losses (l) over a user-defined period (crsiLength).
Applies a Gaussian weighting function (weight = math.exp(-math.pow(i / crsiLength, 2))) to prioritize recent price movements.
Computes a "wave ratio" (net_momentum / total_energy) to normalize momentum, which is then scaled to a 0–100 range (qrsi = 50 + 50 * wave_ratio).
Smooths the result with a 2-period EMA (qrsi_smoothed) for stability.
Moving Average:
Applies a user-selected moving average (SMA, EMA, WMA, SMMA, or VWMA) with a customizable length (maLength) to the smoothed RSI (qrsi_smoothed) to generate the final indicator value (qrsi_ma).
Signal Generation:
Long Entry: Triggered when qrsi_ma crosses above the oversold level (oversoldLevel, default: 1).
Long Exit: Triggered when qrsi_ma crosses below the overbought level (overboughtLevel, default: 99).
Entry and Exit Rules
Long Entry: Enter a long position when the Contrarian RSI (qrsi_ma) crosses above the oversold level (default: 1). This suggests the asset is potentially oversold and due for a reversal.
Long Exit: Exit the long position when the Contrarian RSI (qrsi_ma) crosses below the overbought level (default: 99), indicating a potential overbought condition and a reversal to the downside.
Customization: Adjust overboughtLevel and oversoldLevel to fine-tune sensitivity. Lower timeframes may benefit from tighter levels (e.g., 20 for oversold, 80 for overbought), while higher timeframes can use extreme levels (e.g., 1 and 99) for stronger reversals.
Timeframe Considerations
Higher Timeframes (Recommended): The indicator is optimized for higher timeframes (e.g., 1H, 4H, Daily) due to its reliance on predictive ranges and smoothed momentum, which perform best with less market noise. These timeframes typically yield more reliable reversal signals.
Lower Timeframes: The indicator can be used on lower timeframes (e.g., 5M, 15M), but signals may be noisier and require additional confirmation (e.g., from price action or other indicators). Extensive backtesting and parameter optimization (e.g., adjusting crsiLength, maLength, or mult) are recommended for lower timeframes.
Inputs
Contrarian RSI Length (crsiLength): Length for RSI momentum calculation (default: 5).
RSI MA Length (maLength): Length of the moving average applied to the RSI (default: 1, effectively no MA).
MA Type (maType): Choose from SMA, EMA, WMA, SMMA, or VWMA (default: SMA).
Overbought Level (overboughtLevel): Upper threshold for exit signals (default: 99).
Oversold Level (oversoldLevel): Lower threshold for entry signals (default: 1).
Plot Signals on Main Chart (plotOnChart): Toggle to display signals on the price chart or the indicator panel (default: false).
Plotted on Lower:
Plotted on Chart:
5 Levels Length (length5Levels): Length for predictive range calculation (default: 200).
Factor (mult): ATR multiplier for predictive ranges (default: 6.0).
5 Levels Timeframe (tf5Levels): Timeframe for predictive range calculation (default: chart timeframe).
Visuals
Contrarian RSI MA: Plotted as a yellow line, representing the smoothed Contrarian RSI with the applied moving average.
Overbought/Oversold Lines: Red line for overbought (default: 99) and green line for oversold (default: 1).
Signals: Blue circles for long entries, white circles for long exits. Signals can be plotted on the main chart (plotOnChart = true) or the indicator panel (plotOnChart = false).
Usage Notes
Use the indicator in conjunction with other tools (e.g., support/resistance, trendlines, or volume) to confirm signals.
Test extensively on your chosen timeframe and asset to optimize parameters like crsiLength, maLength, and mult.
Be cautious with lower timeframes, as false signals may occur due to market noise.
The indicator is designed for contrarian strategies, so it works best in markets with clear reversal patterns.

Contrarian with 5 Levels5 Levels application was inspired and adapted from Predictive Ranges indicator developed by Lux Algo. So much credit to their work.
Indicator Description: Contrarian with 5 Levels
Overview
The "Contrarian with 5 Levels" indicator is a powerful tool designed for traders seeking to identify potential reversal points in the market by combining contrarian trading principles with dynamic support and resistance levels. This indicator overlays a Simple Moving Average (SMA) shadow and five adaptive price levels, integrating Institutional Concepts of Structure (ICT) such as Break of Structure (BOS) and Market Structure Shift (MSS) to provide clear buy and sell signals. It is ideal for traders looking to capitalize on overextended price movements, particularly on the daily timeframe, though it is adaptable to other timeframes with proper testing.
How It Works
The indicator operates on two core components:
Contrarian SMA Shadow: A shaded region between the SMA of highs and lows (default length: 100) acts as a dynamic zone to identify overbought or oversold conditions. When the price moves significantly outside this shadow, it signals potential exhaustion, aligning with contrarian trading principles.
Five Adaptive Levels: Using a modified ATR-based calculation, the indicator plots five key levels (two resistance, one average, and two support) that adjust dynamically to market volatility. These levels serve as critical zones for potential reversals.
ICT Structure Analysis: The indicator incorporates BOS and MSS logic to detect shifts in market structure, plotting bullish and bearish breaks with customizable colors for clarity.
Buy and sell signals are generated when the price crosses key levels while outside the SMA shadow, indicating potential reversal opportunities. The signals are visualized as small circles above (sell) or below (buy) the price bars, making them easy to interpret.
Mathematical Concepts
SMA Shadow: The indicator calculates the SMA of the highest highs and lowest lows over a user-defined period (default: 100). This creates a dynamic range that highlights extreme price movements, which contrarian traders often target for reversals.
Five Levels Calculation: The five levels are derived using a volatility-adjusted formula based on the Average True Range (ATR). The average level (central pivot) is calculated as a smoothed price, with two upper (resistance) and two lower (support) levels offset by a multiple of the ATR (default multiplier: 6.0). This adaptive approach ensures the levels remain relevant across varying market conditions.
ICT BOS/MSS Logic: The indicator identifies pivot highs and lows on a user-defined timeframe (default: daily) to detect structural breaks. A BOS occurs when the price breaks a prior pivot high (bullish) or low (bearish), while an MSS signals a shift in market direction, providing context for potential reversals.
Entry and Exit Rules
Buy Signal (Blue Dot Below Bar): Triggered when the closing price is below both the SMA shadow (smaLow) and the average level (avg), and the price crosses under either the first or second support level (prS1 or prS2). This suggests the market may be oversold, indicating a potential reversal upward.
Sell Signal (White Dot Above Bar): Triggered when the closing price is above both the SMA shadow (smaHigh) and the average level (avg), and the price crosses over either the first or second resistance level (prR1 or prR2). This suggests the market may be overbought, indicating a potential reversal downward.
Recommended Usage
This indicator is optimized for the daily timeframe, where it has been designed to capture significant reversal opportunities in trending or ranging markets. However, it can be adapted to other timeframes (e.g., 1H, 4H, 15M) with proper testing of settings such as SMA length, ATR multiplier, and structure timeframe. Users are encouraged to backtest and optimize parameters to suit their trading style and asset class.
Customization Options
SMA Length: Adjust the SMA period (default: 100) to control the sensitivity of the shadow.
Five Levels Length and Multiplier: Modify the length (default: 200) and ATR multiplier (default: 6.0) to fine-tune the support/resistance levels.
Timeframe Settings: Set separate timeframes for structure analysis and five levels to align with your trading strategy.
Color and Signal Display: Customize colors for BOS/MSS lines and toggle buy/sell signals on or off for a cleaner chart.
Why Use This Indicator?
The "Contrarian with 5 Levels" indicator combines the power of contrarian trading with dynamic levels and market structure analysis, offering a unique perspective for identifying high-probability reversal setups. Its intuitive design, customizable settings, and clear signal visualization make it suitable for both novice and experienced traders. Whether you're trading forex, stocks, or cryptocurrencies, this indicator provides a robust framework for spotting potential turning points in the market.
We hope you find the "Contrarian with 5 Levels" indicator a valuable addition to your trading toolkit! Happy trading!

It pinpoints significant price reversals using a unique filtering method that reduces noise and enhances reliability. Paired with customizable ATR-based proximity alerts, this indicator empowers traders to track critical price zones with precision.
█ FEATURES
- Rooted in RDTS :
Inspired by the RexDog Trading System (RDTS), it highlights major pivot points where price executed sharp turnarounds, ensuring levels carry true market weight.
- Second-Highest/Lowest Open/Close Method :
Resistance levels use the *second-highest open/close* near pivot highs, while support levels use the *second-lowest open/close* near pivot lows—skipping extreme wicks for cleaner, more dependable lines.
- ATR-Driven Proximity Alerts :
Customizable proximity thresholds, calculated using the Average True Range (ATR), warn traders when price approaches key levels—a standout feature not found in most support/resistance indicators.
- Flexible Customization :
- Magnitude : Tweak pivot sensitivity (default: 10).
- Line Colors : Set resistance (red by default), support (green), and proximity (yellow) lines.
- Line Options : Adjust line origins, transparency for breached levels, and the maximum number of levels shown.
- ATR Settings : Fine-tune proximity sensitivity with ATR length and multiplier.
█ HOW TO USE
1. Add to Chart :
Find "Strong Levels (with Proximity Alerts)" in PulseWire’s indicator library and apply it.
2. Read the Lines :
- Red Lines : Resistance, derived from the second-highest open/close near pivot highs.
- Green Lines : Support, based on the second-lowest open/close near pivot lows.
- Yellow Dashed Lines : Proximity thresholds (optional), signaling when price nears a level.
3. Customize :
- Raise `Magnitude` for stronger levels or lower it for more detail.
- Adjust colors, transparency, and max levels to fit your preferences.
- Toggle proximity thresholds on/off based on your trading style.
- Enabling *Plot Line from Actual Pivot Bar* offers a cleaner chart but may mislead as lines plot into the past.
4. Set Alerts :
- Open PulseWire’s alert menu (the three dots ... dropdown menu next in indicator list has an option "Add alert on ...") and choose "Approaching Level" or "Level Touched.".
- Don't forget to choose the right Trigger condition, which by default is "Only Once". I usually set it to "Once Per Bar".
- Tailor alert conditions to your needs.
█ LIMITATIONS
- Past-Based Levels :
- Relying on historical pivots, it may not always forecast future moves, especially in rapid markets.
- The 'Plot Line from Actual Pivot Bar' option while visually appealing can imply historical significance that didn’t exist at the time. Be mindful of that.
- Volatility Sensitivity :
High volatility widens ATR-based thresholds, which might trigger alerts too soon.
- Display Management :
A cap on max levels avoids clutter, but tweaking `Max Levels` may be needed across timeframes.
█ ACCOMPANYING CHART
The chart showcases the indicator’s unique edge:
- A pivot high and low are flagged, with nearby bars highlighted.
- Resistance is plotted at the *second-highest open/close* around the pivot high, bypassing the highest wick.
- Support is set at the *second-lowest open/close* near the pivot low, ignoring the deepest wick.
- Yellow dashed proximity lines illustrate how the indicator warns traders as price nears these zones.
- Annotations clarify how skipping extreme wicks creates cleaner, more actionable levels.
█ HOW TO USE
1. Add to Chart :
Locate "Strong Levels (with Proximity Alerts)" in PulseWire’s indicator library and apply it to your chart.
2. Read the Lines :
- Red Lines**: Resistance levels, calculated from the second-highest open/close near pivot highs.
- Green Lines : Support levels, derived from the second-lowest open/close near pivot lows.
- Yellow Dashed Lines : Optional proximity thresholds, alerting you when price nears a level.
3. Customize :
- Increase `Magnitude` for stronger, less frequent levels or decrease it for more granularity.
- Modify colors, transparency, or the maximum number of levels to suit your style.
- Enable or disable proximity thresholds as needed.
4. Set Alerts :
- Access PulseWire’s alert menu and select "Approaching Level" or "Level Touched."
- Adjust conditions to match your trading preferences.
5. My Personal Approach :
I prefer using this indicator on higher timeframes, like hourly or daily charts. I adjust my `Magnitude`, so it doesn't trigger too often and set my alerts to trigger "Once Per Bar". When price nears a level, I get an alert and I anticipate a reaction but avoid placing limit orders blindly. Instead, I switch to smaller timeframes and combine it with other tools for confirmation before making a trade. This saves me a lot of screen time, and allows me to focus when it matters.

Indicator

Moving Average Contrarian IndicatorThis indicator is designed to identify potential turning points in the market. By measuring the distance between the price and a moving average, and normalizing it, the MACI provides valuable insights into market sentiment and potential reversals. In this article, we will explore the calculation, interpretation, and practical applications of the MACI, along with its potential limitations.
The MACI is calculated in several steps. First, a moving average is computed using a user-defined length, representing the average price over the specified period. The distance between the current price and the moving average is then determined. This distance is normalized using the highest and lowest distances observed within the chosen length, resulting in a value between 0 and 100. Higher MACI values indicate that the price is relatively far from the moving average, potentially signaling an overextension, while lower values suggest price consolidation or convergence with the moving average.
Altering the parameters of the Moving Average Contrarian Indicator can provide traders with additional flexibility and adaptability to suit different market conditions and trading styles. By adjusting the length parameter, traders can customize the sensitivity of the indicator to price movements. A shorter length may result in more frequent and responsive signals, which can be useful for short-term traders aiming to capture quick price reversals. On the other hand, a longer length may provide smoother signals, suited for traders who prefer to focus on longer-term trends and are less concerned with minor fluctuations. Experimenting with different parameter values allows traders to fine-tune the indicator to align with their preferred trading timeframes and risk tolerance. However, it is essential to strike a balance and avoid excessive parameter adjustments that may lead to over-optimization or curve fitting. Regular evaluation and optimization based on historical data and real-time market observations can help identify the most suitable parameter values for optimal performance.
The coloration of the Moving Average Contrarian Indicator provides visual cues that assist traders in interpreting its signals. The background color, set based on the indicator's values, adds an additional layer of context to the chart. When the indicator is indicating bullish conditions, the background color is set to lime, suggesting a favorable environment for long positions. Conversely, when the indicator signals bearish conditions, the background color is set to fuchsia, indicating a potential advantage for short positions. In neutral or transitional periods, the background color is set to yellow, indicating caution and the absence of a clear bias.
The bar color complements the histogram and provides additional visual clarity. When the MACI value is greater than the MACI SMA value and exceeds the threshold of 30, the bars are colored lime, signaling potential bullish conditions. Conversely, when the MACI value is below the MACI SMA value and falls below the threshold of 70, the bars are colored fuchsia, indicating potential bearish conditions. For values that fall between these thresholds, the bars are colored yellow, highlighting a neutral or transitional state.
Practical Uses and Strategies:
The MACI offers traders and analysts valuable insights into market dynamics and potential reversal points. When the MACI is above its moving average and above a predefined threshold (e.g., 30), it suggests that prices have deviated significantly from the average and may be overbought. This could serve as an early indication for potential short-selling opportunities or taking profits on existing long positions. Conversely, when the MACI is below its moving average and below a predefined threshold (e.g., 70), it suggests oversold conditions, potentially signaling a buying opportunity. Traders can combine MACI with other technical indicators or price patterns to further refine their trading strategies.
The MACI can be a powerful tool for identifying potential market reversals. When the MACI reaches extreme levels, such as above 70 or below 30, it indicates overbought or oversold conditions, respectively. Traders can use these signals to anticipate price reversals and adjust their trading strategies accordingly. For example, when the MACI enters the overbought zone, traders may consider initiating short positions or tightening stop-loss levels on existing long positions. Conversely, when the MACI enters the oversold zone, it may indicate a buying opportunity, prompting traders to consider initiating long positions or loosening stop-loss levels.
The MACI can also be used in conjunction with price action to identify potential divergence patterns. Divergence occurs when the MACI and price move in opposite directions. For instance, if the price is making higher highs while the MACI is making lower highs, it suggests a bearish divergence, indicating a potential trend reversal. Conversely, if the price is making lower lows while the MACI is making higher lows, it suggests a bullish divergence, signaling a potential trend reversal to the upside. Traders can use these divergence patterns as additional confirmation signals when making trading decisions.
Limitations:
-- Sideways and Choppy Markets : The MACI performs best in trending markets where price movements are more pronounced. In sideways or choppy markets with limited directional bias, the MACI may generate false signals or provide less reliable indications. Traders should exercise caution when relying solely on the MACI in such market conditions and consider incorporating additional analysis techniques or filters to confirm potential signals.
-- Lagging Indicator : The MACI is a lagging indicator, as it relies on moving averages and historical price data. It may not provide timely signals for very short-term trading or capturing rapid price movements. Traders should be aware that there may be a delay between the occurrence of a signal and its confirmation by the MACI.
-- False Signals : Like any technical indicator, the MACI is not immune to false signals. It is essential to use the MACI in conjunction with other technical indicators, chart patterns, or fundamental analysis to increase the probability of accurate predictions. Combining multiple confirmation signals can help filter out false signals and enhance the overall reliability of trading decisions.
-- Market Conditions : It's important to consider that the effectiveness of the MACI may vary across different markets and asset classes. Each market has its own characteristics, and what works well in one market may not work as effectively in another. Traders should evaluate the performance of the MACI within their specific trading environment and adapt their strategies accordingly.
This indicator can be a valuable addition to a trader's toolkit, offering insights into potential entry and exit points. However, it should be used in conjunction with other analysis techniques and should not be relied upon as a standalone trading signal. Understanding its calculation, interpreting its values, and considering its limitations will empower traders to make more informed decisions in their pursuit of trading success. Indicator

Exhaustion Table [SpiritualHealer117]A simple indicator in a table format, is effective for determining when an individual stock or cryptocurrency is oversold or overbought.
Using the indicator
In the column "2σ" , up arrows indicate that the asset is very overbought , down arrows indicate that an asset is very oversold , and an equals sign indicates that the indicator is neutral.
In the column "σ" , up arrows indicate that the asset is overbought , down arrows indicate that an asset is oversold , and an equals sign indicates that the indicator is neutral.
What indicator is
The indicator shows the exhaustion (percentage gap between the closing price and a moving average) at 5 given lengths, 15, 30, 50, 100, and 300. It compares that to two thresholds for exhaustion: one standard deviation out and one two standard deviations out. Indicator

Infiten's Return Candle OscillatorInfiten's Return Candle Oscillator is an oscillator which shows the percentage return on the open, high, close and low over a customizable period in the form of candlesticks. It may be helpful for seeing volatility, swing trading, or mean reversion trading.
The RCO consists of two plotted elements :
RCO Candles (short length): candlesticks which are plotted with low = the product of the percentage changes in the low over a period, high = the product of the percentage changes in the high over a period, close = the product of the percent changes in close over a period, and open = the product of the percentage changes in return over a period. Similarly to with standard candlesticks, if the percentage change on the close is higher than the percentage change on the open, the candlestick is green, otherwise it is red.
Smoothed RCO Line (long length) : a moving average of the average of the low, close, open and high calculated for the RCO Candles. The line's transparency is determined by the percentage difference between the RCO and the highest or lowest RCO over the long length. A more transparent line means that the RCO is closer to the highest or lowest RCO, and may be indicative of a reversal, or weakening trend. Indicator
