What you get on the chart

Pivot detection — two modes
Williams Fractals (default): classic ta.pivothigh / ta.pivotlow with separate left and right lengths. Configurable in Manual Settings (defaults L = 6, R = 4) or selected automatically per timeframe via Auto Timeframe Settings:

Simple Fractals: SMC-style, symmetric — current bar is a pivot if it's the highest / lowest within simpleFractalPeriod bars on each side. Faster but more frequent than Williams.
You can also force Wait for bar close (default ON) to confirm pivots only on closed bars.
Break validation — 4 modes
Choose how a level is considered "broken":
Close — close beyond the swing level (cleanest, default).
High/Low (wick) — wick beyond the level (most aggressive).
Close beyond buffer (ticks) — close beyond level ± N × mintick.
Close beyond buffer (%) — close beyond level ± X%.
Buffer fields appear conditionally so you can tune the strictness of structure breaks per instrument (forex, indices, crypto, etc.).
Structure classification — CHoCH / MSS / BOS
Trend state is tracked internally (Bullish, Bearish, Neutral). Every confirmed break is then classified:
CHoCH — first break that reverses the trend (bullish CHoCH on a close above the last swing high while bearish; bearish CHoCH on a close below the last swing low while bullish), or the very first break when the trend is still neutral. CHoCH flips the trend and starts a fresh leg.
MSS — first qualifying break in the direction of the new trend after CHoCH, per the MSS definition setting:
First break after CHoCH — any first break in trend direction = MSS, then BOS.
First break >= pre-CHoCH level — MSS only when the broken swing is at or beyond the swing level that existed before the CHoCH. Stricter — protects against premature MSS calls.
HL + >= pre-CHoCH (legacy) — same as above, plus a confirming HL (bull) / LH (bear) is required after CHoCH before MSS can fire.
BOS — every subsequent break in the trend direction after MSS — until the opposite CHoCH occurs and the cycle restarts.
This rule set keeps only one MSS per trend leg, with everything before it being CHoCH and everything after being BOS — exactly how SMC traders read it.
Pre-CHoCH levels (transparent reasoning)
When CHoCH fires, the script captures the swing-high / swing-low that existed before the trend flip (pre_choch_swing_high / pre_choch_swing_low). These are used by the stricter MSS modes and shown in the debug rows of the info table, so you can verify exactly why a break was classified as MSS or BOS.
Last broken swing tracking
For every confirmed break the indicator stores:
lastBreakSwingBarIndex — the bar where the broken swing originally formed (its ID).
lastBreakSwingPrice — the level that was broken.
lastBreakClassification — CHoCH / MSS / BOS.
lastBreakDirection — above swing high / below swing low.
lastBreakDetectBarIndex — the bar where the break passed your validation filter.
These are visible in the debug rows when Show debug rows (table) is on — useful for forensic / journal-style review.
Drawing budget (FIFO)
The indicator caps the number of CHoCH / MSS / BOS line + label pairs at Max CHoCH/MSS/BOS lines + labels (default 400, max ~80% of PulseWire's 500 limit). Older drawings are removed first (FIFO), so you never hit the line cap on long histories.
Alerts
Two ready-to-use alert conditions:
HH-HL-HH Alert — fires when an HH-HL-HH pattern completes.
LL-LH-LL Alert — fires when an LL-LH-LL pattern completes.
Use PulseWire's alert dialog → choose the alert condition by name. Messages include {{ticker}} and {{interval}} placeholders.
Suggested settings (from the Xcelerate Trade team)
Default for most traders: Auto settings ON, Williams Fractals, Wait for bar close ON, Break validation = Close, MSS definition = First break after CHoCH.
Strict structural read (low noise): Break validation = Close beyond buffer (%) with 0.05–0.10%, MSS definition = First break >= pre-CHoCH level.
Aggressive / fast feedback: Simple Fractals with period 2, Break validation = High/Low (wick), Wait for bar close = OFF.
Forensic review: turn ON Show debug rows (table) to see trend state, CHoCH / MSS flags, pre-CHoCH levels and the last-break summary.

Adaptive Market Suite [Jayadev Rana]Overview
Adaptive Market Suite is a four-module analysis toolkit that draws on the price chart. Each module is independent: turn any of them on or off, and each has its own settings group. It shows context, not buy or sell arrows. The four modules are an adaptive trend, volatility bands, market structure with order blocks and fair-value gaps, and an order-flow oscillator. You read the confluence and make your own decisions.
Module 1 - Adaptive Trend and Regime
A moving average whose smoothing adapts to Kaufman's efficiency ratio: the net distance price travelled divided by the total path it took to get there. In clean trends the ratio is high and the average speeds up to hug price; in chop it is low and the average slows and flattens. The line is coloured by its slope, and the info panel reports whether the market is trending or ranging from the same ratio.
Module 2 - Expected-Move Bands
Volatility bands around the adaptive basis. Instead of a fixed multiple of range, the band width scales with where the current Average True Range sits in its own recent history (its percentile), so the bands contract in quiet conditions and expand when volatility rises. A nearer pair and a wider pair mark two envelopes.
Module 3 - Liquidity and Structure
Market structure from confirmed swing pivots, labelled as Break of Structure and Change of Character. Because the pivots are symmetric (confirmed on both sides), they are fixed before they are drawn and do not repaint afterward. On a structure break the tool marks the order block behind the move (the last opposite-direction candle before the push) and it tracks fair-value gaps, which are three-bar imbalances. Each zone follows a mitigation lifecycle: it is extended while it is live and greyed once price trades through it, and only the most recent zones per type are kept so the chart stays readable.
Module 4 - Order-Flow Oscillator
A normalised buy and sell pressure read in the indicator pane. For each bar it combines where price closed within the bar's range with how large that bar's volume was relative to its recent average. Sustained closes near the highs on strong volume push the oscillator positive; the mirror pushes it negative. An absorption marker highlights bars with heavy volume but a small range, where effort is not producing movement.
Info panel
An optional compact table summarises the current trend direction, the regime read, the volatility percentile, and the current order-flow side. It is context only.
Inputs
Inputs are grouped per module: General (ATR length); Module 1 (efficiency length, fast and slow smoothing, regime threshold, colours); Module 2 (volatility lookback, base and extra width, colour); Module 3 (swing length, order-block lookback, max zones per type, toggles for structure, order blocks and fair-value gaps, colours); Module 4 (pressure smoothing, absorption threshold, colours); plus an info-panel toggle. Every module has a single enable switch.
Alerts
Bullish and bearish structure break, and the order-flow oscillator crossing above or below zero.
How to use it
Treat it as a confluence map rather than a signal. For example, price reaching an order block near the lower band, with the order-flow oscillator turning up while the adaptive trend is still rising, is a stronger context than any one of those alone. Turn off the modules you do not need: if you only trade structure, disable the other three groups for a clean map. It is intended for liquid instruments and works across timeframes; the demonstration chart is Gold on the 1-hour timeframe.
Limitations
The structure module confirms swings with bars on both sides, so its labels and order blocks appear a fixed number of bars after the pivot forms. That delay is the trade-off that keeps them from repainting. The bands, the oscillator and the info panel read the current bar and update as it forms, like any live calculation. This is an analysis tool, not a strategy: it places no orders, makes no performance claim, and there is no win rate because it does not promise trades.

RIFTS identifies two main zone types:
Reaction Blocks
Imbalance Gaps
A setup begins when price creates one of these zones. The script then watches for price to return to the zone and either tap or reject from it.
A bullish setup develops when price interacts with a bullish zone and then confirms upward movement through a bullish structure break.
A bearish setup develops when price interacts with a bearish zone and then confirms downward movement through a bearish structure break.
The signal is not based on the zone alone. The main purpose is to find moments where zone interaction and structure confirmation align.
🔹 Reaction Blocks
Reaction Blocks are candle-based zones created after price displaces away from the previous candle.
A bullish Reaction Block forms when a bullish candle closes above the previous candle’s high while the previous candle was bearish.
A bearish Reaction Block forms when a bearish candle closes below the previous candle’s low while the previous candle was bullish.
The script marks the previous candle range as the reaction area. This area becomes important if price later returns to it and reacts.
The Zone Candle Body % setting controls how strong the displacement candle must be before a Reaction Block is created. Higher values require stronger candle bodies and reduce weaker zones.
🔹 Imbalance Gaps
Imbalance Gaps are created when price moves quickly and leaves an untraded gap between the current candle and the candle two bars back.
A bullish Imbalance Gap forms when the current low is above the high from two candles ago.
A bearish Imbalance Gap forms when the current high is below the low from two candles ago.
These gaps represent fast price movement. If price later returns to the gap, the script monitors whether price reacts from that area and then breaks structure.
🔹 Tap and Reaction Logic
After a Reaction Block or Imbalance Gap is created, the script tracks whether price comes back into the zone.
A zone is considered tapped when price trades back inside the zone.
A bullish reaction occurs when price taps a bullish zone and then closes upward out of that zone.
A bearish reaction occurs when price taps a bearish zone and then closes downward out of that zone.
The reaction candle must pass the selected quality filters:

These filters help avoid weak touches where price enters a zone but does not show enough rejection strength.
🔹 BOS and CHoCH Confirmation
The script tracks swing highs and swing lows using the Structure Swing Length setting.
When price closes above the last confirmed swing high, the script detects a bullish structure break.
When price closes below the last confirmed swing low, the script detects a bearish structure break.
The structure break is classified as either BOS or CHoCH.
BOS means Break of Structure. It represents continuation in the current structure direction.
CHoCH means Change of Character. It represents a break against the previous market bias and may suggest a possible directional shift.
CHoCH and BOS lines are drawn on the chart so users can see exactly which structure level was broken.
🔶 SIGNAL MODES
The Sniper Confirmation setting controls how strict the setup must be before a signal appears.
Reaction Only
A signal can appear when price reacts from a valid zone. This is the fastest mode because it does not require a BOS or CHoCH confirmation.
Tap + Structure
A signal requires price to tap a valid zone and then break structure in the signal direction.
Reaction + Structure
A signal requires both a valid zone reaction and a BOS or CHoCH confirmation. This mode is designed for traders who want zone rejection and structure confirmation together.

The Structure Trigger Type setting controls which structure events can trigger signals.

Each setup receives a score based on the conditions that are present.

A Sniper signal appears when the setup reaches the minimum score threshold.

🔹 Volume Filter
When enabled, the Volume Filter requires current volume to be above a selected moving average multiplier.
Volume MA Length controls the volume average.
Volume Multiplier controls how much stronger current volume must be compared with the average.
This filter can help reduce signals during weaker volume conditions.
🔹 EMA Trend Filter
When enabled, the EMA Trend Filter checks whether price is on the correct side of the selected EMA.
Bullish signals require price to be above the EMA.
Bearish signals require price to be below the EMA.
This filter is optional and can be used when traders want signals to align with broader trend direction.

When a Sniper or Sniper+ signal appears, the script can draw a simple trade plan guide.
Entry is based on the signal candle close.

🔶 HOW TO READ THE SIGNALS
A bullish Sniper signal means price has interacted with a bullish zone and passed the selected confirmation rules.

A Sniper+ signal means the setup reached the higher score threshold.
BOS labels can help identify continuation-style structure breaks.
CHoCH labels can help identify possible shift or reversal-style structure breaks.

What It Is
This is a PulseWire indicator that fuses two ideas that don't usually share a chart:
Smart Money Concepts (SMC): classic structure-based trading, specifically Change of Character (CHoCH) detection off swing highs/lows.
K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) : a simple, non-parametric machine learning method — used to score each new structure break against the most similar structure breaks that happened earlier on the same chart, and to project price targets from how those similar setups actually played out.
In plain terms: every time price breaks structure, the indicator asks 'what did the last several breaks that looked like this one actually do?' and uses that historical evidence to assign a probability and a set of price targets, instead of relying on a fixed, one-size-fits-all rule.
Structure first (the SMC layer)
The indicator finds swing points using ta.pivothigh / ta.pivotlow with a configurable pivot length. It tracks a simple internal trend state (marketTrend: up / down / neutral) and flags a CHoCH:
Bullish CHoCH: price closes above the last swing high while the prevailing state was not already bullish (i.e., a flip up).
Bearish CHoCH: price closes below the last swing low while the prevailing state was not already bearish (i.e., a flip down).
This is the standard SMC definition of "change of character", the first sign that the prior trend may be giving way to a new one.
Turning the break into an actionable trade
When a CHoCH fires, the script doesn't just say "structure broke", it measures how it broke, using three features computed over the bars since the prior swing point:
Volume delta: An estimate of buy vs. sell pressure on each bar (derived from where the close sits within the bar's range, weighted by volume), averaged over the move. Positive = buyers dominant, negative = sellers dominant.
Displacement: The size of the price move since the swing point, normalized by ATR. This tells you whether the break was a forceful, large-range move or a weak, barely-there one, independent of the instrument's raw volatility.
Velocity: Displacement divided by the number of bars it took (i.e., how fast the move happened.)
Finding lookalikes (the KNN engine)
The script keeps a rolling database (capped at 2,000 records, with a "Historical Memory Window" limiting how far back it'll search) of every previous CHoCH's fingerprint, along with what actually happened afterward.
For a new CHoCH, it:
Filters the database to past events of the same direction (bullish vs. bearish) within the memory window.
Computes Euclidean distance between the new fingerprint and every stored one.
Pulls the K nearest neighbors (default 5) — the most similar past setups.
Uses those neighbors to calculate:
1. A Significance Score = % of the K neighbors where price moved further in the favorable direction than the adverse direction (i.e., a "win rate" among lookalikes).
2. Three price targets, built from the distribution of how far those neighbor setups actually ran:
TP1 (mean × conservative scalar) — a toned-down average outcome.
TP2 (median) — the typical outcome.
TP3 (75th percentile) — a stretch/aggressive outcome.
These 3 targets are represented by a drawn box on the chart.
How the database learns (the "training" loop)
This is the part that makes it adaptive rather than a static rule set. On every bar, the script checks: did a CHoCH happen exactly lookahead bars ago (default 20)? If so, it now has enough hindsight to grade that old setup:
It walks forward through those 20 bars and finds the maximum favorable excursion and maximum adverse excursion from the price at the time of that old CHoCH.
It labels the outcome (favorable > adverse → success) and records the fingerprint as it existed at that time, plus the result, into the database.
So the model is continuously and only ever trained on fully resolved history, never on the bar currently forming. It's an online-learning loop: today's signal is scored against yesterday's already-graded outcomes, and today's setup itself won't be graded and added to the database until lookahead bars from now.
What's Drawn on the Chart
CHoCH connector line: solid line from the broken swing point to the breakout close.
Broken level marker: dashed line showing the swing high/low that got taken out, plus a short dotted line marking the actual break.
Wick trace: a stylized multi-layer glow line tracing the wicks leading into the break (purely visual/aesthetic).
CHoCH region fill: soft fill color between the wick trace and the broken level.
Probability badge: small label (▲/▼ + %) printed near the break; gets a ★ if direction confidence is ≥85%.
CHoCH tag: secondary tiny label showing "+CHoCH / −CHoCH" and the raw significance score.

🧠 Quant Engine
Look-Ahead Window (Bars): how many bars forward the model waits before grading a past CHoCH and adding it to the database. Larger = more patient/accurate labeling but slower to build a dataset.
Historical Memory Window: how far back (in bars) the KNN search is allowed to look for neighbors. Smaller = more regime-adaptive (recent behavior only); larger = more data per query but less responsive to regime shifts.
K-Nearest Neighbors (K): how many lookalikes to average over. Lower K = more reactive/noisy; higher K = smoother but slower to reflect new behavior.
Min Significance Score (%): the threshold below which the indicator visually marks a signal as low-conviction (greyed badge) rather than colored.
ATR Period: used both for the displacement feature and for badge placement offsets.
Pivot Length: swing-point sensitivity; smaller = more (and earlier, but less confirmed) swings.
🎯 Target Levels
Conservative Scalar: multiplier applied to the mean neighbor outcome to produce TP1.
Target Extension (Bars): how far right the target box are drawn.
How to Use It
Wait for a CHoCH badge. Direction is shown by the arrow; the percentage is the KNN-derived probability that this break behaves like the favorable-outcome neighbors.
Check the significance score against your threshold. Setups below your Min Significance Score print in a neutral grey, treat these as "structure broke, but the model has no strong opinion" rather than as a clean signal.
Use the target box as a planning zone, not a guarantee. TP1 is the conservative/likely zone, TP2 the typical outcome among similar past moves, TP3 the stretch target, read it as a probability-weighted range, not a prediction.
Watch "DB Records" in the side panel. Early on a chart, or on a symbol with limited history, the database will be small and the KNN matches less statistically meaningful. The model gets more reliable as it accumulates more graded history.
Use the ★ marker as an extra filter. It only appears when directional confidence (not the raw significance score, but the bull/bear probability split) is ≥85%.
Cross-reference with the bias/volume-delta in the panel for a quick read on whether the broader trend state and the most recent candle pressure agree with the new signal.
Helpful Trade Tips
Tip 1: Works extremely well on larger timeframes. Sweet spot is hourly and daily, which positions this indicator well for swing traders. Let's take a look at some examples:

🧩 WHY THESE COMPONENTS WORK TOGETHER
A raw sweep detector fires on every wick that pokes a level — most of which go nowhere. A pure structure tool (CHoCH/BOS) tells you the trend flipped but not whether liquidity was actually taken first. A risk calculator gives you a stop and targets but has no idea where the trade should go. Used separately, each one leaves a gap the others could fill.
Mirage fuses them into a single pipeline:

The swing engine remembers recent highs and lows and tags them as resting liquidity. The sweep detector only triggers when a level is pierced and reclaimed on the close — a stop-hunt, not a clean break. The quality score then rates that sweep so weak pokes are filtered out before they ever become signals. CHoCH confirmation (optional) makes price prove the reversal by breaking minor structure before you commit. The risk engine anchors the stop to the actual sweep wick — the precise point invalidating the idea — and projects the next opposite pool of liquidity as the logical objective. Finally, every closed setup is tracked so you can see the strategy's behavior in real time.
Without the score, you drown in low-quality sweeps. Without CHoCH, you front-run reversals that never come. Without wick-anchored risk, your stop sits in an arbitrary place. Without the liquidity target, you have no idea where the move is actually drawn. The combination is what turns "a wick touched a level" into a complete, rule-based trade.
🔍 WHAT MAKES IT ORIGINAL
1️⃣ 5-factor sweep quality score (0-100) — the heart of the system.
Every detected sweep is scored before it can qualify. The score blends five independent, normalized factors:
— 📐 Wick depth (weight 0.30): wickComp = min( max(wick, 0) / ATR , 1.0 ). For a bullish sweep, wick = min(open, close) − low; for bearish, wick = high − max(open, close). Bigger rejection wick relative to ATR = stronger grab.
— 🔄 Reclaim (weight 0.25): rclComp = min( max(reclaim, 0) / ATR , 1.0 ). Bullish reclaim = close − level; bearish = level − close. Measures how decisively price closed back on the right side of the swept level.
— 🕯️ Close position (weight 0.20): closePos = (close − low) / (high − low). For bulls the raw value is used; for bears it is inverted (1 − closePos). Rewards candles that close near the rejection extreme.
— 📊 Volume (weight 0.15): volComp = clamp( (volRatio − 1) / (volMult − 1) , 0, 1 ), where volRatio = volume / SMA(volume, 21) and volMult defaults to 1.5×. On volume-less feeds this factor neutralizes to 0.5 automatically.
— 🧭 HTF bias (weight 0.10): htfComp = 1.0 if the sweep aligns with the higher-timeframe EMA trend, else 0 (or 0.5 if the filter is off).
Final score = (wickComp×0.30 + rclComp×0.25 + cpComp×0.20 + volComp×0.15 + htfComp×0.10) × 100.
A sweep only qualifies when its score ≥ Min Sweep Score (default 50). This single number is your master quality dial.
2️⃣ Sweep vs. break distinction — closes decide everything.
A stored level is treated three ways. For a swing low: if price closes below it, the level is simply consumed (a real breakdown — no signal). If price wicks below but closes back above, that is a bullish sweep. The mirror logic applies to swing highs. This close-based rule is what separates a genuine liquidity grab from a trend break, and it is why the detector ignores most noise wicks.
3️⃣ Two-stage signal — sweep then CHoCH confirmation.
With confirmation on (default), a qualifying sweep becomes a pending setup rather than an instant entry. The signal only fires when price then breaks the most recent minor pivot (Change of Character) within the Confirmation Window (default 13 bars). Minor structure is tracked with its own pivot length (default 8). Turn confirmation off and the signal fires on the sweep bar itself — responsive, but earlier. Pending setups expire automatically if no CHoCH arrives in time.
4️⃣ Wick-anchored risk engine with a minimum-distance guard.
Entry = close of the signal bar. The stop is placed beyond the actual sweep wick:
— Long: SL = sweepLow − ATR×buffer
— Short: SL = sweepHigh + ATR×buffer
If the resulting stop sits closer than ATR×0.5 to entry, it is widened to exactly ATR×0.5 to avoid an unrealistically tight stop. Risk distance dist = |entry − SL|, and targets are pure R-multiples: TP1/TP2/TP3 = entry ± dist × multiplier.
5️⃣ Risk presets — one click from scalp to swing.
Five presets set buffer / TP1 / TP2 / TP3 instantly (SL buffer in ×ATR, TPs in R):
— Conservative: 0.50 / 1R / 2R / 4R
— Balanced (default): 0.25 / 1R / 2R / 3R

6️⃣ Break-even automation after TP1.
When TP1 is touched, the stop moves to entry. From the next bar a wick back to entry closes the trade at break-even — protecting the position once it has paid out its first target. The SL line dims and the entry label annotates "→ SL (BE)" so the state is always visible.
7️⃣ Resting liquidity map — BSL / SSL + EQH / EQL.
Every un-swept swing high is drawn as Buy-Side Liquidity and every un-swept swing low as Sell-Side Liquidity (most recent N per side, default 6). A level disappears the instant it is swept, so the map always shows live, untapped pools. Consecutive near-equal swings (within Equal H/L Tolerance × ATR, default 0.15) are connected as Equal Highs / Equal Lows — the strongest liquidity magnets and the most common sweep targets.
8️⃣ Liquidity target projection — the draw-on-liquidity objective.
On each entry, Mirage projects a line to the nearest opposite un-swept liquidity pool: a long aims at the closest BSL above entry, a short at the closest SSL below. This is the logical place the move is "drawn" toward, independent of the fixed R-multiple TPs.
9️⃣ Higher-timeframe bias as a soft, non-repainting filter.
The HTF trend (close vs. EMA, default 4H / EMA-50) is requested with confirmed prior-bar values and contributes only 10% of the score — it nudges quality rather than hard-blocking signals, so counter-trend sweeps can still fire if they are clean enough.
🔟 Honest, transparent outcome tracking.
The dashboard records every closed setup: wins, losses, win rate (with a visual gauge), and a recent-form strip of the last 10 results. A setup is counted as a WIN the moment TP1 is touched, and a trade closes on a stop-out or when TP3 is reached. This definition is stated openly so you always know exactly what the numbers mean — see Important Notes for the full caveats.
🧠 HOW IT WORKS — CALCULATION FLOW
Step 1 — Map the swings: Confirmed pivot highs/lows (length 21) are stored in bounded memory and tagged as un-swept BSL/SSL.
Step 2 — Detect a sweep: On each new bar, un-swept levels within Max Sweep Distance (default 80 bars) are checked. A wick-through-then-close-back-inside event is flagged as a sweep; a close beyond the level just marks it consumed.
Step 3 — Score it: The 5-factor formula rates the sweep 0-100. Only sweeps at or above Min Sweep Score, after warm-up, on a confirmed bar, qualify.
Step 4 — Resolve the signal: If CHoCH confirmation is on, the sweep becomes a pending setup and waits for a minor-structure break within the window; otherwise it fires immediately.
Step 5 — Build the trade: Entry, wick-based SL (with the ATR×0.5 minimum guard), and TP1/TP2/TP3 as R-multiples are calculated. Only one position runs at a time.
Step 6 — Manage it: Bar by bar, hits are checked on confirmed bars. TP1 triggers break-even; a stop-out or TP3 closes and records the result.
Step 7 — Visualize & report: Lines, labels, the liquidity map, the target projection, and the dashboard all update live.

🎯 Quick start — 5 steps:
1. Add the indicator to any chart and any timeframe (15m–4H is a good starting range).
2. Leave every setting on default. The Balanced preset and a Min Score of 50 are a sensible baseline.

— 🚫 No repainting. Signals require confirmed bars (barstate.isconfirmed); swing pivots use equal left/right lookback, so the actual pivot is in the past by Swing Length bars and is drawn only once confirmed — this is delayed confirmation, not repainting of future values. The HTF bias is requested with confirmed prior-bar values, and all alerts fire on bar close.
— 📊 How wins are counted: a setup is marked a WIN as soon as TP1 is touched (1R by default). A trade that reaches TP1 and then reverses to break-even still counts as a win. This is a deliberately transparent definition, not an inflated one — read it that way when interpreting the win rate.
— 📐 Stats are session-based and simulated. The dashboard reflects the indicator's own single-position logic on the loaded history and resets when the chart reloads. It is not a broker-accurate backtest and includes no fees, slippage, or funding.

When a structure event occurs, the engine reviews matching FVG candidates within the selected distance and timing limits.
The available candidates are compared using the active profile’s rules.
The selected zone becomes armed and remains under observation until:

• the FVG is invalidated
• another structure search replaces it
Once price interacts with the armed zone, the selected retest model and reaction-quality conditions are checked.
Volume, DI / ADX, and higher-timeframe bias can also be required.
Only a setup that passes the active rules and remains valid at candle close can create a permanent entry model.

The filter system does not guarantee better future outcomes.

📏 GAP / ATR FILTER

The gap-width filter measures the detected FVG against ATR.
This helps the engine reject extremely small imbalance zones relative to current market volatility.
A higher minimum gap-width value makes FVG storage and candidate selection more selective.
A lower value allows smaller gaps to enter the internal memory.
The filter is volatility-adjusted because the same absolute price distance can have different meaning across symbols and timeframes.
The active threshold depends on the chosen profile or Custom Lab value.
A larger gap is not automatically a better setup.
Gap size is only one component of the complete selection and retest process.

The displacement filter evaluates the directional body of the candle associated with FVG formation.
The formation body is compared with ATR and converted into a bounded internal score.
This helps the script distinguish a stronger directional imbalance from a gap created during weak or narrow price action.
When the Gap Impulse Check is enabled, an FVG must satisfy the selected displacement threshold before it is stored as a valid candidate.
A higher threshold reduces the number of eligible FVGs.
A lower threshold accepts more moderate formations.
The displacement score is an internal quality measurement.
It does not predict whether the zone will hold in the future.

📊 REACTION STRENGTH FILTER

The reaction-strength filter evaluates the candle that interacts with the armed FVG.

A higher minimum reaction-strength value requires a clearer response from the zone.

The reaction score is not a win probability.

The entry is a visual analysis reference.
It is not a broker order and does not require the user to enter a trade.

Gap-Protected Stop uses the selected FVG boundary plus an ATR-based protective buffer.

For bearish setups, the stop is projected above the FVG.
Volatility Stop projects the stop at an ATR multiple from entry.
A minimum stop-distance percentage can prevent extremely narrow visual stops.

The engine can continue calculating market context while a model is active, but another entry model is not opened.

Show Executed FVG Retests separately controls whether the FVG zone that created an entry remains highlighted as part of the trade model.
The selected display mode affects visual presentation only.
It does not change the underlying FVG calculations.
For the cleanest chart, Selected Gap is generally the most focused mode.
All Active Gaps can be useful for research but may create more chart density.

🧹 FVG INVALIDATION

The script can automatically remove invalidated FVG zones.
A bullish FVG may be invalidated when confirmed price action closes through the zone in the opposite direction.
A bearish FVG may be invalidated when confirmed price action closes through its opposite boundary.
An armed zone can also be cleared when:
• its retest window expires
• the zone exceeds the permitted lifetime
• the internal memory limit removes an older gap
• the active structure search is replaced
When an armed FVG becomes invalid, the Blocker Lens can display FVG INVALIDATED.
When the retest window expires, it can display SETUP EXPIRED.
Removing invalidated or stale zones helps prevent outdated FVGs from creating later entries outside their intended context.
Users can disable automatic invalidation removal if they prefer to retain more zones visually.

[Viprasol] Equilibrium Confluence EngineOverview
The Viprasol Equilibrium Confluence Engine is an original indicator that requires five independent, well-known trading conditions to agree before it prints a signal: an EMA trend filter, Fibonacci premium/discount location, a market-structure shift (CHoCH), a liquidity sweep, and a Fair Value Gap. Each of these concepts answers a different question about a trade — direction, location, structure, intent, and imbalance — and the engine only confirms when all of the enabled conditions line up on the same side within a configurable window. The on-chart panels (HOW IT WORKS legend, a live confluence checklist, and a strategy summary) make the logic self-explanatory directly on the chart.
It is built for traders who want a single, transparent confluence check instead of running five separate indicators and eyeballing whether they agree.
Why These Components Belong Together (Mashup Justification)
Each layer covers a dimension the others cannot, which is the reason they are combined rather than used alone:
- The EMA trend filter answers "which direction?" but says nothing about where to enter.
- Fibonacci equilibrium answers "is price cheap or expensive within the range?" but not whether momentum agrees.
- Market structure (CHoCH) answers "has the prevailing structure actually shifted?" but a shift alone can be a trap.
- The liquidity sweep answers "did price take liquidity before moving?" — the footprint that often precedes a real move — but needs direction and location to be actionable.
- The Fair Value Gap answers "is there an institutional imbalance for price to react to?" but an FVG in the wrong location or against the trend is low quality.
Used together, a signal only appears when momentum, location, structure, intent, and imbalance all point the same way — the combination is the point, not any single piece.
How It Works
1. EMA Trend Filter:
Two EMAs (default 9 and 15). The trend is bullish when the fast EMA is above the slow EMA and bearish when below. BUY confluence requires bullish trend; SELL requires bearish.
2. Fibonacci Equilibrium (dealing range):
The most recent confirmed swing high and swing low (from pivots of the swing length) define a dealing range. The 0.5 level is equilibrium; 0.236 and 0.786 are also drawn. Below 0.5 is the Discount zone (a relatively cheap "buy area"); above 0.5 is the Premium zone ("sell area"). BUY confluence requires price in discount; SELL requires premium. The range, levels, and zones are shaded and labeled with live prices.
3. Market Structure — CHoCH / BOS:
Swing highs and lows are tracked. When price closes through the prior swing high while structure was not already bullish, a bullish Change of Character (CHoCH) is marked; closing through the prior swing low while not already bearish marks a bearish CHoCH. Continuation breaks in the same direction are labeled BOS. BUY confluence requires a bullish CHoCH within the confluence window; SELL requires a bearish one.
4. Liquidity Sweep:
Sell-side liquidity is considered swept when a bar wicks below a prior swing low but closes back above it (stops taken, price rejected) — a bullish footprint. Buy-side liquidity is swept when a bar wicks above a prior swing high and closes back below — a bearish footprint. BUY confluence requires a recent bullish sweep; SELL a bearish one.
5. Fair Value Gap (FVG):
A bullish FVG is a 3-candle imbalance where the current low is above the high two bars back (low > high ); a bearish FVG is where the current high is below the low two bars back (high < low ). The gap is boxed and tracked. BUY confluence requires price inside a bullish FVG or a recent bullish FVG within the window; SELL the bearish equivalent.
Confluence Engine:
Each condition can be individually included or excluded. CHoCH, sweep, and FVG are event-based, so they remain "active" for a configurable Confluence Window (default 15 bars) using barssince, allowing the five conditions to line up even if they did not occur on the exact same bar. A confirmed BUY fires on the first bar all enabled BUY conditions are simultaneously true (and a SELL for the bear side), gated by a cooldown to prevent repeats. The dashboard shows a live BUY/SELL score out of 5, and the checklist panel shows exactly which conditions are met.
Risk Overlay:
On a confirmed signal, the engine projects Entry (signal close), Stop-Loss (beyond the relevant swing extreme plus an ATR buffer), and Take-Profit (Entry ± risk × Risk:Reward), with colored ENTRY/SL/TP price labels. Only the latest signal's projection is kept.

Getting Started:

Tuning Confluence:
- For more signals, turn off one or two of the stricter conditions (e.g. FVG) or widen the Confluence Window.
- For higher conviction, keep all five on and shorten the window so conditions must be tightly clustered.
Recommended Starting Points:

Limitations & Disclaimer
- Swing-based features (range, structure, liquidity) depend on confirmed pivots, which lag by the swing length; very recent swings are not yet confirmed.
- The dealing range uses the latest confirmed swing high and low; in strong one-directional moves the range can become stale until a new swing forms.
- CHoCH detection here uses closing breaks of the last swing; it is a practical approximation of the structure concept, not a full multi-leg structure model.
- FVG detection is the standard 3-candle definition and tracks only the most recent gap per direction for confluence.
- The confluence window means conditions need not occur on the same bar; widening it loosens signal quality, narrowing it tightens it — there is no single correct value.
- Entry/SL/TP lines are visual references only and do not place or manage trades.

How it works
The script tracks swing highs and lows using pivot detection. When price breaks the last swing level, it's labeled as:

CHoCH — break against the current trend (potential reversal)

Shift Structure Cloud [JOAT]Shift Structure Cloud is an open-source Pine Script v6 overlay that converts confirmed swing structure into a clean adaptive trend cloud. It tracks pivot highs and pivot lows, separates continuation breaks from character shifts, and uses the active structure range to build a dynamic average and multi-layer cloud around price.
The problem it solves is structural context. Many trend tools react only to moving averages or oscillator thresholds. This script anchors its visual state to confirmed market structure first, then uses an adaptive cloud to show whether price is trading above, below, or inside the current structural center. The result is a chart layer that can help separate continuation from transition without relying on future bars.

1. Confirmed Pivot Structure
The script uses ta.pivothigh() and ta.pivotlow() to confirm swing highs and lows. A pivot is only accepted after the configured right-side confirmation window closes, which means the level is delayed by design but does not depend on unconfirmed future plotting.

The current structure high and low become break reference levels. A bullish break occurs when price closes above the prior structure high. 4. Multi-Layer Cloud
The cloud is built from ATR-adjusted bands around the adaptive structure average. Inner, middle, and outer layers give a visual read of compression, transition, and extended distance from structure.

When enabled, candles are repainted with a gradient based on distance from the structure average. The candle color is informational only; it does not change the underlying chart data.

How to Use This Indicator
Step 1: Read the Cloud Side
If price is above the adaptive structure average and the cloud is colored bullish, the current structural state favors upside continuation. If price is below and the cloud is bearish, the state favors downside continuation.
Step 2: Watch CHoCH Events
CHoCH labels mark breaks against the previous structural side. They are useful as transition warnings, not automatic entries.
Step 3: Use the Structure Levels
The active high and low lines show where the next confirmed break could occur. These are the levels the script uses for BOS and CHoCH classification.
Step 4: Combine with Your Own Trigger

A clean, dual-layer market structure tool that labels Break of Structure and Change of Character from a single, internally consistent trend engine, then projects the resting liquidity those swings leave behind.
The core idea
BOS and CHOCH are the same break. What separates them is direction relative to the current trend, so this script tracks one trend state and derives the label from it:
BOS (Break of Structure) : price breaks a swing level in the direction of the trend. Continuation.
CHOCH (Change of Character) : price breaks a swing level against the trend. Reversal, and it flips the trend state.
Because both signals come from one state machine, you never get contradictory labels: a break with the trend is always BOS, a break against it is always CHOCH.
Dual-layer structure
The engine runs twice at the same time:
Swing structure (longer pivot length) : the major skeleton, drawn bold, with trailing watched-level lines and HH / HL / LH / LL swing labels.
Internal structure (shorter pivot length) : the minor continuation breaks inside each swing leg, drawn thin and faded so they read as secondary.
This lets you see a minor bullish BOS unfolding inside a major downtrend, which is the context most single-length tools miss.
Liquidity pools
Every unbroken swing high (buy-side) and swing low (sell-side) is projected to the right as a resting liquidity line, and removed the moment price wicks through it. What stays on screen is only live, untaken liquidity, the levels most likely to be targeted next.

The indicator evaluates confirmed swings on both configured timeframes independently. Each time price clears a prior confirmed swing, the event is classified by whether it aligns with the existing directional trend or breaks against it. A Change of Character signals a potential bias shift: price has broken a prior swing against the existing trend for the first time, indicating the directional bias may be reversing. The core idea: most "SMC" tools just paint boxes and labels and leave you to figure out the rest. Meridian Flow closes the loop. It does not stop at "here is a break" — it answers where to enter, where the stop goes, where the targets are, when to move to break-even, and how the setup has performed . Structure detection, order-block tracking, a higher-timeframe bias filter, a full risk engine, a structure-anchored trend line, and a sectioned dashboard are wired into a single pipeline so each part feeds the next.
It works on any market and any timeframe — forex, crypto, stocks, indices, futures — because every component is built from price action and ATR, not from instrument-specific assumptions.
🧩 WHY THESE COMPONENTS WORK TOGETHER
A raw BOS/CHoCH labeler tells you structure broke, but not whether to trust the break, where the institutional zone is, or how to manage risk once you're in. An order-block tool draws zones but has no concept of trade management. A risk calculator needs an entry it can't generate on its own. Used separately, you're constantly stitching three or four tools together by hand.
Meridian Flow fuses them into one chain:

The swing engine finds confirmed pivots. Classification tells you whether each new swing extends or contradicts the prior one. The break engine reads the running structure state to decide BOS vs CHoCH — the same state then sets the direction of the trailing trend line, so the line and the labels never disagree. Each qualifying break spawns the order block that produced the move and tracks it until price mitigates it. The HTF filter vetoes breaks that fight the higher timeframe. The risk engine takes the surviving signal and immediately builds entry, stop, and three targets sized in ATR and R-multiples. The dashboard records the outcome and feeds it back to you as a win rate and a recent-form strip.
Without structure classification you can't separate continuations from reversals. Without the running-state logic, BOS and CHoCH blur together. Without order blocks you lose the institutional zone. Without the HTF filter you take every counter-trend poke. Without the risk model a signal is just an arrow. The combination is what turns "structure broke" into a managed, reviewable trade.
🔍 WHAT MAKES IT ORIGINAL
1️⃣ Confirmed swing engine with automatic HH / HL / LH / LL labeling.
Swings are found with symmetric pivots — equal left/right lookback (default Swing Length 13 ) — so a pivot is only confirmed once enough bars have closed on both sides. Each new high is labeled:
— isHH = (no previous high) OR (pivotHigh >= previousHigh)
— otherwise it is an LH
Each new low is labeled:
— isLL = (no previous low) OR (pivotLow <= previousLow)
— otherwise it is an HL
This gives you an objective, repeatable map of structure instead of subjective lines.
2️⃣ BOS vs CHoCH disambiguation via a running structure-state machine.
The indicator keeps an internal trend state (structTrend = +1 bull, −1 bear, 0 neutral). When a swing high breaks, it reads that state:
— bull break while structTrend >= 0 → BOS ▲ (continuation)
— bull break while structTrend < 0 → CHoCH ▲ (reversal up)
The mirror logic applies to bear breaks. This is why the same break can be a BOS in one context and a CHoCH in another — the label reflects the trend you were already in, not just the candle that broke.
3️⃣ Conflict suppression + warmup guard.
If a bull break and a bear break would register on the very same bar, the bar is flagged a conflict and both are suppressed — no contradictory signals. On top of that, no signal fires until the chart has warmed up:
— WARMUP_BARS = max(Swing Length × 2, 50)
Early-history noise, where pivots aren't yet reliable, is filtered out before a single arrow prints.
4️⃣ Order blocks tied to the break, with displacement detection and an arm→mitigate lifecycle.
When a break creates an OB, the engine scans back up to OB Lookback (default 30) bars for the last opposite candle (for a bullish OB: the last down candle, close < open) and prefers one that was followed by a displacement move out of its range. If no displacement is found, it falls back to the nearest opposite candle.
Every box then runs a lifecycle:
— Armed : price first closes beyond the zone (confirming the OB worked)
— Mitigated : price later returns into the zone (by wick or close, your choice), committed on bar close
Mitigated blocks fade to grey and freeze, or can be removed entirely. The box cap ( Max Order Blocks, default 8 ) always drops mitigated zones first, so live zones stay on the chart longest.
5️⃣ Non-repainting higher-timeframe bias filter.
An EMA (default 50 ) is computed on a higher timeframe (default 60-minute ) and read with a one-bar offset on confirmed values:
— Bullish bias when close >= HTF EMA
— Bearish bias when close <= HTF EMA
When the filter is on, longs are only allowed in a bullish HTF regime and shorts only in a bearish one. Because the HTF value is taken from the already-closed higher-timeframe bar, it does not repaint.
6️⃣ Preset-driven ATR risk model — entry, stop, and three targets in one shot.
Stop distance is volatility-scaled, and targets are placed as multiples of that risk (R):
— slDistance = ATR(SL length, default 13) × SL multiplier
— SL = entry ∓ slDistance
— TP1/TP2/TP3 = entry ± slDistance × (TP1/TP2/TP3 multiplier)

7️⃣ Break-even-after-TP1 with WIN-on-TP1 accounting.
When TP1 is first touched and break-even is enabled, the stop is moved to the entry price. From the next bar, any wick back to entry closes the trade at break-even — locking out the give-back loss. Crucially, a trade counts as a WIN the moment TP1 is touched , even if it later comes back to the break-even stop. This keeps the win-rate honest about partial profit-taking.
8️⃣ Structure-anchored ATR trend line (SuperTrend-style, but it flips on CHoCH).
A smoothed ATR band trails price, but its direction is not decided by its own crossover logic — it is slaved to the structure state:
— band = hl2 ∓ (ATR Trend Multiplier, default 5) × EMA(ATR(length 10), smoothing 5)
— Bull regime: line trails as max(previous line, lower band)
— Bear regime: line trails as min(previous line, upper band)
— The line flips only when structure flips (a CHoCH), marked with a circle
So your trailing line and your BOS/CHoCH labels always tell the same story.
9️⃣ Session stats engine — win rate gauge + recent-form strip.
The dashboard tallies closed trades, wins, losses, and win rate, rendered with a Unicode block gauge (▰▱). A separate Form strip shows the last 10 outcomes (▰ = win, ▱ = loss, newest on the right), so you can see whether the current settings are in or out of sync with the market at a glance.
🧠 HOW IT WORKS — bar by bar
Step 1 — Detect swings: symmetric pivots confirm a swing high or low and label it HH/HL/LH/LL.
Step 2 — Watch for a break: price closing (or wicking, your choice) beyond the last swing flags a raw break; same-bar conflicts are suppressed.
Step 3 — Classify the break: the running structure state turns the raw break into a BOS or a CHoCH and flips the trend state.
Step 4 — Filter by bias: if the HTF filter is on, the break must agree with the higher-timeframe EMA regime to qualify.
Step 5 — Spawn the order block: the engine finds the originating candle (preferring displacement) and draws the OB zone.
Step 6 — Open the trade: while flat, a qualifying break sets entry, ATR stop, and TP1/TP2/TP3 from the active preset.

🎯 Quick start — get running in 5 steps:
1. Add Meridian Flow to any chart, any timeframe. Defaults already work.
2. Look at the dashboard (top-right). The colored header tells you the current trend: green = bullish, red = bearish, blue = neutral.
3. Wait for a Long ▲ or Short ▼ marker to print under/over a candle. That is a new trade signal.
4. Read the colored lines that appear: the dotted line is your entry, the solid red line is your stop-loss, the three dashed lines are TP1, TP2, TP3.
5. Use those exact levels in your broker. The dashboard shows the same numbers in text so you can copy them.
That is the whole loop: signal prints → take the levels → manage to the targets. Everything else below just helps you read and fine-tune it.

How it works
The engine tracks swing highs/lows and detects every structural break (BOS / CHoCH).
On each break, a Fibonacci is anchored from the broken swing (level 1) to the opposing swing (level 0).
Entry is plotted at the 0.618 retracement, Stop-Loss at level 0 (the swing extreme).
Three take-profits sit at fib extensions 2.0 / 2.618 / 3.618 .
A green box shows the profit zone (entry → TP3), a red box shows the risk zone (entry → SL).

The indicator automatically detects the most recent swing highs and swing lows using a pivot-based algorithm, then draws two types of trend lines in real time without any manual input:
Major Trend Lines (solid): Connect significant swing highs and swing lows using the full pivot lookback length. These represent the dominant structural trend and carry the highest weight for trading decisions.
Minor Trend Lines (dashed): Connect shorter-term pivots using a reduced lookback period. These represent intraday or near-term structure and are useful for precise entry timing.
Both lines update automatically as new pivots form. No manual drawing, no redrawing, no guesswork.
ENGINE 2 — BREAK OF STRUCTURE (BOS)
A Break of Structure is a continuation signal. It occurs when price convincingly breaks above a previous swing high (bullish BOS) or below a previous swing low (bearish BOS), confirming that the current trend is likely to continue.
Bullish BOS: price closes above the last confirmed swing high — signals trend continuation to the upside.
Bearish BOS: price closes below the last confirmed swing low — signals
trend continuation to the downside.
BOS labels appear directly on the chart at the point of the break.
ENGINE 3 — CHANGE OF CHARACTER (CHoCH)
A Change of Character is a reversal signal — the first indication that the current trend may be ending and a new one beginning. It is the most important signal in Smart Money analysis.
Bullish CHoCH: in a confirmed downtrend (lower highs, lower lows), price breaks above a recent lower high for the first time — this signals a potential reversal to the upside.
Bearish CHoCH: in a confirmed uptrend (higher highs, higher lows), price breaks below a recent higher low for the first time — this signals a potential reversal to the downside.
CHoCH labels are clearly marked on the chart and distinguished from BOS.
ENGINE 4 — FAIR VALUE GAP (FVG)
Fair Value Gaps are imbalance zones left behind by aggressive institutional buying or selling. Price frequently returns to these zones to rebalance before continuing in the original direction.
Bullish FVG: a gap between the high of the candle two bars ago and the low of the current candle — shown as a teal shaded zone.
Bearish FVG: a gap between the low of the candle two bars ago and the high of the current candle — shown as a red shaded zone.
FVG boxes automatically disappear when price returns to fill the gap (mitigation), keeping the chart clean at all times.

HOW TO USE — STEP BY STEP

Step 1 — Check the Dashboard
Before looking at any signal, check the dashboard. Confirm Market Bias, Structure, and EMA Stack all point in the same direction. Trade only when at least two of the three agree.
Step 2 — Identify the Trend Lines
Watch where the major trend lines are relative to current price. The support line (teal/blue) and resistance line (red) define your trading range and structural boundaries.
Step 3 — Wait for SMC Confluence
Before entering on a trend line touch, check whether a CHoCH has recently occurred in your direction. A CHoCH near a trend line is one of the highest-probability setups this indicator generates.
Step 4 — Watch for FVG Zones
If a Fair Value Gap is present near the trend line, this adds further confluence. Institutional traders frequently use FVG zones as entry triggers.
Step 5 — Enter on Signal
When a LONG or SHORT label appears, all five filters have aligned. Enter at the close of the signal candle. Your TP1, TP2, and SL levels will appear automatically on the chart.
Step 6 — Manage the Trade
Consider taking partial profits at TP1 (50% of position) and letting the remainder run to TP2. Move stop loss to breakeven after TP1 is hit.

How to Use This Indicator
Step 1: Read the regime row

Step 3: Use liquidity and absorption together
A sweep into an active absorption zone is a materially different event than an isolated sweep with no supporting structure.
Step 4: Use nearest level for risk framing
