**AJ - RSI** is a clean, publish-ready Relative Strength Index that lets you **lock the RSI calculation to any timeframe you choose**, regardless of the timeframe your chart is on. By default it displays the **Monthly RSI (14)** on every chart — 1 minute, 1 hour, daily, weekly, monthly — so you always keep the higher-timeframe trend context in front of you while trading a lower timeframe.
## What makes it different

## How to use
- **Trend filter:** Monthly RSI > 50 = long-term uptrend bias; < 50 = downtrend bias. Trade lower-TF setups only in the direction of the higher-TF regime.
- **Momentum shifts:** A monthly RSI crossover above 50 often marks a durable trend change; crossunder below 50 signals loss of long-term momentum.
- **Overbought / Oversold:** Readings above 80 or below 30 on the higher timeframe highlight stretched conditions worthy of caution or mean-reversion attention.
- **RSI vs. its MA:** Use crossovers of the RSI and its moving average as an early momentum confirmation.
- **Weekly / Daily setups:** Change the Timeframe input to Weekly, Daily, or any other TF to reuse the same framework at different horizons.

Trend Health [FEELS]A trend rarely dies suddenly. It fades first: the move gets inefficient and counter-trend candles grow heavier. Trend Health paints that fading straight onto a supertrend-style ATR trail, and tightens the stop while it happens.
The band is saturated green or red while the trend is strong. As health decays the color drains toward amber, an amber dot prints where the dying starts, and the trail contracts under price so a weak trend exits earlier than a fixed stop would.
QUICK START
Add it to a chart and read the color. Bright band: trend intact, trail at full width. Fading band: trend losing quality, stop contracting. Amber band: dying trend, elevated flip risk. Scroll the history: most flips carry an amber warning dot some bars before them. The strip along the bottom compresses the full health history into one regime line, and the label at the right edge shows direction, state and the current health score.
HOW IT WORKS
Two layers: a health score, and a trail that consumes it.
Health score, computed every bar over the Health lookback window:
1. Directional efficiency. Kaufman efficiency ratio (net move divided by the sum of absolute bar-to-bar moves), zeroed when the net move points against the active trend, normalized so a reading of 0.5 counts as fully efficient.
2. Momentum side. RSI distance from the 50 line in the direction of the trend, scaled over 25 points.
3. Impulse asymmetry. Candle bodies printed with the trend versus against it over the window. When counter-trend bodies grow, this component decays before price structure breaks.
These three form the core score (weights 0.45 / 0.30 / 0.25). The displayed health adds a fourth read, the distance between price and the trail in ATR units, at 25 percent weight. The score is EMA-smoothed and resets on every flip.
The trail is a ratchet ATR stop built from scratch. Base width is ATR times the multiplier. With Adaptive tightening on, the effective multiplier is scaled by the core score, so a healthy trend trails at full width while a dying trend gets a progressively tighter stop. The distance component is excluded from the core on purpose, otherwise tightening would lower the score and tighten further in a loop. Toggle it off and you get a classic fixed-width trail; the health engine then only drives the color.
HOW TO USE
- Color is the instruction. Enter or hold on a saturated band, tighten manually or stand aside on amber.
- The dying alert fires when health crosses under the threshold while the trend is still running. On past data many flips were preceded by exactly this transition. Treat it as a condition read, not a forecast.
- Four alerts: flip up, flip down, trend dying, trend recovered.
- Designed on 4H to 1W. Works on any symbol and timeframe; on low timeframes expect more flips, especially in ranges with adaptive mode on.
PARAMETERS
- ATR length / ATR multiplier: trail geometry at full health.
- Adaptive tightening: health-driven contraction of the trail, on by default.
- Health lookback: window for the efficiency, momentum and asymmetry reads.
- Health smoothing: EMA on the raw score.
- Dying threshold: below this level the trend counts as dying; drives the amber floor, the warning dot, the label and the alert.
- Display toggles: trend fill, bar coloring, flip markers, dying warnings, health ribbon, status label.
- Sizing: marker size, label size and trail width are adjustable.
NOTES
- The trail state confirms at bar close. On the live bar the level and color can update until close.
- Health describes the present condition of the trend. It does not predict future prices.
- A dying warning is a condition mark, not an exit signal: health can recover and the trend can resume. Sharp reversals can flip a trend straight from high health without any warning printed.
- Adaptive mode trades later giveback for earlier exits, so in choppy ranges it flips more often than a fixed trail. That is the design, not a defect.
ORIGINALITY
The ratchet ATR trail is a classic public-domain concept reimplemented from scratch. What is original here is the three-component health model, the gradient mapping of that score onto the trail, bars and ribbon, and the feedback of the score into the stop width itself, which makes the flip points measurably different from a standard fixed-factor trail. This indicator takes a sub-pane oscillator engine (originally built for a
separate pane) and re-renders it directly on the price chart as an overlay.
You choose one of eight oscillator types, and the script draws it as a
scaled, floating panel above or below price action, using a rolling window
of recent bars. It borrows its array-based collection/redraw technique and
box-drawing style from the CQ Larry Williams Vix Fix overlay script.
Because the oscillator is bidirectional (it can swing both above and below
its own midline, unlike Vix Fix which only measures magnitude), the drawing
engine scales values based on distance from the midline rather than raw
value, and can mirror in either direction.
SECTION 1 — INDICATOR SELECTION

SECTION 2 — COLOR & LINE STYLE

Fill OB/OS - shades the area between the oscillator and the OB/OS
reference lines when price pushes into those zones

SECTION 5 — OVERLAY DISPLAY OPTIONS (Group: "OVERLAY — Display Options")

How many of the most recent bars are drawn in the overlay panel.
Capped at 150 to respect PulseWire's per-indicator object budget.
Oscillator Height (default 300, price units)
The vertical distance (in price units) that the extreme OB/OS+Extreme
value is stretched out to, measured from the panel's baseline.
Separation from Price (default 150%, range 100-1400%)
How far the panel's baseline sits from the highest/lowest visible
candle. 100% means the baseline touches price; higher values add gap.
Placement (Top / Bottom, default Bottom)
Whether the panel is drawn above the visible highs or below the
visible lows.
Flip Upside Down
Mirrors the panel vertically (useful if you prefer overbought
readings to point toward price rather than away from it).
Show OB/Mid/OS Reference Lines
Draws dotted horizontal lines marking the midline, overbought, and
oversold levels across the visible window.
Show OB/OS Zone Fill
Shades the band between the OB and OS reference lines.
SECTION 6 — HOW THE OVERLAY IS DRAWN (for reference)

Each bar's oscillator, basis, histogram, and volume-pressure values are
pushed into rolling arrays capped at "Number of Bars to Show." On the last
bar, all previous drawings are deleted and redrawn:
1. A baseline price level is computed from the visible high/low range,
offset by Height x Separation%.
2. A scale factor ("wMax") is derived from the OB+Extreme distance and the
actual oscillator/basis range, so the panel never clips.
3. Oscillator and basis values are converted to price-scale y-coordinates
relative to the midline and drawn as connected line segments.
4. For MACD/VMACD, histogram bars are drawn as thin boxes from the
baseline out to each bar's scaled histogram value, colored by
rising/falling and above/below-zero state.
5. A text label with the selected indicator's name is placed at the end
of the panel.
This mirrors the same rolling-window / redraw-on-last-bar technique used in
the Vix Fix overlay script, adapted for a two-sided (bidirectional)
oscillator instead of a one-sided magnitude series.
SECTION 7 — SIGNALS & ALERTS

MACD Signals (only when MACD is selected)
- Buy: MACD crosses over Signal while price is above the trend EMA/VWAP,
and the cross happens at or near zero (MACD or its prior value
below zero).
- Sell: Mirror image condition for a bearish cross.
- Both have dedicated alertcondition() alerts.
Oscillator Signals (RSI, CCI, DRM, Stochastic, Stoch RSI)
Two signal speeds, each with its own cooldown to prevent rapid repeat
firing:
Fast (5-bar cooldown) - oscillator crosses its basis line while still
inside normal territory, OR crosses the
"Extreme" OB/OS+Extreme level.
Slow (10-bar cooldown) - oscillator crosses the standard OB/OS level.
If the Trend filter is not "Off" or "Range", signals additionally require
price to agree with the trend EMA/VWAP direction.
Buy/Sell background highlighting (green/red) marks bars where any of
these signals fire, matched to whichever oscillator is active.
SECTION 8 — DIVERGENCE

When "Divergence" is enabled, the script compares 5-bar-left/5-bar-right
pivot highs and lows in price against the oscillator's own pivots:
- Bullish divergence: price makes a lower low while the oscillator makes
a higher low -> green line + "Bull Div" label below the bar.
- Bearish divergence: price makes a higher high while the oscillator
makes a lower high -> red line + "Bear Div" label above the bar.
SECTION 9 — PRACTICAL NOTES & LIMITS

- "Number of Bars to Show" is capped at 150 bars to stay within Pine's
line/box drawing budget when combined with fills, reference lines, and
histogram boxes.
- The overlay drawing loop stops adding new line objects once the combined
oscillator + basis + volume-pressure line count reaches 480, as a safety
margin under the 500-object limit declared at the top of the script.
- Volume Pressure, Fill Lines, Fill OB/OS, and Divergence are independent
toggles and can be combined freely, but turning on several at once with a
high bar count will use more of the drawing budget.
- OB/OS zone fill and reference lines are skipped for MACD/VMACD, since
those use a zero-centered histogram instead of a fixed OB/OS band.
- All original oscillator calculations run on the current chart's timeframe
by default (the internal multi-timeframe parameter is left blank), so the
overlay reflects the chart timeframe you have open.

G-Score | NAL is a volatility-adjusted Z-Score regime indicator built from two main components: a smoothed price Z-Score and an adaptive GARCH-based volatility Z-Score.
The indicator does not use fixed overbought or oversold levels. Instead, it builds dynamic thresholds from the current volatility structure of the market. Price is then measured against those volatility-derived boundaries to determine whether the market is entering a bullish or bearish statistical regime.
2. Calculation
The indicator starts by estimating volatility through a GARCH-style process. It calculates log returns from the selected source, converts those returns into squared variance, and then compares short-term variance behavior against a realized variance baseline.

Volume percentile. Volume rank over the normalization lookback (typically 100 bars).
Close-location value. Where the close sits within the bar's high-low range, expressed as a percentage. For an upward-direction reading, a close near the bar's high indicates buyers won the bar; for a downward-direction reading, a close near the bar's low indicates sellers won.
Participation. Volume percentile (divided by 100) multiplied by direction-aligned close-location value (also normalized to 0-1). Result is in ; higher means "good participation".

How to use this script
This is a confirmation indicator. It does not generate entries on its own.
When considering an entry on price strength alone, check this indicator. A Strong Bull or Strong Bear state confirms that volume and close location support the move.
The "Thin" state is a warning. A breakout that prints during a Thin reading should be treated more cautiously than the same breakout during Strong Bull.
The Quiet Accumulation state can identify periods of base-building before a move and is useful as a "watchlist" signal.
Use alongside a setup-specific indicator for entry timing.
Limitations and honest caveats
Volume quality varies dramatically between markets. On crypto exchanges, wash-trading and bot-driven order flow can produce misleading volume percentile readings. Apply with awareness.
Z-score normalization requires the lookback to contain a representative variety of states. On instruments with strong regime changes, early-bar z-scores may be unreliable until the lookback fills.
The close-location alignment factor reads single-bar close behavior. On gappy markets or after market closes, the alignment may not reflect intraday order flow.
The script does not signal direction independently; it adjusts and labels momentum that is already present.
The +0.2 floor in the quality blend is a design choice to avoid flat-lining the oscillator. Users who want a strict "zero adjustment when participation is zero" reading can set the participation weights higher and adjust the floor by modifying the source code.
