Indicator

Adaptive Volatility Trend [WillyAlgoTrader]Adaptive Volatility Trend (AVT) is a trend-following overlay indicator that dynamically adjusts its sensitivity to market conditions using the Kaufman Efficiency Ratio and ATR-based volatility bands.
Unlike static moving averages or fixed-width channels, AVT continuously adapts: it accelerates in strong directional moves and slows down during choppy, range-bound price action — reducing whipsaws where most trend indicators fail.
🔍 WHAT MAKES IT ORIGINAL
The core innovation is a self-tuning mechanism built on three adaptive layers:
1. Kaufman Efficiency Ratio (ER) as an adaptive engine. The ER measures how "efficient" price movement is — the ratio of net directional change to total path traveled over N bars. An ER near 1.0 means price moved in a clean straight line (strong trend); near 0.0 means it went sideways with lots of noise. AVT uses the smoothed ER to dynamically blend between a fast constant (2-period EMA speed) and a slow constant (30-period EMA speed), producing an Adaptive Moving Average that responds quickly in trends and becomes sluggish in chop.
2. ER-scaled ATR bands. The volatility channel doesn't just use raw ATR × multiplier. It incorporates the Efficiency Ratio to narrow the bands during trending conditions (where ER is high) and widen them during ranging markets (where ER is low). This means the channel contracts when the trend is clean — keeping signals tight — and expands when price is noisy — filtering out false breakouts.
3. Composite Signal Scoring System (0–100). Every signal receives a quality score based on three weighted components:
— Trend strength (0–40 pts): derived from the Efficiency Ratio magnitude
— Momentum (0–30 pts): RSI distance from the neutral 50-level in the signal direction
— Volume confirmation (0–30 pts): current volume relative to its 20-period average
Only signals exceeding the user-defined minimum score threshold are displayed — letting you filter out low-conviction setups.
⚙️ HOW IT WORKS
Trend detection:
The indicator calculates an Adaptive Moving Average using the Kaufman method. The slope of this line determines trend direction: if the line rises by more than 5% of current ATR, the trend is classified as bullish; if it falls by the same threshold, bearish. A small dead zone (ATR × 0.05) prevents noise from flipping the trend.
Signal generation:
A BUY signal fires when:
— Trend flips from bearish/neutral to bullish (slope turns positive)
— Price is above the adaptive line
— RSI is not in overbought territory (if RSI filter is enabled)
— Volume exceeds its moving average × threshold (if volume filter is enabled; auto-disabled on forex)
— Composite score meets the minimum threshold
— Bar is confirmed (close-based, no repainting)
SELL signals use the mirror logic.
Anti-repaint compliance:
All signals require barstate.isconfirmed — they only trigger on the close of the bar and never change on historical data. A warmup period (minimum 50 bars or 2× Trend Length) prevents unreliable early signals.
Volume filter on forex:
The indicator automatically detects instruments with no volume data (common on forex pairs) and bypasses the volume filter for those symbols, so it works seamlessly across asset classes.
📖 HOW TO USE
Reading the chart:
— Green trend line + upward slope = bullish regime
— Red trend line + downward slope = bearish regime
— Yellow trend line = neutral / transitioning
— ▲ labels below bars = confirmed BUY signal
— ▼ labels above bars = confirmed SELL signal
— The shaded channel around the trend line shows volatility-adjusted support/resistance zones
Quick-start presets:
— Conservative (Length 30 / ATR 20 / Mult 2.5): fewer signals, higher reliability — suited for swing trading on 4H–Daily
— Default (Length 20 / ATR 14 / Mult 2.0): balanced for most timeframes
— Aggressive (Length 12 / ATR 10 / Mult 1.5): more signals — suited for 15min–1H
— Scalping (Length 8 / ATR 7 / Mult 1.2): fast response — optimized for 1–5min charts
Signal quality:
Use the Score value in the dashboard to gauge conviction:
— 70–100: strong trend + momentum + volume alignment
— 40–69: moderate setup, consider additional confluence
— Below threshold: signal filtered out (not shown)
Dashboard panel:
Displays current trend direction, last signal with its score, Efficiency Ratio %, RSI value, timeframe, and indicator version. Position is adjustable to any corner of the chart.
Alerts & automation:
Supports both standard PulseWire alert messages and JSON webhook format for integration with 3Commas, Alertatron, or custom bots. Alert messages include ticker, price, timeframe, and signal score.
⚙️ KEY SETTINGS REFERENCE
— Trend Length (default 21): lookback for adaptive MA — higher = smoother, lower = faster
— ATR Length (default 14): period for volatility bands — higher = wider bands
— Band Multiplier (default 2.0): ATR multiplier for channel width — higher = fewer false signals
— RSI Filter (on by default): blocks buy signals when RSI > 70, sell signals when RSI < 30
— Volume Filter (on by default): requires volume > SMA(20) × 1.2 — auto-disabled on forex
— Min Signal Score (default 40): minimum composite score for signal display
— Efficiency Smoothing (default 5): EMA smoothing of the Kaufman ER
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
— This indicator does not use future data. No lookahead, no repainting.
— Past performance shown on any chart does not guarantee future results.
— AVT is a tool for identifying trend direction and generating signal candidates — it is not a complete trading system. Always use proper risk management and consider additional confluence before entering trades.
— The indicator works best in trending markets. In prolonged sideways conditions, even filtered signals may produce whipsaws — the Efficiency Ratio in the dashboard helps you assess whether the current market is trending enough for signal reliability. Indicator

Buy Signal EMA& RSI [CocoChoco]█ OVERVIEW
This indicator is a momentum breakout tool designed for trend-following traders.
It produces buy signals (long only).
It is based on the "50-200 EMA & RSI25 crossover indicator" by rahulbalaji4574, which has been upgraded to Pine Script v6. Most importantly, I added filters to reduce false signals and improve overall timing.
The core logic ensures you only enter a trade when a long-term trend is confirmed, momentum is surging but not exhausted, and there is significant market participation (volume).
█ KEY IMPROVEMENTS & LOGIC
This version introduces several "Smart Filters" to the original base logic:
Momentum Sweet Spot: Unlike the original which only required RSI > 50, this version requires the RSI to be between 55 and 80 and actively rising. This avoids "choppy" entries and overextended "blow-off tops."
Trend Strength (ADX): An integrated ADX filter ensures the market is in a strong trend (ADX > 20) before a signal is generated.
Risk Management (ATR Trailing Stop): A dynamic trailing stop-loss based on 1.5x ATR is plotted automatically to help you manage risk and lock in profits.
Real-time Dashboard: A non-intrusive table in the bottom-right corner displays live RSI and ADX values for quick reference.
█ HOW TO USE
Look for the Signal: A large green triangle appears below a bar when all trend, momentum, and volume conditions align.
Manage the Trade: Use the plotted red line as your dynamic trailing stop-loss. If the price closes below this line, the trade is considered exited, and the stop will reset.
Confirm with the Dashboard: Check the bottom-right corner to see if the market is gaining strength (ADX) or nearing exhaustion (RSI).
█ ADJUSTING SETTINGS
You can fully customize the indicator by clicking the Settings (gear icon) next to the indicator name on your chart.
Inputs Tab: Adjust the RSI thresholds, EMA lengths, or the ATR multiplier to fit your specific asset and timeframe.
Style Tab: Change the colors of the 50/200 EMA, the trailing stop-loss line, and the signal triangles to match your chart's theme.

VWAP Trend
**Overview**
The VWAP Trend indicator is a volume-weighted price analysis tool that visualizes the relationship between price and the anchored Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) over different timeframes. This script is designed to reveal when the market is trending above or below its volume-weighted equilibrium point, providing a clear framework for identifying directional bias, trend strength, and potential reversals.
By combining an anchored VWAP with exponential smoothing and a secondary trend EMA, the indicator helps traders distinguish between short-term price fluctuations and genuine volume-supported directional moves.
**Core Concept**
VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) represents the average price of an asset weighted by traded volume. It reflects where the majority of trading activity has taken place within a chosen period, serving as a critical reference level for institutions and professional traders.
This indicator extends the traditional VWAP concept by:
1. Allowing users to **anchor VWAP to different timeframes** (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
2. Applying **smoothing** to create a stable reference curve less prone to noise.
3. Overlaying a **trend EMA** to identify whether current price momentum aligns with or diverges from VWAP equilibrium.
The combination of these elements produces a visual representation of price’s relationship to its fair value across time, helping to identify accumulation and distribution phases.
**Calculation Methodology**
1. **Anchored VWAP Calculation:**
The script resets cumulative volume and cumulative volume–price data at the start of each new VWAP session (based on the selected anchor timeframe). It continuously accumulates the product of price and volume, dividing this by total volume to compute the current VWAP value.
2. **Smoothing Process:**
The raw VWAP line is smoothed using an Exponential Moving Average (EMA) of user-defined length, producing a cleaner, more stable trend curve that minimizes intraperiod noise.
3. **Trend Determination:**
An additional EMA is calculated on the closing price. By comparing the position of this EMA to the smoothed VWAP, the indicator determines the prevailing market bias:
* When the trend EMA is above the smoothed VWAP, the market is considered to be in an **uptrend**.
* When the trend EMA is below the smoothed VWAP, the market is classified as a **downtrend**.
**Visual Structure**
The indicator uses color dynamics and chart overlays to make interpretation intuitive:
* **Smoothed VWAP Line:** The main trend reference, colored blue during bullish conditions and orange during bearish conditions.
* **Price Fill Region:** The area between the smoothed VWAP and price is filled with a translucent color matching the current trend, visually representing whether price is trading above or below equilibrium.
* **Trend EMA (implicit):** Although not separately plotted, it drives the color state of the VWAP, ensuring seamless visual transitions between bullish and bearish conditions.
**Inputs and Parameters**
* **VWAP Timeframe:** Choose between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly anchoring. This determines the reset frequency for cumulative volume and price data.
* **VWAP Smoothing Length:** Defines how many periods are used to smooth the VWAP line. Shorter values produce a more reactive line; longer values create smoother, steadier signals.
* **Trend EMA Length:** Sets the period for the trend detection EMA applied to price. Adjust this to calibrate how quickly the indicator reacts to directional changes.
**Interpretation and Use Cases**
* **Trend Confirmation:** When price and the trend EMA both remain above the smoothed VWAP, the market is showing strong bullish control. Conversely, consistent price action below the VWAP suggests sustained bearish sentiment.
* **Fair Value Assessment:** VWAP serves as a dynamic equilibrium level. Price repeatedly reverting to this line indicates consolidation or fair value zones, while strong directional moves away from VWAP highlight momentum phases.
* **Institutional Benchmarking:** Because large market participants often benchmark entries and exits relative to VWAP, this indicator helps align retail analysis with institutional logic.
* **Reversal Detection:** Sudden crossovers of the trend EMA relative to the VWAP can signal potential reversals or shifts in momentum strength.
**Trading Applications**
* **Trend Following:** Use VWAP’s direction and color state to determine trade bias. Long entries are favored when the VWAP turns blue, while short entries align with orange phases.
* **Mean Reversion:** In ranging conditions, traders may look for price deviations far above or below VWAP as potential reversion opportunities.
* **Multi-Timeframe Confluence:** Combine the Daily VWAP Trend with higher anchor periods (e.g., Weekly or Monthly) to confirm larger trend structure.
* **Support and Resistance Mapping:** VWAP often acts as a strong intraday or session-level support/resistance zone. The smoothed version refines this behavior into a cleaner, more reliable reference.
**Originality and Innovation**
The VWAP Trend indicator stands apart from conventional VWAP scripts through several original features:
1. **Anchor Flexibility:** Most VWAP indicators fix the anchor to a specific session (like daily). This version allows switching between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly anchors dynamically, adapting to various trading styles and time horizons.
2. **Volume-Weighted Smoothing:** The use of an EMA smoothing layer over the raw VWAP provides enhanced stability without compromising responsiveness, delivering a more analytically consistent signal.
3. **EMA-Based Trend Comparison:** By introducing a second trend EMA, the indicator creates a comparative framework that merges volume-weighted price analysis with classical momentum tracking — a rare and powerful combination.
4. **Adaptive Visual System:** The color-shifting and shaded fill between VWAP and price are integrated into a single, lightweight structure, giving traders immediate insight into market bias without the clutter of multiple overlapping indicators.
**Advantages**
* Adaptable to any market, timeframe, or trading style.
* Provides both equilibrium (VWAP) and momentum (EMA) perspectives.
* Smooths out noise while retaining the integrity of volume-based price dynamics.
* Enhances situational awareness through intuitive color-coded visualization.
* Ideal for professional, swing, and intraday traders seeking context-driven market direction.
**Summary**
The VWAP Trend indicator is a modern enhancement of the classical VWAP methodology. By merging anchored volume-weighted analysis with smoothed trend detection and visual state feedback, it provides a comprehensive perspective on market equilibrium and directional strength. It is built for traders who seek more than static price references — offering an adaptive, volume-aware framework for identifying market trends, reversals, and fair-value zones with precision and clarity.

P/E Ratio vs Median + Bollinger Band- 📝 This indicator highlights potential buying opportunities by analyzing the Price-to-Earnings (P/E) ratio in relation to Bollinger Bands and its historical median.
- 🎯 The goal is to provide a visually intuitive signal for value-oriented entries, especially when valuation compression aligns with historical context.
- 💡 Vertical green shading is applied when the P/E ratio drops below the lower Bollinger Band, which is calculated directly from the P/E ratio itself — not price. This condition often signals the ticker may be oversold.
- 🟢 Lighter green appears when the ratio is below the lower band but above the median, suggesting a possible shorter-term entry with slightly more risk.
- 🟢 Darker green appears when the ratio is both below the lower band and below the median, pointing to a potentially stronger, longer-term value entry.
- ⚠️ This logic was tested using 1 and 2-day time frames. It may not be as helpful in longer time frames, as the financial data PulseWire pulls in begins in Q4 2017.
- ⚠️ Note: This script relies on financial data availability through PulseWire. It may not function properly with certain tickers — especially ETFs, IPOs, or thinly tracked assets — where P/S ratio data is missing or incomplete.
- ⚠️ This indicator will not guarantee successful results. Use in conjunction with other indicators and do your due diligence.
- 🤖 This script was iteratively refined with the help of AI to ensure clean logic, minimalist design, and actionable signal clarity.

Trend Trader-RemasteredThe script was originally coded in 2018 with Pine Script version 3, and it was in invite only status. It has been updated and optimised for Pine Script v5 and made completely open source.
Overview
The Trend Trader-Remastered is a refined and highly sophisticated implementation of the Parabolic SAR designed to create strategic buy and sell entry signals, alongside precision take profit and re-entry signals based on marked Bill Williams (BW) fractals. Built with a deep emphasis on clarity and accuracy, this indicator ensures that only relevant and meaningful signals are generated, eliminating any unnecessary entries or exits.
Key Features
1) Parabolic SAR-Based Entry Signals:
This indicator leverages an advanced implementation of the Parabolic SAR to create clear buy and sell position entry signals.
The Parabolic SAR detects potential trend shifts, helping traders make timely entries in trending markets.
These entries are strategically aligned to maximise trend-following opportunities and minimise whipsaw trades, providing an effective approach for trend traders.
2) Take Profit and Re-Entry Signals with BW Fractals:
The indicator goes beyond simple entry and exit signals by integrating BW Fractal-based take profit and re-entry signals.
Relevant Signal Generation: The indicator maintains strict criteria for signal relevance, ensuring that a re-entry signal is only generated if there has been a preceding take profit signal in the respective position. This prevents any misleading or premature re-entry signals.
Progressive Take Profit Signals: The script generates multiple take profit signals sequentially in alignment with prior take profit levels. For instance, in a buy position initiated at a price of 100, the first take profit might occur at 110. Any subsequent take profit signals will then occur at prices greater than 110, ensuring they are "in favour" of the original position's trajectory and previous take profits.
3) Consistent Trend-Following Structure:
This design allows the Trend Trader-Remastered to continue signaling take profit opportunities as the trend advances. The indicator only generates take profit signals in alignment with previous ones, supporting a systematic and profit-maximising strategy.
This structure helps traders maintain positions effectively, securing incremental profits as the trend progresses.
4) Customisability and Usability:
Adjustable Parameters: Users can configure key settings, including sensitivity to the Parabolic SAR and fractal identification. This allows flexibility to fine-tune the indicator according to different market conditions or trading styles.
User-Friendly Alerts: The indicator provides clear visual signals on the chart, along with optional alerts to notify traders of new buy, sell, take profit, or re-entry opportunities in real-time.

Attrition Scalper v2.0Green/Red Arrowed Buy/Sell signals are just simple buy sell signals based on SuperTrend, VWAP, Bollinger, Linear Regression
Purple Arrowed Buy/Sell Signals happen when the price/candle cross over or under the yellow outer lines (4.236 fib lines) It's extremely rare and hard for price to stay above these lines therefore we can usually and comfortably buy/sell it, a key information here though when price pumps or dumps super fast and hard to the point of crossing these borders, the trend might also be extremely strong and continous so even if the price temporarily goes back inside the borders as the lines expand over time price can continue riding or crossing these lines back again and continue the uptrend/downtrend, therefore crossing these outer borders doesn't necessarilly and always mean a reversal is due.
When analyzing the instrument you're trading the important factors for support/resistance areas are usually the outer lines like i said previously it's super hard for price to be outside these and will almost always get back inside quickly. The Middle thicker green/red line which is Variable Index Dynamic Average should also be a nice pivot line for major support and resistance . All the other lines are also important dynamic support/resistance lines.
Their Importance Order
1- Outer Yellow Line (4.236 Fibs)
2- Thicker Middle Green/Red Line (VIDYA)
3- Thinner Upper/Lower Green/Red Line (VIDYA +3, VIDYA -3)
4- The Rest Of The Lines (Fib Lines)
You can use this indicator in any market condition in any market to determine key support/resistance levels, use it for mean reversion through price expanding to outside of the most outer line therefore being overbought/oversold basically using the purple buy/sell signals or only follow the normal buy/sell signals or use it in confluence with each other. You can also use this indicator in confluence with your own manual technical analysis or other indicators/strategies you are already using and are comfortable with.
A good part is the support/resistance lines from timeframe to timeframe pictures the whole situation quite well, you can use lower timeframe to find your entry/exit positions and higher timeframe to find your key support/resistance points, they all should be somewhat in confluence from timeframe to timeframe anyways. My recommendation would be to look at 1HR, 4HR and 1D charts for swing trading and 5-15 Min for quick scalping/day trading
You should still probably at least take a look to higher timeframes so that you don't get burned when you realize there is a huge resistance line at price XXXXX on the 4 hour chart but you're expecting it to go above it on the 5 minute chart, it can go above it temporarily but we analyze everything on a closing basis so it most likely won't close above it. Again don't take a position or FOMO when price breaks a support/resistance line, we're looking for a CLOSE above/below them and a retest to see if S/R flip happened would even be better.
Sometimes the most outer line won't be the 4.236 (Yellow) lines as when it gets quite volatile the Thinner Upper/Lower Green/Red Lines (VIDYA +3, VIDYA-3) might cross them to be the most outer line, in this case i have observed that the trend is extremely strong this time price almost always doesn't go above or below the VIDYA line but can stay outside of the Yellow 4.236 Fib line for an extended amount of time (price will still get back inside the channel relatively quickly, just not as fast as the normal condition)
With Proper Risk Management and Discipline this indicator can be of great use to you as it's surprisingly successful especially at mean reversion and pointing out the support/resistance lines, they are so much more successful than your average MA/EMA lines. Indicator

## What are vector candles?
Vector Candles (inspired to add from TradersReality/MT4) are candles that are colour coded to indicate higher volumes, and likely flip points / direction changes, or confirmations.
These are based off of PVSRA (Price, Volume, Support, Resistance Analysis).
You can also override the currency that this runs off of, including multiple ones - however adding more may slow things down.
PVSRA - From MT4 source:
Situation "Climax"
Bars with volume >= 200% of the average volume of the 10 previous chart TFs, and bars
where the product of candle spread x candle volume is >= the highest for the 10 previous
chart time TFs.
Default Colours: Bull bars are green and bear bars are red.
Situation "Volume Rising Above Average"
Bars with volume >= 150% of the average volume of the 10 previous chart TFs.
Default Colours: Bull bars are blue and bear are blue-violet.
A blue or purple bar can mean the chart has reached a top or bottom.
High volume bars during a movement can indicate a big movement is coming - or a top/bottom if bulls/bears are unable to break that point - or the volume direction has flipped.
This can also just be a healthy short term movement in the opposite direction - but at times sets obvious trend shifts.
## Volume Tracking
You can shift-click any candle to get the volume of that candle (in the pair token/stock), if you click and drag - you will see the volume for that range.
## Bollinger Bands
Bollinger Bands can be enabled in the settings via the toggle.
Bollinger Bands are designed to discover opportunities that give investors a higher probability of properly identifying when an asset is oversold (bottom lines) or overbought (top lines).
>There are three lines that compose Bollinger Bands: A simple moving average (middle band) and an upper and lower band.
>The upper and lower bands are typically 2 standard deviations +/- from a 20-day simple moving average, but they can be modified.
---
Base Indicator
## What is ATR?
The average true range (ATR) is a technical analysis indicator, which measures market volatility by decomposing the entire range of an asset price for that period.
The true range indicator is taken as the greatest of the following:
- current high - the current low;
- the absolute value of the current high - the previous close;
- and the absolute value of the current low - the previous close.
The ATR is then a moving average, generally using 10/14 days, of the true ranges.
## What does this indicator do?
Uses the ATR and multipliers to help you predict price volatility, ranges and trend direction.
> The buy and sell signals are generated when the indicator starts
plotting either on top of the closing price or below the closing price. A buy signal is generated when the ‘Supertrend’ closes above the price and a sell signal is generated when it closes below the closing price.
> It also suggests that the trend is shifting from descending mode to ascending mode. Contrary to this, when a ‘Supertrend’ closes above the price, it generates a sell signal as the colour of the indicator changes into red.
> A ‘Supertrend’ indicator can be used on equities, futures or forex, or even crypto markets and also on daily, weekly and hourly charts as well, but generally, it will be less effective in a sideways-moving market.
Thanks to KivancOzbilgic who made the original SuperTrend Indicator this was based off

## Usage Notes
Two indicators will appear, the default ATR multipliers are already set for what I believe to be perfect for this particular (double indicator) strategy.
If you want to break it yourself (I couldn't find anything that tested more accurately myself), you can do so in the settings once you have added the indicator.
Basic rundown:
- A single Buy/Sell indicator in the dim colour; may be setting a direction change, or just healthy movement.
- When the brighter Buy/Sell indicator appears; it often means that a change in direction (uptrend or downtrend) is confirmed.
---
You can see here, there was a (brighter) green indicator which flipped down then up into a (brighter) red sell indicator which set the downtrend. At the end it looks like it may be starting to break the downtrend - as the price is hitting the trend line. (Would watch for whether it holds above or drops below at that point)
Another example, showing how sometimes it can still be correct but take some time to play out - with some arrow indicators.
Typically I would also look at oscillators, RSI and other things to confirm - but here it held above the trend lines nicely, so it appeared to be rather obvious.
It's worth paying attention to the trend lines and where the candles are sitting.
Once you understand/get a feel for the basics of how it works - it can become a very useful tool in your trading arsenal.
Also works for traditional markets & commodities etc in the same way / using the same ATR multipliers, however of course crypto generally has bigger moves.
---
You can use this and other indicators to confirm likeliness of a direction change prior to the brighter/confirmation one appearing - but just going by the 2nd(brighter) indicators, I have found it to be surprisingly accurate.
Tends to work well on virtually all timeframes, but personally prefer to use it on 5min,15min,1hr, 4hr, daily, weekly. Will still work for shorter/other timeframes, but may be more accurate on mid ones.
---
This will likely be updated as I go / find useful additions that don't convolute things. The base indicator may be updated with some limited / toggle-able features in future also. Indicator
