Strong Breakouts MTF | ProjectSyndicateStrong Breakouts MTF automatically identifies and power-ranks high-probability breakout opportunities by analyzing historical pivot structures. It filters for quality, calculates a 0-10 strength score for every breakout based on zone tightness, candle momentum, and proximity to the breakout level, and presents all data on the chart and in a comprehensive multi-timeframe dashboard to eliminate noise and focus on breakouts that matter.
• 🎯 Power-Ranking System (0-10) — every breakout is given a strength score based on a weighted algorithm that assesses zone structure, breakout candle characteristics, and ATR-based volatility, providing an instant quality assessment.
• 🎨 Strength-Based Color Scheme — breakout zones are colored by their power rank; stronger breakouts get darker, more prominent colors for immediate visual hierarchy.
• 🧠 Smart Pivot Structure Detection — automatically identifies the underlying pivot high/low structure that creates the breakout zone, ensuring the detected levels are based on significant market turning points.
• 📊 On-Chart Statistics — each breakout zone displays its direction (Bullish/Bearish) and its calculated strength score directly on the chart.
NQ
• 🧭 Full MTF Dashboard Display — provides a complete market overview across 7 timeframes (M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1), showing the latest breakout signal, its strength, entry/SL/TP levels, and how many bars ago it occurred on that timeframe. The dashboard is stable and consistent regardless of the chart you are viewing.
• 🔔 Comprehensive Alerts — get notified the moment a new breakout occurs, with the alert message containing the full details: strength, entry, SL, and TP levels.
• ✅ Quality Control Filters — a user-configurable minimum strength score allows you to filter out weak, low-probability breakouts and focus only on high-quality signals.
• 🔧 Fully Customizable — control everything from the breakout lookback period and ATR multipliers for SL/TP to the visibility of the dashboard and on-chart visuals.
BTCUSD
• 🎯 Why this algo is unique: Standard breakout indicators often generate excessive false signals or repaint. This algorithm uses a multi-factor scoring system to quantify the quality of a breakout in real-time. It doesn’t just show you a breakout; it tells you how strong it is. The MTF dashboard provides a complete, stable cross-timeframe perspective that is impossible to achieve with standard indicators.
• 🚀 Apply to Gold (XAUUSD), Forex, Crypto, and Indices on any timeframe. The breakout lookback and minimum score settings allow it to adapt to anything from scalping to swing trading.
USDJPY
• 🎯 How to use this? Focus on trading opportunities from high-strength breakouts rated 7/10 or higher, as these have the highest probability of a significant follow-through. Use the dashboard to quickly identify which timeframes have active signals and use the on-chart visuals to analyze the breakout structure in detail.
• ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: This indicator is designed to identify high-probability breakout opportunities. It should NOT be used as a standalone signal for entering trades. Always use it in conjunction with your own trading strategy, price action analysis, and other technical indicators to confirm trade setups and manage risk.

Intraday Levels [OmegaTools]Intraday Levels is a chart-overlay reference framework designed to map and continuously project key multi-session and multi-time-horizon price levels directly on intraday charts. The tool is built to provide a clean, configurable, and information-dense structure for traders who rely on recurring high/low reference points such as weekly extremes, daily extremes, major session ranges, and opening range levels. Its purpose is to transform these commonly used price anchors into a unified visual environment that remains readable even when multiple levels align at the same price.
The indicator tracks and displays a layered set of highs and lows from different market horizons and sessions, allowing the user to monitor confluence and relative positioning in real time. At the higher structural level, it maintains the current week high and low as well as the current day high and low. At the session level, it can track the Asian, London, and New York session ranges using predefined time windows. At the opening range level, it can additionally plot the initial 15-minute and initial 30-minute highs and lows. This combination makes the tool suitable for traders who use top-down intraday analysis and want to understand how short-term price action interacts with broader session and period-based reference zones.
A key strength of the script is its high degree of visual customization. Each level family can be enabled or disabled independently, which allows the chart to be tailored to different instruments, trading styles, and time-of-day workflows. For every group of levels, the user can choose a dedicated line style, assign separate colors for highs and lows, and define line thickness. This allows the user to create a visual hierarchy where higher-timeframe references, such as weekly and daily levels, can be emphasized more strongly, while session and opening-range levels can be displayed with lighter styling. The result is a structured display in which important levels remain easy to distinguish without overwhelming the chart.
The script is designed to project each tracked level forward by a configurable number of bars, which improves readability during active trading and allows the user to see level interactions before price reaches the current bar’s far-right edge. This forward extension is especially useful for execution planning, level-based alerts, and discretionary decision making, because the trader can visually align current price with nearby projected references without needing to inspect historical bars manually. The extension logic is applied consistently across all supported level categories, making the indicator visually coherent and predictable.
The session framework uses explicit time windows and is anchored to a defined timezone, ensuring repeatable calculations across instruments and chart settings. This is particularly important for session-based analysis, where consistency in time segmentation is essential. The script separately tracks the evolving highs and lows inside each enabled session window and then projects those levels on the chart as active references. By combining session-specific ranges with daily and weekly extremes, the indicator helps traders identify whether current price is trading near local session structure, broader period structure, or a confluence of both.
An important usability feature of this tool is its label management system for overlapping levels. In many markets, it is common for different reference levels to cluster at or near the same price, such as a daily high aligning with a session high or an opening range high. Instead of drawing multiple separate labels on top of each other, the indicator aggregates overlapping levels into a single merged label that lists all level names at that price. This significantly improves chart readability and reduces label clutter, especially on lower timeframes or during consolidation phases where level compression is frequent. The merging behavior is based on a price tolerance tied to the instrument’s tick size, which allows the script to treat near-identical levels as confluence zones rather than as visually separate labels.
The merged label system also preserves contextual information through color handling. When a merged label contains level names that share the same directional color context, the label text can retain that color. When overlapping levels use different colors, the script falls back to a neutral chart text color to maintain readability and avoid misleading emphasis. This design choice ensures that the visual output remains informative without sacrificing clarity when multiple categories of levels converge.
From a practical trading perspective, the tool is useful for several workflows. It can support intraday structure mapping by showing where price sits relative to current daily and weekly extremes. It can support session-based trading by highlighting Asian, London, and New York highs and lows that often act as liquidity pools, breakout points, or mean-reversion references. It can support opening-range strategies by displaying the initial 15-minute and 30-minute boundaries commonly used for early-session breakout and bias models. It can also support confluence analysis, where the trader is specifically looking for price zones where multiple independent references align and where reaction probability may be higher.
The indicator is particularly well suited for discretionary traders who combine price action, session structure, and liquidity-based reasoning. It is also useful for semi-systematic traders who want a stable chart overlay to standardize their pre-market and intraday execution process. Because the script keeps all major reference families inside a single tool, it can reduce the need to stack multiple indicators or manually draw and maintain horizontal levels throughout the session.
This tool is designed to be an execution-support and market-structure visualization aid rather than a standalone trading system. It does not generate directional entries or exits on its own, and it should be used in combination with broader context, risk management, and trade management rules. When integrated into a disciplined trading process, Intraday Levels provides a professional and highly configurable framework for organizing price structure, identifying confluence, and improving decision quality during intraday market analysis.

Fair Value Range Breakout [by Oberlunar]Fair Value Range Breakout by Oberlunar is a community tool built around higher-timeframe structure and HTF imbalance zones. It reconstructs and draws up to three recent candles from a user-selected HTF and optionally displays their High, Low, Open, and Close levels with configurable styles and colours, keeping HTF candles and FVG ranges readable while working on lower timeframes.
On each confirmed HTF candle close, the script scans the last three closed HTF candles to detect bullish and bearish Fair Value Gaps using either wicks or candle bodies as the reference. You can filter gaps by a minimum size in ticks, keep only the most recent zones, and extend zones to the right for ongoing interaction tracking.
Set the HTF timeframe according to your horizon, such as Daily for swing context or H4-H2 for intraday structure, then enable the HTF candle overlay and choose which OHLC levels to show for each candle. In the HTF FVG settings, pick Wicks for zones that reflect extremes or Bodies for tighter zones, and increase the minimum gap in ticks if you want fewer, cleaner zones. If you use signals, choose “Close inside” for stricter interaction requirements or “Wick touch” for earlier detection, and apply a small exit buffer in ticks when noise is high. A practical workflow is using HTF=2H on a 5m or 15m chart, monitoring price interaction with an HTF FVG zone, and treating the plotted signal as confirmation of a zone exit rather than a standalone entry system.
Attribution and derivative work notice is explicit and intentional.
The HTF candle architecture component is a derivative work based on HTF Candle Architecture by BigBeluga, and the HTF FVG engine is a derivative work based on “Fair Value Gap MTF” by Oberlunar.

ORB (x2) by jaXn# ORB (x2) Professional Suite
## 🚀 Unleash the Power of Precision Range Trading
**ORB (x2)** isn't just another breakout indicator—it is a complete **Opening Range Breakout workspace** designed for professional traders who demand flexibility, precision, and chart cleanliness.
Whether you are trading Indices, Forex, or Commodities, the Opening Range is often the most critical level of the day. This suite allows you to master these levels by tracking **two independent ranges** simultaneously, giving you a distinctive edge.
## 🔥 Why choose ORB (x2)?
Most indicators force you to choose one specific time. **ORB (x2)** breaks these limits.
### 🌎 1. Multi-Session Mastery (London & New York)
Trade the world's biggest liquidity pools. Set **ORB 1** for the **London Open** (e.g., 03:00–03:05 EST) and **ORB 2** for the **New York Open** (09:30–09:35 EST). Watch how price reacts to London levels later in the New York session.
### ⏱️ 2. Multi-Strategy Stacking (The "Fractal" Approach)
This is a game-changer for intraday setups. Instead of two different times, track **two different durations** for the *same* open.
* **Setup:** Configure **ORB 1** as the classic **5-minute range** (09:30–09:35).
* **Setup:** Configure **ORB 2** as the statistically significant **15-minute or 30-minute range** (09:30–10:00).
* **Result:** You now see immediate scalping levels *and* major trend reversals levels on the same chart, automatically.
### 🎯 3. "Plot Until" Tech: Keep Your Chart Clean
Sick of lines extending infinitely into the void?
Our exclusive **"Plot Until"** feature separates the signal from the noise. You define exactly when the trade idea invalidates.
* *Example:* Plot the 09:30 levels only until 12:00 (Lunch).
* The script intelligently cuts the lines off at your exact minute, ensuring your chart is ready for the afternoon session without morning clutter.
### ⚡ Precision Engine
We use a dedicated "Precision Timeframe" input. Even if you are viewing a 1-hour or 4-hour chart to see the big picture, ORB (x2) can fetch data from the **1-minute** timeframe to calculate the *exact* high and low of the opening range. No more "repainting" or guessing where the wick was.
## 🛠 Feature Breakdown
* **Dual Independent Engines:** Fully separate Color, Style, Time, and Cutoff settings for both ORB 1 and ORB 2.
* **Absolute Time Cutoff:** Lines obey day boundaries perfectly. A cutoff at 16:00 means 16:00, not "whenever the next bar closes".
* **Style Control:** Visually distinguish between your "Scalp" ORB (e.g., Dotted Lines) and your "Trend" ORB (e.g., Solid Thick Lines).
* **Performance Mode:** Adjustable "Lookback Days" limits history to keep your chart lightning fast.
## 💡 Configuration Examples
**The "Double Barrel" (Standard Stock + Futures)**
* *ORB 1:* `0930-0935` (5 min) - The immediate reaction.
* *ORB 2:* `0930-1000` (30 min) - The institutional trend setter.
**The "Transatlantic" (Forex/Indices)**
* *ORB 1:* `0800-0805` (London Open) - European liquidity.
* *ORB 2:* `1330-1335` (NY Open) - US liquidity injection.

Stop Loss Hunting Zones This Pine Script indicator identifies and visualizes potential "stop loss hunting zones" on charts. It marks price levels where institutional traders or market makers might trigger retail stop losses before reversing direction, helping traders avoid false breakouts and better time their entries.
Key Features:
Four Types of Detection Zones-
1.Swing Zones (Red/Green): Identifies swing highs and lows using pivot point analysis where stop losses typically cluster above resistance and below support levels.
2.Breakout Zones (Orange): Detects consolidation periods and marks levels where false breakouts might occur, trapping traders who enter too early.
3.Wick Trap Zones (Purple): Highlights candles with disproportionately large wicks relative to body size, indicating potential stop loss raids with quick reversals.
4.Volume Reversal Zones (Blue): Identifies high-volume reversal patterns where price briefly touches a level before sharply reversing, suggesting stop loss absorption.
Customizable Parameters:
Swing Lookback: Period for pivot point detection (5-100 bars)
Swing Threshold: Minimum percentage move to qualify as a swing (0.5-10%)
Volume Threshold: Multiplier for detecting unusual volume (1-5x average)
Wick Ratio: Minimum wick-to-total range ratio for trap detection (0.3-0.9)
ATR Settings: Length and multiplier for zone buffer calculation
Zone Management: Maximum zones per type and minimum distance between zones
Display Options: Toggle individual zone types, heatmap intensity, labels, and transparency
Visual Features:
Heatmap Mode: Colour intensity reflects how often price has tested each zone
Smart Zone Management: Prevents chart cluttering by limiting zones and removing those too close together
Dynamic Labels: Clear zone identification with customizable display
Adjustable Transparency: Control zone visibility (10-90%)
How It Works:
The indicator uses ATR-based buffers to create zones around detected levels. It tracks price history to calculate "intensity" scores for the heatmap feature, helping identify the most significant hunting zones. The algorithm ensures zones are meaningful by enforcing minimum distances and limiting total zones displayed.
Avoid placing stop losses at obvious levels where hunting is likely
Identify potential reversal points for counter-trend trades
Recognize false breakout patterns before they complete
Time entries after stop loss hunts are absorbed
Technical Details:
Maximum 500 boxes, lines, and labels for comprehensive zone tracking
Compatible with all timeframes
Works on any market (stocks, forex, crypto, futures)
Real-time detection as new bars confirm
This indicator is designed for traders who want to understand where institutional players might target retail stop losses and use that information to their advantage. Please boost & follow for more. Happy trading !!

Trend Break Targets [MarkitTick]Trend Break Targets
Trend Break Targets is a technical analysis tool designed to assist traders in identifying trendline breakouts and projecting potential price targets based on market geometry. Unlike fully automated indicators that guess trendlines, this tool provides you with precise control by allowing you to manually Pivot Point the trendline to specific points in time, while automating the complex math of target projection and structure mapping.
Theoretical Basis & Concepts
This indicator is grounded in classic technical analysis principles found in foundational trading literature. It automates the following methodology:
Drawing a trend line between two key points to represent dynamic support or resistance.
Identifying a breakout when the price closes above or below this line, potentially signaling a change in trend.
Calculating a price target by measuring the vertical distance between the breakout line and the last high/low (pivot), then projecting that same distance in the direction of the breakout.
This concept is based on methods and "Measured Move" theories explained in classic books such as "Technical Analysis of Stock Trends" by Edwards & Magee, "Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets" by John Murphy, and in Thomas Bulkowski's Price Pattern Studies.
How It Works
Pivot Pointed Trendline Construction The script draws a trendline between two user-defined points in time (Start Date and End Date). It calculates the slope between these points and extends the line infinitely to the right, allowing you to define the exact structure (e.g., a resistance trendline on a wedge).
Breakout Detection The script monitors the "Price Source" (High, Low, or Close) relative to the extended trendline.
A Bullish Breakout (BC) occurs when the Close crosses above a bearish trendline.
A Bearish Breakout (BC) occurs when the Close crosses below a bullish trendline.
Dynamic Target Projection (The Math) Upon a confirmed breakout, the script automatically calculates three distinct targets by identifying the most significant "Swing Point" (Pivot) prior to the breakout.
Distance (D): The vertical distance between the Trendline and the Pivot Price at the specific bar where the pivot occurred.
Target 1 (T1): The Breakout Price +/- (Distance × 1.0). This represents a classic 1:1 measured move.
Target 2 (T2): The Breakout Price +/- (Distance × 1.618). Based on the Golden Ratio extension.
Target 3 (T3): The Breakout Price +/- (Distance × 2.618).
Market Structure (CHOCH) The script includes an optional Change of Character (CHOCH) module. This runs independently of the trendline logic, identifying local Swing Highs and Swing Lows based on the "Swing Detection Length." It plots dashed lines and labels to visualize immediate shifts in market structure.
How to Use This Tool
This is an interactive tool that requires user input to define the setup.
Identify a Setup: Locate a clear trend, wedge, or flag pattern on your chart.
Set Pivot Points: Go to the Indicator Settings. Input the exact Start Date and End Date corresponding to the two main touches of your trendline.
Monitor for Breakout: The script will extend the line. Wait for a "BC" label to appear.
Trade Management: Once "BC" prints, the T1, T2, and T3 lines will instantly render. These can be used as potential take-profit zones or areas to tighten stop-losses.
Settings & Configuration
Indicator Settings
Start/End Date: The timestamp Pivot Points for your trendline.
Price Source: Determines what price (High or Low) Pivot Points the line and triggers the breakout.
Pivot Left/Right: Adjusts the sensitivity for finding the "Pivot Before Break" used for target calculations.
Extend Target Line: How far forward the target lines are drawn.
Visual Style
Colors: Fully customizable colors for the Trendline, Breakout Labels, and each Target level (T1, T2, T3).
Gold Bullish Reversal
This analysis dissects a confirmed bullish reversal on Gold using a custom Trend Break system. The setup identifies a transition from a bearish corrective phase to bullish momentum, validated by a structural break and a geometric target projection.
Trend Identification (The Pivot Points) The descending white trendline serves as the primary dynamic resistance, defining the bearish correction.
Pivot Points: The line is drawn connecting two significant swing highs, marked by Label 1 and Label 2.
Logic: These points represent the "lower highs" characteristic of the previous downtrend. As long as price remained below this trajectory, the bearish bias was intact.
The Trigger: Breakout & Confirmation The transition occurs at the candle marked BC (Breakout Candle).
Breakout Criteria: The indicator logic dictates that a signal is only valid when the bar closes above the trendline. This filters out intraday wicks and ensures genuine buyer commitment.
CHOCH Confluence: Immediately following the breakout, a CHOCH (Change of Character) label appears. This signals a shift in market structure, indicating that the internal lower-high/lower-low sequence has been violated, adding probability to the reversal.
Target Projection: The Measured Move The vertical green lines (T1, T2) represent profit objectives derived from the depth of the prior move. The logic calculates the distance between the breakout line and the lowest pivot prior to the break.
T1 (Standard Target): This is a 1:1 projection of the pre-breakout volatility. We see price action initially stalling near this level, confirming it as a zone of interest.
T2 (Golden Ratio Extension): The second target is calculated as the initial distance multiplied by 1.618 (Fibonacci Golden Ratio). The chart shows the price rallying aggressively through T1 to tap the T2 zone, often considered an exhaustion or major take-profit level in harmonic extensions.
Conclusion Gold has successfully invalidated the 4-hour bearish trendline. The confluence of a confirmed close above resistance (BC) and a structural shift (CHOCH) provided a high-probability long setup. The price has now fulfilled the T2 (1.618) extension, suggesting traders should watch for consolidation or a reaction at this key Fibonacci resistance level.
Bearish Trendline Breakdown
The image displays a Bearish Trendline Breakdown on the Gold (XAUUSD) 4-hour chart. The indicator is actually functioning in "Low" mode here (connecting swing lows to form support), which triggers the bearish logic found in the code. Here is the step-by-step breakdown:
The Setup: Pivot Points & Trendline
Visual: The Blue Labels "1" and "2" connected by a white diagonal line.
Code Logic: These are the user-defined start and end points.
Pivot Point 1 (startDate): The starting pivot of the trendline.
Pivot Point 2 (endDate): The ending pivot.
Trendline: The code draws a line between these two points and extends it to the right (extend.right). In this specific image, the line acts as a Support Trendline.
The Trigger: Break Candle (BC)
Visual: The Red Label "BC" appearing just below the white trendline.
Code Logic: This is the execution signal. The code detects a "Down Break" (dnBreak) because the Price Source was likely set to "Low" and the candle's Close was lower than the Trendline Price at that specific bar (close < currLinePrice). This confirms the support level has been breached.
The Projection: Targets (T1 & T2)
Visual: The Green Labels "T1" and "T2" with dotted horizontal lines projected downward.
Code Logic: These are profit targets based on a "Measured Move."
Pivot Calculation: The script looks back for a recent "Pivot High" (the peak before the crash) to calculate the volatility/distance (dist) between that peak and the trendline.
T1 (Conservative): The price is projected downward by 1x that distance (currLinePrice - dist).
T2 (Extended): The price is projected downward by 1.618x that distance (Golden Ratio extension).
Market Context: CHOCH
Visual: The small Red/Orange "CHOCH" labels appearing above the price action.
Code Logic: This is a secondary confirmation system running independently of the trendline. It detects a Change of Character (structural shift). The red labels indicate a "Bearish CHOCH," meaning the price broke below a significant prior swing low (last_swing_low). This supports the bearish bias of the trendline break.
Disclaimer This tool is for educational and technical analysis purposes only. Breakouts can fail (fake-outs), and past geometric patterns do not guarantee future price action. Always manage risk and use this tool in conjunction with other forms of analysis. Indicator

Trendlines with Breaks Oscillator [LuxAlgo]The Trendlines with Breaks Oscillator is an oscillator based on the Trendlines with Breaks indicator, and tracks the maximum distance on price from bullish and bearish trendline breakouts.
The oscillator features divergences and trendline breakout detection.
🔶 USAGE
This tool is based on our Trendlines with Breaks indicator, which detects bullish and bearish trendlines and highlights the breaks on the chart. Now, we bring you this tool as an oscillator.
The oscillator calculates the maximum distance between the price and the break of each trendline, for both bullish and bearish cases, then calculates the delta between both.
When the oscillator is above 0, the market is in an uptrend; when it is below 0, it is in a downtrend. An ascending slope indicates positive momentum, and a descending slope indicates negative momentum.
Trendline breaks are displayed as green and red dots on the oscillator. A green dot corresponds to a bullish break of a descending trendline, and a red dot corresponds to a bearish break of an ascending trendline.
The oscillator calculation depends on two parameters from the settings panel: short and long alpha length. These parameters are used to calculate a synthetic EMA with a variable alpha for both bullish and bearish breaks. The final result is the difference between the two averages.
As shown in the image, using the same trend detection parameters but different alphas can produce very different results. The larger the alphas, the smoother the oscillator becomes, detecting bigger trends but making it less reactive.
This tool features the same trendline detection system as the Trendlines with Breaks indicator, which is based on three main parameters: swing length, slope, and calculation method.
As we can see in the image above, the data collected for the oscillator calculation will be different when using different parameters. A larger length detects larger trends. A larger slope or a different calculation method also impacts the final result.
🔹 Signal Line
The signal line is a smoothed version of the oscillator; traders can choose the smoothing method and length used from the settings panel.
In the image, the signal line crossings are displayed as vertical lines. As we can see, the market usually corrects downward after a bearish crossing and corrects upward after a bullish crossing.
Traders can choose among 10 different smoothing methods for the signal line. In the image, we can see how different methods and lengths give different outputs.
🔹 Divergences
The tool features a divergence detector that helps traders understand the strength behind price movements. Traders can adjust the detection length from the settings panel.
As shown in the image, a bearish divergence occurs when the price prints higher highs, but the momentum on the histogram prints lower highs. A bullish divergence occurs when the price prints lower lows, but the histogram prints higher lows.
By adjusting the length of the divergence detector, traders can filter out smaller divergences, allowing the tool to only detect more significant ones.
The image above depicts divergences detected with different lengths; the larger the length, the bigger the divergences are detected.
🔶 SETTINGS
🔹 Trendlines

Candle Breakout StrategyShort description (one-liner)
Candle Breakout Strategy — identifies a user-specified candle (UTC time), draws its high/low range, then enters on breakouts with configurable stop-loss, take-profit (via Risk:Reward) and optional alerts.
Full description (ready-to-paste)
Candle Breakout Strategy
Version 1.0 — Strategy script (Pine v5)
Overview
The Candle Breakout Strategy automatically captures a single "range candle" at a user-specified UTC time, draws its high/low as a visible box and dashed level lines, and waits for a breakout. When price closes above the range high it enters a Long; when price closes below the range low it enters a Short. Stop-loss is placed at the opposite range boundary and take-profit is calculated with a user-configurable Risk:Reward multiplier. Alerts for entries can be enabled.
This strategy is intended for breakout style trading where a clearly defined intraday range is established at a fixed time. It is simple, transparent and easy to adapt to multiple symbols and timeframes.
How it works (step-by-step)
On every bar the script checks the current UTC time.
When the first bar that matches the configured Target Hour:Target Minute (UTC) appears, the script records that candle’s high and low. This defines the breakout range.
A box and dashed lines are drawn on the chart to display the range and extended to the right while the range is active.
The script then waits for price to close outside the box:
Close > Range High → Long entry
Close < Range Low → Short entry
When an entry triggers:
Stop-loss = opposite range boundary (range low for longs, range high for shorts).
Take-profit = entry ± (risk × Risk:Reward). Risk is computed as the distance between entry price and stop-loss.
After entry the range becomes inactive (waitingForBreakout = false) until the next configured target time.
Inputs / Parameters
Target Hour (UTC) — the hour (0–23) in UTC when the range candle is detected.
Target Minute — minute (0–59) of the target candle.
Risk:Reward Ratio — multiplier for computing take profit from risk (0.5–10). Example: 2 means TP = entry + 2×risk.
Enable Alerts — turn on/off entry alerts (string message sent once per bar when an entry occurs).
Show Last Box Only (internal behavior) — when enabled the previous box is deleted at the next range creation so only the most recent range is visible (default behavior in the script).
Visuals & On-chart Info
A semi-transparent blue box shows the recorded range and extends to the right while active.
Dashed horizontal lines mark the range high and low.
On-chart shapes: green triangle below bar for Long signals, red triangle above bar for Short signals.
An information table (top-right) displays:
Target Time (UTC)
Active Range (Yes / No)
Range High
Range Low
Risk:Reward
Alerts
If Enable Alerts is on, the script sends an alert with the following formats when an entry occurs:
Long alert:
🟢 LONG SIGNAL
Entry Price:
Stop Loss:
Take Profit:
Short alert:
🔴 SHORT SIGNAL
Entry Price:
Stop Loss:
Take Profit:
Use PulseWire's alert dialog to create alerts based on the script — select the script’s alert condition or use the alert() messages.
Recommended usage & tips
Timeframe: This strategy works on any timeframe but the definition of "candle at target time" depends on the chart timeframe. For intraday breakout styles, use 1m — 60m charts depending on the session you want to capture.
Target Time: Choose a time that is meaningful for the instrument (e.g., market open, economic release, session overlap). All times are handled in UTC.
Position Sizing: The script’s example uses strategy.percent_of_equity with 100% default — change default_qty_value or strategy settings to suit your risk management.
Filtering: Consider combining this breakout with trend filters (EMA, ADX, etc.) to reduce false breakouts.
Backtesting: Always backtest over a sufficiently large and recent sample. Pay attention to slippage and commission settings in PulseWire’s strategy tester.
Known behavior & limitations
The script registers the breakout on close outside the recorded range. If you prefer intrabar breakout rules (e.g., high/low breach without close), you must adjust the condition accordingly.
The recorded range is taken from a single candle at the exact configured UTC time. If there are missing bars or the chart timeframe doesn't align, the intended candle may differ — choose the target time and chart timeframe consistently.
Only a single active position is allowed at a time (the script checks strategy.position_size == 0 before entries).
Example setups
EURUSD (Forex): Target Time 07:00 UTC — captures London open range.
Nifty / Index: Target Time 09:15 UTC — captures local session open range.
Crypto: Target Time 00:00 UTC — captures daily reset candle for breakout.

Indicator

HTF Cross Breakout [CHE] HTF Cross Breakout — Detects higher timeframe close crossovers for breakout signals, anchors VWAP for trend validation, and flags continuations or traps with visual extensions for delta percent and stop levels.
Summary
This indicator spots moments when the current chart's close price crosses a higher timeframe close, marking potential breakouts only when the current bar shows directional strength. It anchors a volume-weighted average price line from the breakout point to track trend health, updating labels to show if the move continues or reverses into a trap. Extensions add a dotted line linking the breakout level to the current close with percent change display, plus a stop-loss marker at the VWAP end. Signals gain robustness from higher timeframe confirmation and anti-repainting options, reducing noise in live bars compared to simple crossover tools.
Motivation: Why this design?
Traders often face false breakouts from intrabar wiggles on lower timeframes, especially without higher timeframe alignment, leading to whipsaws in volatile sessions. This design uses higher timeframe close as a stable reference for crossover detection, combined with anchored volume weighting to gauge sustained momentum. It addresses these by enforcing bar confirmation and directional filters, providing clearer entry validation and risk points without overcomplicating the chart.
What’s different vs. standard approaches?
Reference baseline
Standard crossover indicators like moving average crosses operate solely on the chart timeframe, ignoring higher timeframe context and lacking volume anchoring.
Architecture differences
- Higher timeframe data pulls via security calls with optional repainting control for stability.
- Anchored VWAP resets at each signal, accumulating from the breakout bar only.
- Label dynamics update in real-time for continuation checks, with extensions for visual delta and stop computation.
- Event-driven line finalization prunes old elements after a set bar extension.
Practical effect
Charts show persistent lines and labels that extend live but finalize cleanly on new events, avoiding clutter. This matters for spotting trap reversals early via label color shifts, and extensions provide quick risk visuals without manual calculations, improving decision speed in trend trades.
How it works (technical)
The indicator first determines a higher timeframe based on user selection, pulling its close price securely. It checks for crossovers or crossunders of the current close against this higher close, but only triggers on confirmed bars with matching directional opens and closes. On a valid event, a horizontal line and label mark the higher close level, while a dashed VWAP line starts accumulating typical price times volume from that bar onward. During the active phase, the breakout line extends to the current bar, the label repositions and updates text based on whether the current close holds above or below the level for bulls or bears. A background tint warns if the close deviates adversely from the current VWAP. Extensions draw a vertical dotted line at the last bar between the breakout level and close, placing a midpoint label with percent difference; separately, a label at the VWAP end shows a computed stop price. Persistent variables track the active state and accumulators, resetting on new events after briefly extending old elements. Repaint risk from security calls is mitigated by confirmed bar gating or user opt-in.
Parameter Guide
Plateau Length (reserved for future, currently unused): Sets a length for potential plateau detection in extensions; default 3, minimum 1. Higher values would increase stability but are not active yet—leave at default to avoid tuning.
Line Width: Controls thickness of breakout, VWAP, and extension lines; default 2, range 1 to 5. Thicker lines improve visibility on busy charts but may obscure price action—use 1 for clean views, 3 or more for emphasis.
+Bars after next HTF event (finalize old, then delete): Extends old lines and labels by this many bars before deletion on new signals; default 20, minimum 0. Shorter extensions keep charts tidy but risk cutting visuals prematurely; longer aids review but builds clutter over time.
Evaluate label only on HTF close (prevents gray traps intrabar): When true, label updates wait for higher timeframe confirmation; default true. Enabling reduces intrabar flips for stabler signals, though it may delay feedback—disable for faster live trading at repaint cost.
Allow Repainting: Permits real-time security data without confirmation offset; default false. False ensures historical accuracy but lags live bars; true speeds updates but can repaint on HTF closes.
Timeframe Type: Chooses HTF method—Auto Timeframe (dynamic steps up), Multiplier (chart multiple), or Manual (fixed string); default Auto Timeframe. Auto adapts to chart scale for convenience; Multiplier suits custom scaling like 5 times current; Manual for precise like 1D on any chart.
Multiplier for Alternate Resolution: Scales chart timeframe when Multiplier type selected; default 5, minimum 1. Values near 1 mimic current resolution for subtle shifts; higher like 10 jumps to broader context, increasing signal rarity.
Manual Resolution: Direct timeframe string like 60 for 1H when Manual type; default 60. Match to trading horizon—shorter for swing, longer for positional—to balance frequency and reliability.
Show Extension 1: Toggles dotted line and delta percent label between breakout level and current close; default true. Disable to simplify for basic use, enable for precise momentum tracking.
Dotted Line Width: Thickness for Extension 1 line; default 2, range 1 to 5. Align with main Line Width for consistency.
Text Size: Size for delta percent label; options tiny, small, normal, large; default normal. Smaller reduces overlap on dense charts; larger aids glance reads.
Decimals for Δ%: Precision in percent change display; default 2, range 0 to 6. Fewer decimals speed reading; more suit low-volatility assets.
Positive Δ Color: Hue for upward percent changes; default lime. Choose contrasting for visibility.
Negative Δ Color: Hue for downward percent changes; default red. Pair with positive for quick polarity scan.
Dotted Line Color: Color for Extension 1 line; default gray. Neutral tones blend well; brighter for emphasis.
Background Transparency (0..100): Opacity for delta label background; default 90. Higher values fade for subtlety; lower solidifies for readability.
Show Extension 2: Toggles stop-loss label at VWAP end; default true. Turn off for entry focus only.
Stop Method: Percent from VWAP end or fixed ticks; options Percent, Ticks; default Percent. Percent scales with price levels; Ticks suits tick-based instruments.
Stop %: Distance as fraction of VWAP for Percent method; default 1.0, step 0.05, minimum 0.0. Tighter like 0.5 reduces risk but increases stops; wider like 2.0 allows breathing room.
Stop Ticks: Tick count offset for Ticks method; default 20, minimum 0. Adjust per asset volatility—fewer for tight control.
Price Decimals: Rounding for stop price text; default 4, range 0 to 10. Match syminfo.precision for clean display.
Text Size: Size for stop label; options tiny, small, normal, large; default normal. Scale to chart zoom.
Text Color: Foreground for stop text; default white. Ensure contrast with background.
Inherit VWAP Color (BG tint): Bases stop label background on VWAP hue; default true. True maintains theme; false allows custom black base.
BG Transparency (0..100): Opacity for stop label background; default 0. Zero for no tint; up to 100 for full fade.
Reading & Interpretation
Breakout lines appear green for bullish crosses or red for bearish, extending live until a new event finalizes them briefly then deletes. Labels start blank, updating to Bull Cont. or Bear Cont. in matching colors if holding the level, or gray Bull Trap/Bear Trap on reversal. VWAP dashes yellow for bulls, orange for bears, sloping with accumulated volume weight—deviations trigger faint red background warnings. Extension 1's dotted vertical shows at the last bar, with midpoint label green/red for positive/negative percent from breakout to close. Extension 2 places a left-aligned label at VWAP end with stop price and method note, tinted to VWAP for context.
Practical Workflows & Combinations
For trend following, enter long on green Bull Cont. labels above VWAP with higher highs confirmation, filtering via rising structure; short on red Bear Cont. below. Pair with volume surges or RSI above 50 for bulls to avoid traps. For exits, trail stops using the Extension 2 level, tightening on warnings or gray labels—aggressive on continuations, conservative post-trap. In multi-timeframe setups, use default Auto on 15m charts for 1H signals, scaling multiplier to 4 for daily context on hourly; test on forex/stocks where volume is reliable, avoiding low-liquidity assets.
Behavior, Constraints & Performance
Signals confirm on bar close with HTF gating when strict mode active, but live bars may update if repainting enabled—opt false for backtest fidelity, true for intraday speed. Security calls risk minor repaints on HTF closes, mitigated by confirmation offsets. Resources cap at 1000 bars back, 50 lines/labels total, with event prunes to stay under budgets—no loops, minimal arrays. Limits include VWAP lag in low-volume periods and dependency on accurate HTF data; gaps or holidays may skew anchors.
Sensible Defaults & Quick Tuning
Defaults suit 5m-1H charts on liquid assets: Auto HTF, no repaint, 1% stops. For choppy markets with excess signals, enable strict eval and bump multiplier to 10 for rarer triggers. If sluggish in trends, shorten extend bars to 10 and allow repainting for quicker visuals. On high-vol like crypto, widen stop % to 2.0 and use Ticks method; for stables like indices, tighten to 0.5% and keep Percent.
What this indicator is—and isn’t
This is a signal visualization layer for breakout confirmation and basic risk marking, best as a filter in discretionary setups. It isn’t a standalone system or predictive oracle—combine with price structure, news awareness, and sizing rules for real edges.

Pivot Trend Flow [BigBeluga]🔵 OVERVIEW
Pivot Trend Flow turns raw swing points into a clean, adaptive trend band. It averages recent pivot highs and lows to form two dynamic reference levels; when price crosses above the averaged highs, trend flips bullish and a green band is drawn; when it crosses below the averaged lows, trend flips bearish and a red band is drawn. During an uptrend the script highlights breakouts of previous pivot highs with ▲ labels, and during a downtrend it flags breakdowns of previous pivot lows with ▼ labels—making structure shifts and continuation signals obvious.
🔵 CONCEPTS
Pivot-Based Averages : Recent pivot highs/lows are collected and averaged to create smoothed upper/lower reference levels.
if not na(ph)
phArray.push(ph)
if not na(pl)
plArray.push(pl)
if phArray.size() > avgWindow
upper := phArray.avg()
phArray.shift()
if plArray.size() > avgWindow
lower := plArray.avg()
plArray.shift()
Trend State via Crosses : Close above the averaged-highs ⇒ bullish trend; close below the averaged-lows ⇒ bearish trend.
Trend Band : A colored band (green/red) is plotted and optionally filled to visualize the active regime around price.
Structure Triggers :
In bull mode the tool watches for prior pivot-high breakouts (▲).
In bear mode it watches for prior pivot-low breakdowns (▼).
🔵 FEATURES
Adaptive Trend Detection from averaged pivot highs/lows.
Clear Visuals : Green band in uptrends, red band in downtrends; optional fill for quick read.
Breakout/Breakdown Labels :
▲ marks breaks of previous pivot highs in uptrends
▼ marks breaks of previous pivot lows in downtrends
Minimal Clutter : Uses compact lines and labels that extend only on confirmation.
Customizable Colors & Fill for trend states and band styling.
🔵 HOW TO USE
Pivot Length : Sets how swing points are detected. Smaller = more reactive; larger = smoother.
Avg Window (pivots) : How many recent pivot highs/lows are averaged. Increase to stabilize the band; decrease for agility.
Read the Band :
Green band active ⇒ prioritize longs, pullback buys toward the band.
Red band active ⇒ prioritize shorts, pullback sells toward the band.
Trade the Triggers :
In bull mode, ▲ on a prior pivot-high break can confirm continuation.
In bear mode, ▼ on a prior pivot-low break can confirm continuation.
Combine with Context : Use HTF trend, S/R, or volume for confluence and to filter signals.
Fill Color Toggle : Enable/disable band fill to match your chart style.
🔵 CONCLUSION
Pivot Trend Flow converts swing structure into an actionable, low-lag trend framework. By blending averaged pivots with clean breakout/breakdown labels, it clarifies trend direction, timing, and continuation spots—ideal as a core bias tool or a confirmation layer in any trading system. Indicator

Trend Fib Zone Bounce (TFZB) [KedArc Quant]Description:
Trend Fib Zone Bounce (TFZB) trades with the latest confirmed Supply/Demand zone using a single, configurable Fib pullback (0.3/0.5/0.6). Trade only in the direction of the most recent zone and use a single, configurable fib level for pullback entries.
• Detects market structure via confirmed swing highs/lows using a rolling window.
• Draws Supply/Demand zones (bearish/bullish rectangles) from the latest MSS (CHOCH or BOS) event.
• Computes intra zone Fib guide rails and keeps them extended in real time.
• Triggers BUY only inside bullish zones and SELL only inside bearish zones when price touches the selected fib and closes back beyond it (bounce confirmation).
• Optional labels print BULL/BEAR + fib next to the triangle markers.
What it does
Finds structure using confirmed swing highs/lows (you choose the confirmation length).
Builds the latest zone (bullish = demand, bearish = supply) after a CHOCH/BOS event.
Draws intra-zone “guide rails” (Fib lines) and extends them live.
Signals only with the trend of that zone:
BUY inside a bullish zone when price tags the selected Fib and closes back above it.
SELL inside a bearish zone when price tags the selected Fib and closes back below it.
Optional labels print BULL/BEAR + Fib next to triangles for quick context
Why this is different
Most “zone + fib + signal” tools bolt together several indicators, or fire counter-trend signals because they don’t fully respect structure. TFZB is intentionally minimal:
Single bias source: the latest confirmed zone defines direction; nothing else overrides it.
Single entry rule: one Fib bounce (0.3/0.5/0.6 selectable) inside that zone—no counter-trend trades by design.
Clean visuals: you can show only the most recent zone, clamp overlap, and keep just the rails that matter.
Deterministic & transparent: every plot/label comes from the code you see—no external series or hidden smoothing
How it helps traders
Cuts decision noise: you always know the bias and the only entry that matters right now.
Forces discipline: if price isn’t inside the active zone, you don’t trade.
Adapts to volatility: pick 0.3 in strong trends, 0.5 as the default, 0.6 in chop.
Non-repainting zones: swings are confirmed after Structure Length bars, then used to build zones that extend forward (they don’t “teleport” later)
How it works (details)
*Structure confirmation
A swing high/low is only confirmed after Structure Length bars have elapsed; the dot is plotted back on the original bar using offset. Expect a confirmation delay of about Structure Length × timeframe.
*Zone creation
After a CHOCH/BOS (momentum shift / break of prior swing), TFZB draws the new Supply/Demand zone from the swing anchors and sets it active.
*Fib guide rails
Inside the active zone TFZB projects up to five Fib lines (defaults: 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7) and extends them as time passes.
*Entry logic (with-trend only)
BUY: bar’s low ≤ fib and close > fib inside a bullish zone.
SELL: bar’s high ≥ fib and close < fib inside a bearish zone.
*Optionally restrict to one signal per zone to avoid over-trading.
(Optional) Aggressive confirm-bar entry
When do the swing dots print?
* The code confirms a swing only after `structureLen` bars have elapsed since that candidate high/low.
* On a 5-min chart with `structureLen = 10`, that’s about 50 minutes later.
* When the swing confirms, the script plots the dot back on the original bar (via `offset = -structureLen`). So you *see* the dot on the old bar, but it only appears on the chart once the confirming bar arrives.
> Practical takeaway: expect swing markers to appear roughly `structureLen × timeframe` later. Zones and signals are built from those confirmed swings.
Best timeframe for this Indicator
Use the timeframe that matches your holding period and the noise level of the instrument:
* Intraday :
* 5m or 15m are the sweet spots.
* Suggested `structureLen`:
* 5m: 10–14 (confirmation delay \~50–70 min)
* 15m: 8–10 (confirmation delay \~2–2.5 hours)
* Keep Entry Fib at 0.5 to start; try 0.3 in strong trends, 0.6 in chop.
* Tip: avoid the first 10–15 minutes after the open; let the initial volatility set the early structure.
* Swing/overnight:
* 1h or 4h.
* `structureLen`:
* 1h: 6–10 (6–10 hours confirmation)
* 4h: 5–8 (20–32 hours confirmation)
* 1m scalping: not recommended here—the confirmation lag relative to the noise makes zones less reliable.
Inputs (all groups)
Structure
• Show Swing Points (structureTog)
o Plots small dots on the bar where a swing point is confirmed (offset back by Structure Length).
• Structure Length (structureLen)
o Lookback used to confirm swing highs/lows and determine local structure. Higher = fewer, stronger swings; lower = more reactive.
Zones
• Show Last (zoneDispNum)
o Maximum number of zones kept on the chart when Display All Zones is off.
• Display All Zones (dispAll)
o If on, ignores Show Last and keeps all zones/levels.
• Zone Display (zoneFilter): Bullish Only / Bearish Only / Both
o Filters which zone types are drawn and eligible for signals.
• Clean Up Level Overlap (noOverlap)
o Prevents fib lines from overlapping when a new zone starts near the previous one (clamps line start/end times for readability).
Fib Levels
Each row controls whether a fib is drawn and how it looks:
• Toggle (f1Tog…f5Tog): Show/hide a given fib line.
• Level (f1Lvl…f5Lvl): Numeric ratio in . Defaults active: 0.3, 0.5, 0.7 (0 and 1 off by default).
• Line Style (f1Style…f5Style): Solid / Dashed / Dotted.
• Bull/Bear Colors (f#BullColor, f#BearColor): Per-fib color in bullish vs bearish zones.
Style
• Structure Color: Dot color for confirmed swing points.
• Bullish Zone Color / Bearish Zone Color: Rectangle fills (transparent by default).
Signals
• Entry Fib for Signals (entryFibSel): Choose 0.3, 0.5 (default), or 0.6 as the trigger line.
• Show Buy/Sell Signals (showSignals): Toggles triangle markers on/off.
• One Signal Per Zone (oneSignalPerZone): If on, suppresses additional entries within the same zone after the first trigger.
• Show Signal Text Labels (Bull/Bear + Fib) (showSignalLabels): Adds a small label next to each triangle showing zone bias and the fib used (e.g., BULL 0.5 or BEAR 0.3).
How TFZB decides signals
With trend only:
• BUY
1. Latest active zone is bullish.
2. Current bar’s close is inside the zone (between top and bottom).
3. The bar’s low ≤ selected fib and it closes > selected fib (bounce).
• SELL
1. Latest active zone is bearish.
2. Current bar’s close is inside the zone.
3. The bar’s high ≥ selected fib and it closes < selected fib.
Markers & labels
• BUY: triangle up below the bar; optional label “BULL 0.x” above it.
• SELL: triangle down above the bar; optional label “BEAR 0.x” below it.
Right-Panel Swing Log (Table)
What it is
A compact, auto-updating log of the most recent Swing High/Low events, printed in the top-right of the chart.
It helps you see when a pivot formed, when it was confirmed, and at what price—so you know the earliest bar a zone-based signal could have appeared.
Columns
Type – Swing High or Swing Low.
Date – Calendar date of the swing bar (follows the chart’s timezone).
Swing @ – Time of the original swing bar (where the dot is drawn).
Confirm @ – Time of the bar that confirmed that swing (≈ Structure Length × timeframe after the swing). This is also the earliest moment a new zone/entry can be considered.
Price – The swing price (high for SH, low for SL).
Why it’s useful
Clarity on repaint/confirmation: shows the natural delay between a swing forming and being usable—no guessing.
Planning & journaling: quick reference of today’s pivots and prices for notes/backtesting.
Scanning intraday: glance to see if you already have a confirmed zone (and therefore valid fib-bounce entries), or if you’re still waiting.
Context for signals: if a fib-bounce triangle appears before the time listed in Confirm @, it’s not a valid trade (you were too early).
Settings (Inputs → Logging)
Log swing times / Show table – turn the table on/off.
Rows to keep – how many recent entries to display.
Show labels on swing bar – optional tags on the chart (“Swing High 11:45”, “Confirm SH 14:15”) that match the table.
Recommended defaults
• Structure Length: 10–20 for intraday; 20–40 for swing.
• Entry Fib for Signals: 0.5 to start; try 0.3 in stronger trends and 0.6 in choppier markets.
• One Signal Per Zone: ON (prevents over trading).
• Zone Display: Both.
• Fib Lines: Keep 0.3/0.5/0.7 on; turn on 0 and 1 only if you need anchors.
Alerts
Two alert conditions are available:
• BUY signal – fires when a with trend bullish bounce at the selected fib occurs inside a bullish zone.
• SELL signal – fires when a with trend bearish bounce at the selected fib occurs inside a bearish zone.
Create alerts from the chart’s Alerts panel and select the desired condition. Use Once Per Bar Close to avoid intrabar flicker.
Notes & tips
• Swing dots are confirmed only after Structure Length bars, so they plot back in time; zones built from these confirmed swings do not repaint (though they extend as new bars form).
• If you don’t see a BUY where you expect one, check: (1) Is the active zone bullish? (2) Did the candle’s low actually pierce the selected fib and close above it? (3) Is One Signal Per Zone suppressing a second entry?
• You can hide visual clutter by reducing Show Last to 1–3 while keeping Display All Zones off.
Glossary
• CHOCH (Change of Character): A shift where price breaks beyond the last opposite swing while local momentum flips.
• BOS (Break of Structure): A cleaner break beyond the prior swing level in the current momentum direction.
• MSS: Either CHOCH or BOS – any event that spawns a new zone.
Extension ideas (optional)
• Add fib extensions (1.272 / 1.618) for target lines.
• Zone quality score using ATR normalization to filter weak impulses.
• HTF filter to only accept zones aligned with a higher timeframe trend.

Stacey Burke Signal Day LTE“Previously published as ‘Day Zero Fakeout Detector MTF’”
Stacey Burke Signal Day LTE
Automatic detection of Day Zero, Inside Days, and Outside Days for Stacey Burke’s intraday playbook
🔎 Stacey Burke’s Signal Days
This indicator highlights the key daily patterns that often lead to high-probability intraday setups in Stacey Burke’s methodology:
1️⃣ Day Zero
The reset days within a 3-day cycle (e.g. breakout → continuation → exhaustion/reversal).
Can mark the beginning of a new directional phase.
Trades back inside the prior range after a Peak Formation High (PFH) or Peak Formation Low (PFL).
Bias: Look for measured parabolic session moves. When combined with trend following indicators, these signal days can be very powerful.
2️⃣ Inside Day
A day where the entire range is contained within the prior day’s range.
Signals consolidation and energy build-up.
Often leads to explosive breakouts in the next session.
Bias: Trade breakouts of the inside day’s high/low or breakout reversal in the session at key timings in the direction of higher timeframe bias. When combined with trend following indicators, these signal days can be very powerful.
3️⃣ Outside Day (Engulfing Day)
`
A day where the range is larger than the prior day’s range, engulfing both high and low.
Marks trapped traders and fakeouts on both sides.
Often precedes strong continuations or sharp reversals from outside of the ranges.
Bias: Align trades with the true continuation move. When combined with trend following indicators, these signal days can be very powerful.
📌 How They Work Together
Day Zero → Signals the new cycle after PFH/PFL.
Inside Day → Signals compression → expect breakout setups.
Outside Day → Signals exhaustion/fakeouts → expect reversals or continuations.
Together, they give traders a clear daily roadmap for where liquidity sits and when to expect the highest-probability setups.
✅ Example in Practice
Market rallies for 3 days → PFH forms → Day Zero short bias.
Next day prints an Inside Day → watch for breakout continuation short, and breakout reversals.
Later, an Outside Day traps both longs and shorts → the following session offers a clean intraday reversal or continuation trade in line with the underlying MTF trend/bias.
⚙️ Features of This Indicator
