Confirmation markers add a timing layer on top of the regime reading: a red triangle prints when MEI is in the euphoria zone AND monthly RSI shows a bearish divergence (higher price, lower momentum). All rolling windows are computed at native monthly/quarterly/weekly resolution, so the math is correct on any chart timeframe. Missing history (VIX pre-1990, claims pre-1967, curve pre-1976 falls back to 10Y minus Fed Funds) is handled by dynamic weight renormalization — the composite extends back decades using whatever components exist, and the table shows how much weight is live at any point.
LIMITATIONS — READ BEFORE USING
Economic data publishes with a lag and gets revised, so real-time signals arrive later than a historical replay suggests. This framework targets recession-driven cycles: it structurally cannot anticipate exogenous shocks (2020) and only partially captures rate-shock bears (2022). The 2022–24 curve inversion that resolved without a recession is a live example of a component false positive — which is why no single component, including the curve, should be read in isolation. Bounce DurationOverview
Bounce Duration measures and visualizes the bar count of price bounces within a bearish cycle, from a confirmed swing low to its highest swing high before the next lower low. Each completed bounce is drawn as a labeled box, making it immediately obvious when the current bounce is behaving differently from historical ones.
Most bounce-analysis tools focus on price magnitude (how far a rally retraced). This indicator focuses on time , a dimension that is equally important but rarely visualized directly. An unusually long bounce duration is often a meaningful signal that market structure is changing.
How It Works
Swing highs and lows are identified using confirmed pivots. A bounce is measured from a post-ATH swing low to the highest swing high before the next lower low. The cycle resets on a new all-time high, ensuring only post-peak corrective bounces are measured. A live box tracks the current in-progress bounce in real time for direct comparison against history.
Two safeguards prevent false signals:
Bounces that reach a new ATH are excluded automatically
Only swing lows occurring on or after the ATH reset bar are accepted as valid starting points

How to Use It

Example: On Bitcoin's daily chart, the current bounce from the 2026 lows, measured on closing prices, is already longer in duration than every prior bounce in the post-ATH correction of prior cycles. This temporal outlier supports the case for a durable bottom forming rather than just another bear market bounce.
The indicator works on any timeframe and any instrument with clear corrective cycles. Adjust Pivot Length to match your timeframe, lower values for intraday and higher for weekly or monthly analysis.

This indicator uses India VIX (or any VIX-class index) to plot statistically derived expected move levels for the current trading day directly on your price chart. It draws six price levels — at 1×, 1.5×, and 2× standard deviations above and below the prior session's close — with colour-coded fills between each band.
The Rule of 16 — explained:
VIX is quoted as an annualized implied volatility, expressed as a percentage. To translate that annual figure into a single day's expected price range, we divide by the square root of the number of trading days in a year:
Daily Expected Move (%) = VIX ÷ √252 ≈ VIX ÷ 16
√252 ≈ 15.87, which practitioners conventionally round to 16 — hence the name.
Worked example:
If INDIAVIX closes at 14.40:
Daily Move = 14.40 ÷ 16 = 0.90%
On a Nifty level of 22,000, that is ±198 points for the 1σ (sigma) band.
Statistical interpretation of the bands-
The Rule of 16 assumes log-normal returns and uses a one standard deviation (1σ) framework:

Important caveat: These are probabilistic ranges derived from implied volatility, not guarantees. VIX measures the market's expectation of future volatility, not its certainty. On high-VIX days, ranges will be wide; on low-VIX days, they will be narrow.
How to identify potential Tops and Bottoms:
The bands are not just risk levels — they are mean-reversion anchors. Here is how experienced traders use them:
🔴 Potential Top signals-
Price tags or exceeds the 1× upper level (solid red line) on the first push of the day — especially in the opening hour. A clean touch with a rejection candle (spinning top, doji, shooting star) at this level is a high-probability fade setup.
Price reaches the 1.5× upper level intraday. Statistically, this is an outlier move. Look for volume exhaustion, a lower-high on a smaller timeframe, or a bearish divergence on RSI/MACD to confirm a reversal.
Price closes above the 2× upper level. This is a rare ~5% event. It signals either a genuine breakout (news-driven) or an extreme overextension due for a sharp snapback the following session.
🟢 Potential Bottom signals-
Price dips to the 1× lower level (solid green line) and holds — particularly if the broader market trend is up. A bullish engulfing or hammer candle at this level, especially on above-average volume, is a classic intraday reversal signal.
Price hits the 1.5× lower level with declining sell-side momentum. Watch for positive divergence on shorter timeframes or a sudden spike in buying volume as confirmation.
Price closes below the 2× lower level. Similar to the upper equivalent — either a true breakdown or an exhaustion move. Gap-up opens the following session from this zone are historically common.
Mid-line (dotted yellow — prior close)-
The prior session's close acts as the neutral axis. Price hovering above it indicates relative strength; price gravitating below it indicates weakness. Failed attempts to reclaim the mid-line after a breakdown are bearish; decisive reclaims are bullish.

Each bar is interpreted as a node, and nodes are connected if they can “see” each other without intermediate bars blocking the line of sight. This is based on the Natural Visibility Graph concept introduced in complex network theory, where geometric visibility rules convert a time series into a graph.
In practical trading terms, NVG measures how structurally important a bar is by counting how many past bars remain visible from it. Bars with high visibility act like pivots that dominate their local environment because they are not easily obstructed by surrounding price action. The script computes this visibility for highs and lows separately, then flags exceptional nodes as hubs using a dynamic, volatility aware thresholding process.
The output is a chart overlay that highlights structural peaks and valleys with neon hub markers, draws a horizon style connection to the furthest visible bar, and optionally provides alerts when new hubs appear. It also colors bars according to hub status so structural events stand out instantly.

1) Natural Visibility Graph Degree for Highs and Lows
The indicator calculates an in degree style connectivity score for each bar. Degree represents how many past bars are visible from the current bar under the NVG rule. Highs and lows are handled independently:
High graph measures visibility between swing peaks
Low graph measures visibility between swing valleys using an inverted obstruction rule
This separation helps detect both resistance like peaks and support like valleys without blending them into a single metric.
2) Lookback Controlled Structural Sensitivity
Visibility is computed only within a user selected lookback window. Larger values build stronger structural context and produce more selective hubs, but increase computation. Smaller values react faster but focus on local structure.
Visibility Lookback directly controls how far the algorithm searches for visible connections.
3) Dynamic Hub Detection with Adaptive Max Degree
Instead of using a fixed degree threshold, the script maintains a rolling maximum degree for highs and lows and applies a percentile style threshold. A slow decay mechanism reduces the max gradually over time so the reference level adapts when market structure changes.

4) Hub Threshold Percentile Control
Hub Threshold defines how strict hub detection is. It is applied as a fraction of the current rolling maximum degree:

How Dip Hunter thinks
It defines a recent swing reference, measures how far price has dipped off that high, and only looks at candidates that meet your minimum percentage drop.
It confirms the dip with real activity by requiring a volume spike and a volatility spike.
It checks structure with two EMAs. Price should be weak in the short term while the larger context remains constructive.
It optionally requires a higher-timeframe trend to be up so you focus on pullbacks in trending markets.
It bundles those checks into a score and shows you the score on the candles and on a gradient meter.

Dip Hunter Settings
• Vol Lookback and Vol Spike : The script computes an average volume over the lookback window and flags a spike when current volume is a multiple of that average. A multiplier of 2.0 means today’s volume must be at least double the average. This helps filter noise and focuses on dips that other traders actually traded.
• Fast EMA and Slow EMA : Short-term and medium-term structure references. A dip is more credible if price closes below the fast EMA while the fast EMA is still below the slow EMA during the pullback. That is classic corrective behavior inside a larger trend.
• Price Smooth : Optional smoothing length for price-derived series. Use this if you trade very noisy assets or low timeframes.
• Volatility Len and Vol Spike (volatility) : The script checks both standard deviation and true range against their own averages. If either expands beyond your multiplier the market confirms the move with range.
• Dip % and Lookback Bars : The engine finds the highest high over the lookback window, then computes the percentage drawdown from that high to the current close. Only dips larger than your threshold qualify.
Trend Filter
• Enable Trend Filter : When on, Dip Hunter will only trigger if the market is in an uptrend.
• Trend EMA Period : The longer EMA that defines the session’s backbone trend.
• Minimum Trend Strength : A small positive slope requirement. In practice this means the trend EMA should be rising, and price should be above it. You can raise the value to be more selective.
Entries
• Show Entry Lines : Draws a horizontal guide from the signal bar for a fixed number of bars. Great for limit orders, scaling, or re-tests.
• Line Length (bars) : How far the entry guide extends.
• Min Gap (bars) : Suppresses new entry lines if another dip fired recently. Prevents clutter during choppy sequences.

Core calculations explained simply
Recent high and dip percent
The script finds the highest high over Lookback Bars , calls it “recent high,” then calculates:
dip% = (recent_high − close) ÷ recent_high × 100.
If dip% is larger than Dip % , condition one passes.
Volume confirmation
It computes a simple moving average of volume over Vol Lookback . If current volume ÷ average volume > Vol Spike , we have a participation spike. It also checks 5-bar ROC of volume. If ROC > 50 the spike is forceful. This gets an extra score point.
Volatility confirmation
Two independent checks:
• Standard deviation of closes vs its own average.
• True range vs ATR.
If either expands beyond Vol Spike (volatility) the move has range. This prevents false triggers from quiet drifts.
Short-term structure
Price should close below the Fast EMA and the fast EMA should be below the Slow EMA at the moment of the dip. That is the anatomy of a pullback rather than a full breakdown.
Macro trend context (optional)
When Enable Trend Filter is on, the Trend EMA must be rising and price must be above it. The logic prefers “micro weakness inside macro strength” which is the highest probability pattern for buying dips.
Signal formation
A valid dip requires:
• dip% > threshold
• volume spike true
• volatility spike true
• close below fast EMA
• fast EMA below slow EMA
If the trend filter is enabled, a rising trend EMA with price above it is also required. When all true, the triangle prints, the background tints, and optional entry lines are drawn.
Scoring and visuals
Binary checks into a continuous score
Each component contributes to a score between 0 and 1. The script then rescales to a centered range (−50 to +50).
• Low or negative scores imply “overheated” conditions and are shaded toward red.
• High positive scores imply “ripe for a dip buy” conditions and are shaded toward green.
• The gradient meter repeats the same logic, with a pointer so you can read the state quickly.
Bar coloring
If you enable “Color Bars by Score,” each candle inherits the gradient. This makes sequences obvious. Red clusters warn you not to buy. White means neutral. Increasing green suggests the pullback is maturing.
EMAs and the trend EMA
• Fast EMA turns down relative to the slow EMA inside the pullback.
• Trend EMA stays rising and above price once the dip exhausts, which is your cue to focus on long setups rather than bottom fishing in downtrends.
Entry lines
When a fresh signal fires and no other signal happened within Min Gap (bars) , the indicator draws a horizontal level for Line Length bars. Use these lines for limit entries at the low, at the close, or at the defined dip-percent level. This keeps your plan consistent across instruments.
Alerts and what they mean
• Market Overheated : Score is deeply negative. Do not chase. Wait for green.
• Close To A Dip : Score has reached a healthy level but the full signal did not trigger yet. Prepare orders.
• Dip Confirmed : First bar of a fresh validated dip. This is the most direct entry alert.
• Dip Active : The dip condition remains valid. You can scale in on re-tests.
• Dip Fading : Score crosses below 0.5 from above. Momentum of the setup is fading. Tighten stops or take partials.
• Trend Blocked Signal : All dip conditions passed but the trend filter is offside. Either reduce risk or skip, depending on your plan.
How to trade with Dip Hunter

Lower Dip % and Lookback Bars so you catch shallow flags.
Keep Vol Spike meaningful so you only trade when participation appears.
Take quick partials when price reclaims the fast EMA, then exit on Dip Fading if momentum stalls.
Counter-trend probes
Disable the trend filter if you intentionally hunt reflex bounces in downtrends.
Require strong volume and volatility confirmation.
Use smaller size and faster targets. The meter should move quickly from red toward white and then green. If it does not, step aside.

Reading the chart at a glance
• Green triangle below the bar: a validated dip.
• Light green background: the current bar meets the full condition.
• Bar gradient: red is overheated, white is neutral, green is dip-friendly.
• EMAs: fast below slow during the pullback, then reclaim fast EMA on the bounce for quality continuation.
• Trend EMA: a rising spine when the filter is on.
• Entry line: a fixed level to anchor orders and risk.
• Meter pointer: right side toward “Dip” means conditions are maturing.
Why this combination reduces false positives
Any single criterion will trigger too often. Dip Hunter demands a dip off a recent high plus a volume surge plus a volatility expansion plus corrective EMA structure. Optional trend alignment pushes odds further in your favor. The score and meter visualize how many of these boxes you are actually ticking, which is more reliable than a binary dot.
Limitations and practical tips
• Thin or illiquid symbols can spoof volume spikes. Use larger Vol Lookback or raise Vol Spike .
• Sideways markets will show frequent small dips. Increase Dip % or keep the trend filter on.
• News candles can blow through entry lines. Widen stops or skip around known events.
• If you see many back-to-back triangles, raise Min Gap to keep only the best setups.

I would like to introduce a very simple strategy to buy lows and sell with minimal profit
This strategy works very well in the markets when there is no clear trend and in other words, the trend going sideways
this strategy works very well for stable financial markets like spx500, nasdaq100 and dow jones 30
two indicators were used to determine the best time to enter the market:
volume + rsi values
volume is usually the number of stocks or contracts traded over a certain period of time. Thus, it is an important indicator of market activity and liquidity. Each transaction constitutes an individual exchange between the buyer and the seller and constitutes the trading volume of a given instrument or asset.
The RSI measures the strength of uptrends versus downtrends. The signal is the entry or exit of the indicator value of the oversold or overbought level of the market. It is assumed that a value below or equal 30 indicates an oversold level of the market, and an RSI value above or equal 70 indicates an overbought level.
the strategy uses a maximum of 5 market entries after each candle that meets the condition
uses 5 target point levels to close the position:
tp1= 0.4%
tp2= 0.6%
tp3= 0.8%
tp4= 1.0%
tp5= 1.2%
after reaching a given profit value, a piece of the position is cut off gradually, where tp5 closes 100% of the remaining position
each time you enter a position, a stop loss of 5.0% is set, which is quite a high value, however, when buying each, sometimes very active downward price movement, you need a lot of space for market decisions in which direction it wants to go
to determine the level of stop loss and target point I used a piece of code by RafaelZioni , here is the script from which a piece of code was taken
this strategy is used for automation, however, I would recommend brokers that have the lowest commission values when opening and closing positions, because the strategy generates very high commission costs

Swing BoxesHey, folks!
Sorry for not posting anything for such a long time. Don't have enough ideas and resources to get inspiration, so trying to brainstorm good stuff in my free time from university studies.
But despite my absence more I now have 300+ people subscribed to me! Thanks, guys, for keeping interest for my work, as I still do value each boost on my script, for real :)
So here is new script , enjoy!
Swing Boxes is pretty simple indicator, which plots signals with "boxes", that help you determine price targets.
What is the idea behind?
I wanted to make indicator, that could help me make swing trades with nice accuracy (as all we want, lol), and for signal criteria I decided to use highs and lows of the price . Then I started coding some ideas to see which of them could be worthy. And, actually, Swing Boxes appeared to be good. But the thing is, that I didn't intend to build them, they appeared as an anomaly from my code :)
I started to explore this anomaly (it looked super cool, but was repainting hard) to fix it and I succeeded, now Swng Boxes don't repaint.
The main idea is that when price goes above it's highest value of p-bars back or below it's lowest value p-bars back, then there is a some god probability, that price will continue to follow current direction.
And the things about Swing Boxes is that when there is a good trend movement, the boxes become super small to track price movement and when price breaks out in the counter-trend direction, then you will be able to almost perfectly catch a top or a bottom! But most of the signals won't be so high-quality, so don't think that is this some holy grail to trade swing-trading, because it is not.
Signal logic
Quick hint:
- epsilon(variable e ) = ATR * ATR_Factor . It is used to determine box's sensitivity to price changes.
If previous close is higher than variable, which contains previous HIGHEST value (variable h in the code), then update the this variable by taking up-to-date highest value and add epsilon( e ) to it;
If previous close is lower than variable, which contains previous LOWEST value (variable l in the code), then update the this variable by taking up-to-date lowest value and substract epsilon( e ) from it.
Variables decribed above ( h and l ) are box's top and bottom respectively, so if price cross them, it is logical to update it is value.
Settings and what is what
Swing Box Period - numbers fo bars in the past to find highest and lowest price from. The bigger the input, the bigger the boxes will be;
ATR Period;
ATR Factor - multiplier for ATR, determines sensitivity for price changes. The bigger this input, the more accurate signals will be, but less the probability that the signal will be on the top or a bottom.
Show Boxes? - when chosen, plots box's top and bottom. Used to determine price targets.
Show Baseline? - when chosen, plot's baseline, which midline between box's top and bottom.
How to use?
This indicator plots green and red triangles by default.
- Green triangle --> Buy ;
- Red triangle --> Sell ;
As I've said before, many signals from indicator will probably be garbage, so you need to tune settings for youself, so it could satisfy you .
You can enable showing boxes to see box's top and bottom. Box's bottom --> your entry, top --> your profit target.
If you find a way to sort bad signals, you will be able to trade with super cool RR, because the signal from Swing Boxes appear to be a good one, there is almost 95% probability, that price will not even come close to your stop loss, so you can trade with super small stop-losses! Smaller stop-loss --> smaller risk --> smaller loss --> bigger profit, it is that easy.
Also you can enable baseline to use at as your 1st TP, and box's top/bottom as 2nd TP, closing 25% on TP1 and the rest on TP2 (but that is just mine recommendation, you can use different RM (risk-management), if you want).
Also you can use baseline as your S/R (Support/Resistance) line, test it out on your charts.
And please, hear me out: as all other indicators out here on the PulseWire, Swing Boxes ARE NOT meant to be traded in solo! Many bad signal can go in a row, so PLEASE find your way to filter out bad signals with other indicators.
You can see here the example of a garabge-class signal in a row, so be don't be deluded!
I do hope that somebody will suggest and idea to improve this thing, as I personally don't have enough time to think about it because of my university studies, but I will probably try it make this thing better throughout the time.

Williams Vix Fix Bottoms and TopsThis indicator uses the very popular Williams Vix Fix for Bottoms by Chris Moody but not only does it search for bottoms, it can also be switch to work for tops for those who look to short the market. I've also added in a few options like flipping the indicator, color adjustments on the settings page, as well as cut a few of the options I feel did not need to be in which cluttered the screen when the settings were opened. In his later revisions of the Williams Vix Fix, CM took out the functions which draw the high/low ranges as well as the standard deviation which is what this indicator uses to show entry points. I have added options back on to draw these, I think it's useful. To be honest, I have not messed around with the number settings much so I am not sure how adjusting the look back range or going for smaller / bigger percentage changes would change how well the indicator works. It seems to work very well at its default settings.
With the Bollinger Band deviation, you have to remember that it looks back at the set amount of candles (20 by default) and uses those for the standard deviation: 1 dev = 68%, 2 dev = 95%, 3 dev = 99.7%
These percentages mean that at 2 dev, 95% of the last 20 candles will remain within the boundaries of the Bollinger Bands. Three tends to be too high, one is usually too low. Two is pretty good.
The lowest percentile option probably won't change much other than bring up the bottom line which doesn't effect the alerts or signals, just something to observe.
The highest percentile option makes a difference similar to the stand deviation and Bollinger Band. The higher you put it, the less likely it will get triggered but the more reliant it of a signal it should be.
As always, I have left notes throughout the code and I did leave in the code that was original but commented it out as I don't believe it's worth having.
I like to have the high/lows drawn, as well as the standard deviation. Then I find that the filtered entries are most accurate signals to follow. Simple entry is hit or miss, Aggressive entry is always early but sometimes that's not a great thing. Indicator
