EMA Stack

EMA Stack Six Customizable Moving Averages

--------------------DESCRIPTION-----------------

EMA Stack draws up to six exponential moving averages on one chart
Every slot has its own on and off switch its own length its own color and its own line width
Nothing is locked so you can build whatever set you trade

-------------------WHAT YOU GET----------------

Six independent EMA slots
The defaults are 9 ,21, 50, 100, 200 with a spare sixth slot set to 20 that starts switched off
Change any length to whatever you want and pick a color from the swatch beside it
Each row in the settings is one clean line so you are not hunting through a long menu

A timeframe override
Leave it blank and every EMA runs on the chart timeframe
Set it higher and you can watch where the daily 200 sits while you trade a five minute chart
It uses lookahead off so nothing repaints from future data

Price tags on the right edge
Each active EMA prints its length and its current value in its own color
The tag background matches the chart background so the text stays readable over candles
Move the tags further right or switch them off entirely

A ribbon fill between the first two slots
Turn it on and the band between EMA 1 and EMA 2 shades one color while the fast one is above and another color once it drops below
It is a quick read on trend direction without checking line order

An offset control
Shift every line forward or back if you like your averages displaced

------------------HOW TO SET IT UP---------------------

Pick your source at the top
Close is the default and works for almost everything

Set the lengths you actually trade
A common trend set is 9 and 21 and 50 and 100 and 200
Scalpers often prefer 8 and 13 and 21 and 34 and 55
Turn off any slot you do not need and the line disappears from the chart and from the tags

Set widths so the slower averages read heavier than the faster ones
The 200 defaults to a thicker line for that reason

-------------------ALERTS---------------------

EMA 1 crossing above EMA 2
EMA 1 crossing below EMA 2
Price crossing above EMA 5
Price crossing below EMA 5

--------------------NOTES----------------------

The ribbon fill is wired to slots 1 and 2 because Pine requires fills to point at fixed plots so it cannot follow a dropdown

When the timeframe override sits above your chart timeframe the lines will look like stairs
That is normal because each higher timeframe bar carries one value

Moving averages lag by design and this one is no exception
Treat the lines as context rather than as signals on their own
