WHAT IT DOES
Most prop firms (FundedNext, Apex, FundingPips and others) require that no single trading day contributes more than a fixed share (commonly 30-40%) of your total profit. This indicator tracks, in real time:
- Today's P&L share of your total profit, measured against your firm's cap
- Room left today: the exact dollar amount you can still make today before breaching
- Live open-position P&L: enter your position side, entry and size, and the tracker updates tick by tick - your consistency status moves WITH the market, not after you close
- A dashboard with SAFE / WARNING / VIOLATED status, and alerts for both thresholds
- Clean by design: no extra pane, no clutter - a single dashboard on your chart, background flashes only when you approach or breach the rule
WHY THIS IS ORIGINAL
Existing consistency tools are one-shot calculators: you type numbers in, they print a static answer. This tracker is different in two ways. First, it runs continuously on the chart and includes your OPEN position's unrealized P&L in the consistency math, so the "room left today" figure updates in real time as price moves. Second, it solves the forward equation: because every dollar you make today also grows your total, the true breach point is (cap x total - today) / (1 - cap), not a naive percentage of your current total. The tool computes this correctly and turns it into one actionable number - how many more dollars today is safe.
HOW TO USE
1. Set your total profit before today, and your firm's consistency cap (FundedNext Rapid: 40%, Apex: 30% - check your own firm's rules).
2. Update "Realized P&L today" as you close trades.
3. Optional: enter your open position (side / entry / contracts / point value) for live tracking.
4. Set alerts on "Consistency warning" and "Consistency VIOLATED".
Works on any symbol and timeframe; the math is account-level, the chart is just your cockpit.
